It was a very beautiful place! We stayed in Villa 2, but we couldn’t figure out where it was even with the map… When we went to reception, a very kind woman helped us and showed us the way. We were looking forward to the private Onsen, but we were told that since the villa has its own bath, we couldn’t use the Onsen… We were very disappointed. I’m giving it 4 stars in hopes that they will clearly state that the entrance and parking lot are further inside so anyone can find them easily. The room was of course clean, and we were able to relax and enjoy our time. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance. Next time, I’d love to take a walk down to the sea too!

We made a Reservation for a barbecue lunch. It was disappointing that the price differed by 210 yen from what we were told over the phone, but everything else was fine. The bath was a bit smaller than expected, but the amenities were from MUJI, which was nice. All the staff were kind and even brought bedding for our child who fell asleep during the meal. The Room was spacious, and we were very satisfied.

We stayed as a couple. The bath had excellent water quality, and we were able to enjoy a very relaxing soak. We have stayed at various Accommodations in the past, but the cuisine at Juraku was truly delicious. Not only dinner but also breakfast was wonderful—everything was so good that I can’t even list what stood out most. As for alcohol, there was an all-you-can-drink service between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm (including during dinner), which was perfect for us as we love drinks! The staff were kind, and their polite service made us feel comfortable. Another highlight worth mentioning is the guest room key. It is an automatic locking/unlocking system, and the solid security made us feel safe throughout our stay. This was our first time staying in Obama Onsen, and it was an Accommodation we were very satisfied with. We would love to stay again. Also, the sunset during dinner was beautiful! Thank you very much.

While walking from Miyako Station, a tsunami warning sounded. Feeling anxious, I asked locals where it was safe and evacuated to higher ground, but still arrived in about an hour. It’s a slightly older Hotel with a great oceanfront view. It stood firm through the Great East Japan Earthquake and tsunami and still looks impressive. My Room was on the 5th floor, and the Hotel staff told me it would be safe even if a tsunami came. The large public bath is on the 6th floor; I relaxed while looking out over the coastline under the tsunami warning, though I left earlier than usual. The set dinner was delicious with plenty of seafood. Thank you to the staff for all your helpful advice. It was very good overall.

Overall, it was excellent.

For dinner, we chose nodoguro and wagyu beef—both were delicious. Breakfast felt a little modest, but considering the price, we were very satisfied. The room was also thoroughly cleaned, making our stay comfortable.

A wonderful selection of Japanese-inspired creative French dishes. Everything was simply delicious!! It seems a group dinner booking came in suddenly, so we were shown to a private room. From the first course of fresh fish to the final dessert, everything was truly delicious and we were completely satisfied. My daughter was so moved by how good it was that she insisted on leaving a thank-you note—she took the memo from me and happily wrote her message. We would definitely like to stop by again, even just for the meal.

We stayed here to celebrate my mother’s 77th birthday. The meals, Room, and baths helped us unwind from everyday fatigue—if anything, I ended up enjoying myself the most. The ingredients and the care put into each one were outstanding. Everything was delicious. If I had to mention one facility-related point: after leaving the sauna in the large public bath, it would be even better if there were an option not only for a shower but also something like a hand bucket to pour cold water over yourself (even without a cold plunge pool). Above all, the staff were wonderful. Although this Accommodation has only just opened, everyone was highly experienced. We were truly impressed by the hospitality and attentive service. My parents love chatting and spoke to you a lot, but you responded kindly and thoughtfully. My parents were very happy as well. Thank you very much. We will definitely return.

The Room is clean and spacious, very satisfying. The service was decent; the man in the morning wasn't very friendly but not unpleasant either. The price is relatively affordable for the island, making it a good choice. However, in my case, while the Wi-Fi worked in the lobby, it disconnected when I went to my Room, and even after asking the staff, it couldn't be fixed. Still, it's a good HOTEL.

I recently traveled to Hakone. I was unsure which Hotel or Ryokan to choose, but I decided on Mitake-san because they offered in-room dining that looked delicious in the photos and had a private open-air bath option. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by adorable cats and kind staff, and the food was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed a wonderful and happy two days in Hakone. I hope to visit again within this year!

It was clean, spacious, and comfortable! I was very satisfied with this quality at a price comparable to a regular business hotel. The response when I called several times in advance about the facility was also very good, and although it was a trip with a small child, they prepared a diaper trash can without us even requesting it, so I was very satisfied with the service as well. The only thing that bothered me was that the site says "fully automatic washer-dryer," but in reality, it was just a regular fully automatic washing machine without a dryer. I didn't particularly need to use it, so it wasn't a problem.

