It was very close to Dogo Onsen Honkan, and it was very convenient—easy to go back after my Reservation and also close to the shopping arcade for shopping. Breakfast was included, so I had it in the morning, but it was quite disappointing. I expected something like a Business Hotel breakfast, but there wasn’t much to eat and I struggled. I’m glad I didn’t add dinner. Still, because of the convenient location, I think I’ll use it again.

I was looking for a Ryokan with an Onsen within two hours from home. I could enjoy the sea and the Onsen, and the meals were served as a kaiseki course rather than a buffet, so I was able to dine calmly and at a relaxed pace. All of the staff were very pleasant, and we had a comfortable stay. My grandchild and daughter who came with me were also very satisfied. Thank you very much. I would like to stay again.

This auberge is located in a small, quiet cove. You can step out to the shore right away, and the view from the dining area is beautiful and soothing. The owner’s home-cooked dishes are delicious—especially the simmered fish and octopus rice, which were outstanding. The water is also excellent; we were told it is tap water. A staff member mentioned that Obama’s water is said to be even better than sake.

I forgot to submit the survey, so I’m leaving a comment here. I stayed this summer. The meals were excellent, especially the fish. The portions were generous and left me completely satisfied. The large public bath was spacious and very relaxing. Some parts of the Facility seem a bit old, but the location is convenient and it stays cool, so I was able to unwind. I’d like to stay again in summer.

It was a very comfortable and excellent Hotel. We were able to take the welcome drink up to our Room. I would like to stay here again.

At the end of the year, I stayed with my elderly parents. Since my mother needed a walker, I was a bit worried due to the lack of barrier-free information in the facility, but prioritized having a private bath and an onsen in the room due to the influenza outbreak. As a result, although the property was not barrier-free, the staff provided such considerate care that it was a very pleasant stay. The parking lot is several tens of meters away, but they offered valet parking for my mother and assisted us in areas with steps. The quality of the onsen was excellent, and our family felt warm and cozy. Although the building is old, it has been renovated and was thoroughly cleaned.

The Onsen was incredibly relaxing. It felt like soaking in a moisturizing lotion, and my skin became wonderfully smooth!

We stayed with our 4-year-old daughter for my husband’s birthday. After making a Reservation, they kindly confirmed by phone and accommodated our last-minute request for a birthday plate as much as possible. Both the staff on the phone and the team on site were all warm and attentive. There were plenty of kid-friendly activities, such as playing in the river behind the property and fireworks at night, which made it a very satisfying trip. They were also very kind to our child, and she says she wants to come again.

To all the staff at Karuizawa Club Hotel 1130, thank you as always for your kind support. My family has stayed here many times over the past few years, and this time we were finally able to make a Reservation for the Premium Family Suite Room we had long hoped for, so we stayed yesterday. As its name suggests, it was the highest-grade Room among the many Rooms at Karuizawa Hotel 1130. There was an open-air jacuzzi bath on the balcony, and two indoor baths inside as well. There were also two restrooms, and four separate rooms in total—one of them a bedroom with a skylight that lets you gaze up at the sky. Because every space was so luxurious, my whole family was thrilled the moment we stepped into each room. We had reserved Japanese kaiseki at Yamaboshi well in advance, but it was changed to a buffet Plan. Just like in Hewitt Resort’s TV commercial, the buffet venue was beautiful and the selection was extensive. From the live kitchen at dinner to freshly made rice balls at breakfast, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were all courteous and kind, which helped us greatly. We also visited the open-air bath at Onioshi Onsen; it had been renovated and made it easier to access directly from the indoor bath area. We will be staying one more night later this month as well, and we are looking forward to enjoying the same Premium Family Suite Room again. Each time we stay, this wonderful Hotel continues to evolve even further—and it has become our family’s favorite. I hope other guests can experience that same sense of excitement too. Since New Year’s, we’ve been taking a one-night Onsen trip every month, and this time we chose Hirado after watching YouTube. Our main goal was to enjoy delicious sashimi. The sashimi was fresh and tasty, but compared with our previous stay, it was a bit disappointing that the slices were thinner. The meals were delicious, with a wide variety of buffet options—so much that we were completely full. We were very satisfied with both dinner and breakfast. We stayed in the new building; the Room was clean, and the Onsen was great. The staff were also very helpful. We’d like to stay again.

