We chose this Hotel for the final stop of our trip, and the new Room, with its simple yet stylish interior and spacious bath, helped us forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Both dinner and breakfast were truly delicious, and you could tell they were carefully prepared. The presentation was not overly flashy but tasteful, and we were very satisfied. Perhaps because everything was so well cleaned, the stately atmosphere of the classic building stood out even more, and simply being in places like the lobby or restaurant lifted our spirits. My husband’s birthday is coming up soon, so I mentioned it in advance; even so, we were deeply moved to receive a message on the dessert plate. For us as an older couple, your heartfelt hospitality made this a memorable trip. We would like to express our sincere thanks to all the staff who assisted us.

I stayed again on the breakfast-only Plan, and this is still a great value Hotel. It’s conveniently located with easy access, and there’s a convenience store and a gas station right next door. There is an in-house bath, but this time I chose the Plan that also includes access to the neighboring public bathhouse. It was clean and the baths were excellent. The breakfast was very satisfying and delicious, with udon and other local specialties. This time I also had dinner at a restaurant on the property, which offered a variety of Shikoku regional dishes, and I was pleased with it. If I have another chance to visit Kagawa, I would like to stay here again.

I stayed here before and thought it was a great Accommodation, and it feels like the services have become even more comprehensive. With Senso-ji right in front and Hanayashiki next door, plus plenty of entertainment spots and restaurants you can drop by casually, staying here helped me rediscover how fun Asakusa is. I’d love to stay again in the near future.

I stayed here while visiting my hometown. My husband had previously stayed for work and said the breakfast was very delicious, so I was looking forward to it. For both days, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast at a relaxed pace. They also kindly accommodated an early check-in. What was disappointing was that the Chinese restaurant was closed that day. On the second day, I put out the sign requesting Room cleaning and left, but when I returned close to 3:00 p.m., housekeeping was still in progress. Perhaps it had been overlooked… I had no choice but to wait in the lobby until it seemed they were about to finish. Lastly, when leaving the parking lot, the free ticket wasn’t enough and I had to pay extra. If someone had mentioned that charges apply after 24 hours, for example, I could have confirmed it at the front desk before leaving. Other than that, the service was excellent and we had a very comfortable stay.

We took our first family trip to Awaji Island to celebrate my husband’s birthday and our wedding anniversary. We chose this Accommodation because we love Onsen, and above all, we were drawn to the name “Senshin Waho.” After staying here, it truly became a place we thought, “We absolutely want to come back the next time we visit Awaji Island.” When we arrived, the staff kindly carried our luggage from the car. While listening to the soothing sound of wind chimes, we were served blended tea, and orange juice for our child. Just as we had seen in Reviews, everyone’s hospitality was outstanding. My husband was delighted and said it was “the best Accommodation I’ve ever stayed at,” which made me happy too. Our Room had a beautiful ocean view. Simply watching the sea made all our everyday fatigue melt away. Dinner featured many dishes that truly captured Awaji Island, and everything was delicious. Since it was my husband’s birthday, they even prepared a celebration plate for him. Thank you so much for that and for all your warm thoughtfulness. And then the Onsen we had been looking forward to: a rare free-flowing natural hot spring on Awaji Island. There was chlorination and heating, but no added water. There was no noticeable chlorine smell, and the water felt soft and gentle on the skin. The amenities were also from SYMPURTE—one of my favorites. The large public bath even had hair oil available, and their original shampoo/conditioner as well as face & body soap had a pleasant aroma that didn’t overpower the Onsen atmosphere. They provided slippers and yukata for our child, and at meals they arranged seating in a tatami room rather than at the counter. They also noticed that I’m left-handed, and even at breakfast the next morning they quietly accommodated me with thoughtful attention. Every detail of their care meant so much—it really showed how closely the staff pay attention to each guest. Onsen quality, amenities, service, cleanliness, meals—everything exceeded our expectations. The beach just a short walk from the Accommodation was wonderful too: not crowded at all. We collected sea glass with our child and watched the sunset—those simple moments became cherished memories of our trip. The baths were never crowded either; most of the time there were only one or two people there besides us, so we could relax comfortably. This is an Accommodation that makes us want not only to return to Awaji Island again—but specifically to stay at Senshin Waho again. Thank you very much.

Everything was excellent, from the service to the Facility meals. The beach is about a 5-minute walk away. The Room was clean. The Onsen was also great. I would like to stay again next year.

Let's enjoy crab and visit the Onsen! A charming accommodation with a unique atmosphere. The private bath is incredibly luxurious! The crab dishes are absolutely extravagant! Highly recommended for everyone. It was a luxurious experience. I want to make it an annual event.

Five siblings stayed here together. Our Room was on the second floor, but because the Accommodation is on a hill, we had a great view over the green trees and the Onsen town. The spacious bedroom and Japanese-style room can be separated with sliding doors, which helped us catch up on sleep after the ferry ride. The floor chairs were also very helpful for our elderly family members, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a coffee maker in the Room. We were also grateful that you accommodated an allergy request even though we had failed to inform you in advance. The meals were delicious as well—beautifully presented creative dishes with wonderful colors. The Hotel’s atmosphere, furniture, and furnishings felt beautiful, as everything is carefully maintained and used with respect despite its age. We love Kyushu, so when we visit Beppu again, we would like to stay here again.

We stayed in a Japanese-style Room for three people, and it was spacious and very relaxing—thank you. We were also satisfied with the Onsen, and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you as well to the staff for their courteous service. Although recovery is still ongoing, we sincerely hope for the region’s full restoration.