The Room, bathroom, and toilet were all spotless, so we had a very comfortable stay. The bed was fluffy and helped us recover from a long drive. It was also conveniently located for sightseeing on foot. We’d like to make a Reservation again when we visit Kanazawa.

This Hotel is located on a mountain. It offers stunning views with the distant sea in sight. As we stayed on a weekday, it felt like we had the place to ourselves.

Stayed for 1 night and 2 days from December 31. The purpose was to visit a shrine for New Year's and see the first sunrise, and it was great that these were within walking distance from the ryokan. The location was excellent, but even more so, the meals were delicious! There were many dishes, all very tasty, leaving us completely satisfied! The staff's smiles were wonderful, and they guided our car and saw us off until the end despite strong winds. This is a ryokan that makes you want to visit again. Highly recommended!

Perhaps because it was before the Obon holidays, it wasn’t crowded, and we were able to enjoy the Onsen almost as if it were private, which made for a very relaxing stay. Although the water was clear and colorless, black mineral deposits formed in it, and it warmed us up wonderfully. The Room was well cleaned, the meals were delicious, and we were very satisfied overall. It was a bit disappointing that there is a step between the lobby and the elevator to the guest rooms. This is an Accommodation I would like to stay at again when visiting Fukushima.

We stayed here as a couple during Golden Week. Above all, we were truly impressed by how wonderful the meals were. Luxurious ingredients you can only enjoy here—such as Kesennuma’s famous shark fin and shark—were served, and everything was delicious. We were moved by each and every dish. We’re originally from Shikoku and regularly enjoy fresh seafood, but the abalone sashimi and oysters in particular were exceptional—an unforgettable taste. The Accommodation was spotless throughout, and the garden was beautifully maintained, making our stay very comfortable. At breakfast, you kindly shared various stories about Oshima, and when we left, everyone waved to us until we were out of sight. Your warm hospitality left us feeling genuinely touched. This is a lovely Accommodation where you can truly relax, and it will stay with us for a long time. We took walks around the area in both the morning and evening, and found great comfort in the birdsong, the star-filled sky, the clear air, and the unhurried island pace of life. Within walking distance is Jūhachi Naruhama Beach (designated a Natural Monument), well worth a visit. (It’s a mysterious beach that makes a squeaking sound when you walk on it.) Our only regret is that we arrived just in time for check-in this trip and left early in the morning. Since we live far away we can’t visit often, but next time we would love to stay longer at a more relaxed pace. Thank you very much to everyone at the Accommodation!

This was the Accommodation we stayed at on the third day of our 3-night, 4-day trip to Niigata (Sado, Murakami Senami, and Niigata City). We were very pleased with the Shuttle Service, the staff’s hospitality, and the delicious dinner (the sashimi was especially fresh, and the salmon chanchan-yaki and ochazuke were outstanding). If I had to mention one thing, there were quite a few salty items at breakfast, so I think it would be fine to have fewer dishes. The bath was a little hot, but it left us feeling refreshed and invigorated afterward. It felt like a great value—an Accommodation where you can stay this comfortably even at an affordable price. We would love to stay here again if we have the chance.

Everything was even better than I expected. Above all, the open-air bath in the Room was outstanding. If I have the chance, I’d love to stay again.

This is a very comfortable Accommodation among the Onsen Accommodations in Beppu. The price is reasonable, and since it is located in Kannawa Onsen, both the Hells Tour and the Steam Observation Deck are nearby. The Onsen was wonderful, with both private family baths and a large public bath. You can fully enjoy Beppu’s hot springs. The food is also delicious—especially the jigoku-mushi, which was excellent. The portions were just right for me as well. Also, because there was a controlled burn on Mt. Ogi on the day I stayed, they kindly adjusted my dinner time specially for me. The burn itself was a little different from what I expected due to rain the previous day, but it became a great memory. Thank you very much. I truly recommend this Accommodation.

We stayed here during summer vacation with three generations of our family. They arranged our Rooms next to each other and emailed us the meal times in advance, so we felt at ease even before our stay. When we arrived, the staff were very courteous. The view from the window was amazing!!! I thought the meal might be too much, but it was delicious and we enjoyed everything all the way to dessert. The pineapple pudding dessert was especially tasty. When we told them we were going to Inuyama Castle the next day, they printed a map of the area for us and also helped set up table tennis—thank you so much. The Facility is a little old, but our satisfaction more than made up for it!! We would definitely like to stay again.