Staying at this price during the Obon holiday is wonderful. Although the exterior looks a bit worn, the inside has been nicely renovated and we were able to stay comfortably. The meals also offered sufficient quality and quantity for the price. However, perhaps because it was Obon, dinner felt drawn out as it took quite a long time for the next dishes to be served. That said, it was an Accommodation with excellent value for money and a high level of satisfaction.

We chose the BBH Group for the first time based on our junior-high and high-school children’s wishes: they wanted a buffet-style meal and, if possible, karaoke or table tennis. The Reviews here were very helpful. We arrived around 2:30 p.m., and we were able to check in; Happy Hour had already started as well, which we appreciated. There was no explanation about karaoke, so we had to ask ourselves, but we were able to make a Reservation. Badminton and table tennis could be enjoyed without a Reservation. We brought our own badminton rackets. The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed BBH’s signature Happy Hour oden and drinks, the buffet meals, and the late-night soba served from 9:00 p.m. We also enjoyed items like minced tuna and salmon at breakfast, though I felt they could have been offered at dinner as well. Since everyone seems to have dinner at the same time, waiting for the only elevator took a while, so we used the stairs. Even if it’s not used often, there was far too much dust buildup. In the game corner as well, there were visible streaks of dust on top of surfaces. With 30% PayPay points applied, our out-of-pocket cost came to just under ¥10,000 per person, which felt reasonable.

Whenever I stay in Kanoya, I almost always choose Satsukien. The price and convenience are excellent, which is a big help. This time, perhaps because it was a corner Room, it felt more spacious. I didn’t have breakfast due to my schedule, but personally I preferred the Japanese set meal I had before over a buffet.

We stayed in a glamping dome that allows dogs. There was a restroom in the building right next door, and although we were worried it might be inconvenient, it wasn’t a problem at all. Since it’s all-inclusive, we could enjoy drinks without holding back (lol). For a limited time only, they took us by bus at night to see an area with large numbers of fireflies, which was wonderful. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, and after dinner we roasted marshmallows over the campfire! The thoughtful hospitality from the international staff was also great. We’d love to come again.

You can feel the thoughtfulness in everything! I was so satisfied it almost felt like they went above and beyond. We only had breakfast, but you can sense the care put into each dish! Next time, I’d love to come back for dinner to try their longtooth grouper cuisine!

We stayed here as a couple with our dog. Everyone was very kind and gentle with our dog as well, so we felt at ease throughout our stay. Thank you for your warm hospitality. The food was outstanding—well beyond five stars. It’s rare to be able to enjoy both dinner and breakfast in the Room with our dog, and we truly appreciated it. We sincerely hope Wakura Onsen will recover soon and regain its vibrant Onsen town atmosphere. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

All the staff were very friendly, and we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The food was delicious as well. We would definitely like to stay again.

This was our first stay. With the ocean right in front of us and a pool to enjoy, it became an unforgettable memory. The kids especially loved the night pool. The next morning we had an early breakfast and headed out first thing; there were many different shops and we had a great time. After that, we tried On the Sea and enjoyed the beach and pool until lunchtime. We accidentally left something behind, but it was found the next day and mailed to us. We are truly grateful for your kind and attentive support right up to the very end. It was a wonderful family trip. Thank you so much! We would love to stay again.

What I liked 1. The complimentary drinks on arrival—draft beer was excellent. The oden was also great. You don’t find this at other places. 2. The shampoo bar in the Onsen area—this was a favorite and not something other places offer. 3. It was great that the games were free of charge. 4. We enjoyed table tennis, and we really appreciated that it was free of charge. Request for improvement Since we stayed in Aoi-kan, I understand that the building is older, but I did notice an odor in the corridors and in our Room. My daughter also said the corridor smell made it feel a bit spooky, which was disappointing. These days, scent is important—for example, Lexus dealerships have a very pleasant fragrance inside—so I would appreciate it if you could install a fragrance diffuser or similar device in the corridors. That said, thank you very much for a satisfying stay.

I had wanted to stay here for a long time. The Room was spacious and very clean, with a great view. The meals were delicious, and since the restaurant is large, even at the buffet there was no congestion when serving food, so we could enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. The Onsen was wonderful, the Shuttle Service was courteous, and all the staff were kind with excellent hospitality. It’s also great value for money, so we were very satisfied. We would like to make this our regular Accommodation in Atami. Thank you very much.
