The room was clean and very pleasant. The children felt at home and relaxed. We understood the Goemon bath concept, but the fixed shower and concrete feel were a bit disappointing. Due to the extreme heat during the day, the temperature on the second floor did not cool down enough for sleeping, so we had to sleep on the first floor, which was unfortunate. We would appreciate it if you could consider measures to address the heat on the second floor. The meals and service were excellent, and we were very satisfied. Thank you very much!

It was a wonderful space. I’ve also uploaded photos, so I hope you’ll take a look. I was amazed at how beautifully this place has been designed—what could otherwise feel a bit small is made to feel so special. My wife, our 3-year-old child, and I stayed here and were very satisfied! The room was very clean, and our child was thrilled, saying, “The top bunk is my spot!” The sink area and bath were comfortable with everything we needed, and the TENTIAL sandals were also very comfortable to wear. I think this place will change people’s image of a “garage house hotel.” One thing I hope will improve going forward is the food. Dinner looked great—the plating and tableware were beautiful and enjoyable visually. On the other hand, the overall flavor felt like it could use one more step up. In particular, while the venison main dish was prepared in a very approachable way, those who love game meat might find it a little lacking. I was also personally disappointed that there wasn’t a glass red wine option to pair with the venison main. That said, since it was such an easy-to-eat dish, perhaps the by-the-glass selection was chosen intentionally to match that style. And breakfast— this is something I really hope you improve. The rice had dried out and become hard, which honestly made me sad. Personally, I feel breakfast can greatly change the overall impression of a Hotel stay. Because this Facility is so wonderful otherwise, I strongly felt you should put more effort into breakfast. Also, while the female staff member in charge of dinner came across as highly professional, at breakfast it felt like operations still weren’t running smoothly. In the end, after-meal drinks took quite a while to arrive and we had to wait. The families on both sides of us seemed to be in the same situation as well, so I hope this will be improved going forward. I’ve written various things about the meals but—above all—this place itself is truly lovely. I think it’s definitely worth staying at this Hotel. There was also a small issue during our stay this time; however, your response was very smooth and pleasant. Including how you handled an irregular situation like that, my personal evaluation is very high. As an aside: when my child and I woke up early for a walk in the morning—we actually found a stag beetle! My child was overjoyed as well; including that experience too, it became a wonderful memory.

I stayed one night in Ueda while traveling from Tokyo to Kanazawa. It looks far more stylish than in the photos. I expected a renovated Hotel in an older building, but I was impressed from the moment I stepped into the front desk area, and I also loved the calm atmosphere of the Room. On top of that, the large public bath and sauna were truly outstanding. Every item at the attached bakery looked delicious, and quite a few people came just to buy bread. This is a highly satisfying Hotel that makes you want to stop by Ueda whenever you visit the Nagano area. Because I hope it continues to become an even better Hotel, my only request is this: while I was happy with the breakfast bread selection at the restaurant, I’d like to see a bit more effort put into both the dinner menu and some of the finer details.

Despite staying during the busiest season, the accommodation provided very flexible and prompt services such as early check-in and same-day BBQ equipment rental. Thanks to this, we were able to enjoy an amazing BBQ while admiring the beautiful scenery. The pool was clean with hardly any insects floating, making it pleasant to swim even in the morning. Additionally, the refrigerator was stocked with beer, juice, and tea—such thoughtful hospitality! Shopping was convenient as there were supermarkets, convenience stores, and a Daiso near Sesoko Island Bridge. Although I had seen reviews mentioning "many insects" and was a bit worried beforehand, there were almost none in reality. Measures like insect repellents and sprays were well-prepared, providing a sense of security. At night, we could see an incredible view of stars! The only minor inconvenience was having to use stone stairs when carrying luggage from the parking lot—it was slightly challenging. However, even considering that small issue, our stay was absolutely satisfying. This place has made it onto my list of "places I want to visit again"!