I splurged on a one-night stay at an Accommodation I’d long admired. Having watched it on YouTube, I knew what to expect, but it was still an overwhelming experience. The attentiveness and demeanor of the staff in charge of my Room, along with their polite language, left a strong impression—it truly felt like a luxury Accommodation. The Room was absolutely wonderful, and the private bath was exceptional as well. The cuisine was stylish and very satisfying. They even accommodated my request during the evening performance, making it an unforgettable night that felt far removed from everyday life. I’ve stayed at many Accommodations over the years, and this is the best one yet. Thank you for such a wonderful day.

Thank you for your hospitality the other day. When I told you I can’t eat raw fish, thank you for preparing alternative dishes. The food looked great and tasted wonderful, and we also enjoyed the complimentary extra dish. The bath warmed me up so well that I stayed warm for a long time afterward. The detox water after the bath was also delicious. It was great to be offered a draft beer as a welcome drink at check-in—it was the perfect refreshing drink after a long drive. I would love to stay with you again.

We searched for a well-reviewed Onsen with an ocean view and decided to stay here. From check-in to being shown to our Room, and even during meals, the staff always served us with a smile, making our stay very pleasant. The meals were very luxurious and absolutely delicious. The ocean-view terrace was also beautiful, and we were able to relax at our leisure. This is a Facility we would love to visit again.

You can feel the thoughtfulness in everything! I was so satisfied it almost felt like they went above and beyond. We only had breakfast, but you can sense the care put into each dish! Next time, I’d love to come back for dinner to try their longtooth grouper cuisine!

We stayed here for the first time to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The space was incredibly comfortable, and we’d love to come again. The welcome drink and baked treats won us over right away, and the Accommodation itself was wonderful. The sauna was available as much as we wanted from 6:00 to 22:00, and 90°C was just perfect. The cold bath water felt silky—you could tell it was rich in minerals and iron. There were plenty of towels, the herbal tea in the fridge was delicious, and the loungewear felt amazing on the skin. If I had to mention one thing, the OSAJI? amenities—toner and emulsion—had not been replenished. When I asked, I was told they weren’t available due to import circumstances, so it would have been even better if we had been informed in advance. (There’s a convenience store nearby, so we went to buy some.) The food was very tasty—especially the shabu-shabu and seafood, which were fresh and delicious. It did need a bit of reheating, but it was great being able to enjoy it indoors without worrying about others around us. Thank you very much. Next time we’d like to stay at hanare!

It was a wonderful Accommodation. We stayed with five women and four children. Everything felt very clean, and even the amenities were branded, which got everyone excited! Everywhere you look is photo-worthy, and best of all, the BBQ while watching the sunset was amazing. It was still a bit chilly for the season, so we couldn’t use the pool, but we’d love to come back when it’s warmer. The staff were also very kind—thank you so much. It was an excellent Hotel with nothing to complain about.

I came all the way from Hokkaido because I wanted to try Yobuko’s live squid. It turned out to be an excellent Hotel. Not only was the live squid cuisine outstanding, but the Room with its beautiful, expansive window overlooking the sea was also amazing. Next time, I’d love to visit again on a clear day. Every dish in the meal was outstanding—the best of any Ryokan I have stayed at. I was also surprised at how delicious the seasoning was even on the fried item we were given to take home, made from the remaining fish. The Room was clean and well kept. The staff’s service was just right, and it felt very comfortable.

I recently stayed at this Accommodation for the first time.\nThere were international staff working on-site, and their service was very polite and welcoming, so I felt at ease even as a first-time guest. Since I was staying with a relative who has some difficulty walking, I checked in advance about stairs; however, there was a small set of steps (about three) without handrails along the route inside the building, which made getting around a bit challenging. I think it would be helpful to have handrails there. I also feel that adding handrails to the open-air bath in the guest room would be beneficial.\nOn the other hand, every meal was delicious and more than enough in quantity—we were very satisfied. The dishes featuring seafood and local ingredients exceeded our expectations, and we were able to enjoy them at a relaxed pace. As our group enjoys drinking, we also appreciated that it was all-inclusive.\nOverall, it was a very satisfying stay, and we were impressed by the attentiveness of all the staff. With a few improvements to the facilities, it would be even more comfortable, but it was a wonderful Accommodation that made us want to visit again.\nThank you very much.

As a devoted fan of Toba Grand Hotel—and as “Donguri Captain”—please allow me to share a few ideas with appreciation: 1) Extend lounge hours (until 11:00 p.m.) Spending time in that sophisticated lounge atmosphere is truly special. If guests could enjoy complimentary drinks until 11:00 p.m., the evening would become an even more memorable experience. 2) Revitalize the retro arcade & festival-style corner If that nostalgic, welcoming game area were enhanced with an energetic “festival corner,” it could become a signature spot where both adults and children can have fun together across generations. 3) Seasonal limited-time “all-you-can-eat fruit” buffet feature For example, “all-you-can-eat strawberries” in early spring or “all-you-can-eat melon” in summer. Adding seasonal highlights like these could help attract repeat guests year-round and generate even more buzz. Of course, I fully understand that the working environment for your staff and operational considerations must come first. With that in mind, I would be grateful if you might keep these ideas in mind simply as one fan’s dream—“It would be amazing if this became possible.” With the potential of Toba Grand Hotel and the passion of your team, I truly believe you will continue to be the overwhelming No. 1 Hotel in the region without question.