The views are beautiful, and the peaceful setting lets you enjoy a special getaway. There is also a sauna, and each Room has its own bathroom and toilet, so even large groups can stay comfortably with plenty of privacy. We tried the BBQ once, but it wasn’t quite what we expected. Since delivery is available, you may be fine without meals included. The butler’s service was excellent as well. For older guests, the beds may feel a bit too high.

We were able to relax and forget about time. This time we stayed as a couple, but next time we will come with our family. The food was also very delicious. The atmosphere was great, and the greenery of the trees was wonderful. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality.

Spend time in the panoramic bath while gazing at the stars, then wake up refreshed with a morning soak as you look out toward Mt. Aso glowing in the sunrise before heading to breakfast. I was impressed by the gentle, delicious Nankan-age in the miso soup, asked where to buy it, and purchased some to take home. The tofu was also handmade by the Hotel, and I felt satisfied and energized from the morning.

The dinner, especially the grilled meat, was very delicious. I would definitely like to use it again. The Hotel also had a bicycle service, which was great. I had a comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

A 4.5-minute walk from Toranomon Hills, and within walking distance of Toranomon Station, Uchisaiwaicho Station, and Shimbashi Station. As soon as you enter, there is a 160 cm-wide bed, which felt a bit tight at first. However, since I had requested a high floor, the view was great. Also, Reviews mentioned there was no chair, so I requested one as well—and they placed a chair in the Room as requested, which was very helpful. Thank you. There is space under the bed to store an open suitcase, so you can use the Room more efficiently. The ceiling is slightly high; it’s small, but once you get used to it, it doesn’t feel too cramped. All amenities were DHC—from cleansing oil and face wash to hair milk—and they felt great to use. The hair dryer was Panasonic. The toilet, sink area, and bathtub were separate—and the bathroom with a washing area was larger than expected! I was able to soak in the tub and relax. If I had to ask for more, having a wash basin and bath stool would make it perfect. I’d also be happier if the pajamas were two-piece rather than a one-piece dress style. There was a water pitcher in the in-room refrigerator; it seems you can fill it with water next to the front desk on the first floor and bring it back to your Room. The mugs are ceramic and the cups are glass—nice that they’re not paper cups. The front desk staff were pleasant—and everyone looked very polished… One disappointment: I noticed an unpleasant raw smell from the pillow. The next day I asked for a replacement due to how strong it was, but that one smelled too—so I suspect it may have been an odor from feather pillows. This was my first time being bothered by pillow odor at a Hotel—maybe it was just me? Also, the blackout curtains weren’t very effective; morning sunlight made the Room bright early on and woke me up sooner than expected. Be especially careful with Rooms that have windows above your head. Other than that, although compact, this is a new and very convenient Hotel—so I recommend it for anyone looking for somewhere close to Toranomon Hills or Shimbashi. By the way, nearby Toranomon Hills has restaurants and cafes serving breakfast from around 7:00 AM (approx.), which is also recommended for a relaxed morning.

I stayed in the Chugoku region for 4 nights, and this was my last accommodation. Among all the accommodations I stayed at, this one had the best value for money. The room was a triple, spacious with separate bath and toilet, allowing us to relax comfortably. The breakfast was delightful with delicious rice and a wide variety of side dishes. However, since I traveled with my family, it would have been nice if the bath could be made available for women even on a time-sharing basis. Thank you very much!

Thank you for your hospitality! The room I stayed in did not have a toilet or bath, but it was not inconvenient as the toilet was next door. There was no elevator, but since it was on the second floor, it was not a problem. The main building was very close, and I enjoyed the open-air bath while viewing Amanohashidate, and the Onsen was great. It was very satisfying as it was close to the station and I could stay for half the price of the main building!

Given the age of the Facility, it’s understandable that some equipment is outdated.

Thank you for hosting us for one night. We had dinner at Shikitei, the soba izakaya on the first floor, and every dish was delicious. We were able to relax in the spacious tatami seating area. The Hotel is connected to the restaurant, so we could take it easy after our meal without going outside. Breakfast was generous as well, and we appreciated being able to choose from milk, fruit juice, or vegetable juice. We would love to stay again.

This Hotel is close to Hokkaido University Hospital and the ginkgo-lined avenue, and I had wanted to stay here for a long time. The Room was clean and well maintained, and it also had a microwave. The Hotel was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and I could relax as if I were in my own Room. The view from the Room was beautiful, and I took a walk around the Hokkaido University campus before heading out. I would love to stay at this Hotel again.

There are various Onsen, but in my experience, Tsuta Onsen, Kuzu Onsen, and Ohira Onsen are mild and welcoming for everyone. For easy access from the Kanto region, Kuzu Onsen in Omachi City, Nagano Prefecture is recommended. At Takasekan in Kuzu Onsen, you can enjoy dishes made with plenty of local ingredients—so many that it might be hard to finish them all. While it may not be gourmet cuisine, everything is delicious. Dinner portions are particularly generous. I visited Kuzu Onsen 11 years ago as well and remember the dessert being delightful at that time too. Including a single piece of fruit would make it even better for those who prefer locally sourced items or lighter options. It’s preferable for leftover food to be handled out of sight rather than at guests' tables. Even part-time staff should ensure thorough cleaning of ashtrays and toilets for an impeccable experience overall.

This was my first stay at an unmanned, studio-style Business Hotel. If it’s going to be unmanned anyway, I wish they had at least a robot reception desk. The first impression feels a bit cheap, but I suppose that’s the owner’s limit. That said, this time I realized what an amazing location this is—Miyajima looks like the “Sleeping Kannon” from here. You can see the beautiful Sleeping Kannon shape of Miyajima from this direction. The Business Hotel should promote this location much more. It’s not my company so I don’t really care, but it’s a waste to have such a great view with so little PR. Next door there is a private Ryokan called Ajina-tei (one group per night), but since you can look down on Ajina-tei even from the 2nd floor of this Business Hotel, I think staying at this far cheaper Business Hotel is better than staying at Ajina-tei. The only disappointing thing was that you could see many power lines from the 2nd floor. I stayed in Room 201 (a twin Room). In particular, the service line to Ajina-tei was thick and distracting, and there were also an unusually large number of wires messily connected to utility poles with capacitors. I think the view would be better on the 3rd or 4th floor where you wouldn’t see them. I think management should clearly state that power lines are noticeable on the 2nd floor and make those Rooms cheaper. I don’t know whether the Accommodation Fee on the 3rd and 4th floors is currently the same as on the 2nd floor, but they should differentiate pricing—even if higher floors cost more—because they offer a better view. (It would be ideal if their Reservation website showed view photos by floor.) Also, National Route 2 runs in front of the Hotel and traffic is heavy even at night. Noise and vibrations—especially when large trucks passed—that didn’t bother me during daytime became noticeable at night, and it was hard to fall asleep. Additional note: Even with this excellent view in Ajina, it’s disappointing that condominium buildings in Natalie Marina Marina Town along the coastline overlap with Miyajima in your line of sight. I can’t forgive whoever approved construction of those buildings. Lastly, since travel encounters are once-in-a-lifetime for me and I probably won’t visit Miyajima again, if I were to stay here again I’d want Room 401 or Room 301 instead (this is coming from someone who stayed in Room 201). Second additional note: There’s a system where you put your shoes into lockers at the shoe cabinet by the entrance, but having to walk about one meter from the entrance to that cabinet wearing slippers is inconvenient. Having to change into slippers twice made me feel annoyed.

As mentioned in other Reviews, the partition between rooms is just a single sliding door. How you feel about that depends on the person, but it’s better than bunk beds in a dormitory-style setup. The futon was clean, fluffy, and very comfortable to sleep on. If you’re concerned about noise from the next Room, bring earplugs—they also help with snoring. It was No Meals Included, and they let me park my motorcycle right behind the Accommodation, so it was very comfortable. Just one thing: I’d like them to replace the mat in the changing area of the bath regularly. It was wet, and that part bothered me. It’s an Accommodation I’d be happy to stay at again.
