Although we love traveling and have only compared a few dozen hotels so far, no matter how many new or upscale hotels we stay at, we always say that Global View is No. 1. Even when work is tough, soaking in the Room bathtub, resting on the spacious bed, and enjoying a hearty breakfast makes us feel as refreshed as if we’d taken three days off. We highly recommend the breakfast-included Plan at this Hotel! For us as a couple, it will always be the champion among hotels.

I was able to spend a relaxing, luxurious time and truly feel refreshed. Although there aren’t many washing stations in the bath area, each one is separated by partitions, which made it easy to use at my own pace without worrying about others. There was plenty of space, and I enjoyed a very comfortable soak. Both dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything from the appetizers onward was delicious. At breakfast, I appreciated being able to choose between rice or rice porridge; the sansho-seasoned baby sardines and lightly seasoned eggplant were especially memorable. The staff’s hospitality was warm and attentive, making my stay comfortable from arrival to departure. I’m truly glad I chose Shikisai Ichiriki.

It was a very clean and convenient Hotel. It is family-friendly for guests with children and has a luxurious feel. For breakfast, I was happy to enjoy Nagoya specialties such as hitsumabushi and miso katsu. The gelato was also very delicious. At night, we could see fireworks. The night view was also very beautiful. During the day, you can see many trains, so this Hotel is also recommended for train lovers.

I’ve been staying here for over 20 years. Since retiring, I think I’ve been visiting a bit more often. I also enjoyed the renewed half-buffet breakfast. I’m planning to stay about two more times before the end of the year. As always, the staff were pleasant and welcoming, and I had a relaxing stay. Thank you very much. One request: while the croissants at the current half-buffet were delicious, I would be happy if you could also offer the larger ones you used to have.

We stayed for three nights. Although it’s a new Hotel and not particularly spacious, we had a very comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the lighting could be adjusted in three levels, which was convenient. The air conditioning worked well throughout the entire Room, making it pleasant. The TV was also large, and we were able to fully enjoy watching sports. When we arrived before check-in, the staff kindly stored our luggage with a smile, which we really appreciated. The Room was kept very clean, and amenities and supplies were replenished perfectly. Our whole family was completely satisfied in every way. We will definitely stay again.

As it was an Executive Room, everything was taken care of for us. We checked in while enjoying a welcome of chilled roasted green tea and sweets on the 6th floor. We were also kindly escorted to our Room while chatting along the way. After that, having a drink while relaxing at the Hanabi Lounge on the 28th floor was truly exceptional. A cake was delivered at the time we requested, and we enjoyed it slowly together with the night view. The Room furnishings were flawless, and the fluffy bed felt like nothing else could compare. Before we knew it, there was a message from a staff member slipped under our door, which we greatly appreciated. We look forward to staying again using this Plan. Thank you very much to all the staff members.

Despite being reasonably priced, the Facility, Onsen, and meals were all excellent. They also offer Shuttle Service to Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto Station and Onuma-Koen Station, so we were able to enjoy our stay even without a car. The Hotel is also barrier-free, and we saw several guests using wheelchairs, making it a place that guests of all ages can enjoy.

This was my first time in Tokushima and my first stay at Sunroute, and considering the price, it was a very good Hotel.\nThe building isn’t new, but the Room has been renovated and is comfortable. The bath and toilet are separate, and the bathroom is spacious with a washing area. The towels were thick and fluffy.\nThe large public bath on the top floor isn’t very big, but it’s a natural Onsen with a sauna. There’s no need to bring towels from your Room, and the woman at reception was extremely kind.\nIt’s conveniently located in front of the station, and even if you’re driving, there’s an affiliated parking lot directly behind the Hotel.

This Hotel is surrounded by lush greenery and has a very calm, relaxing atmosphere. Time seemed to pass more slowly, and I was able to unwind and forget about everyday life. The staff’s hospitality was exceptional, and their warm welcome left a lasting impression. I would definitely like to stay here again. Hearing healing music from inside the pool felt truly mystical—it was a first-time experience unlike anything I’ve had before. It perfectly matched the Hotel’s ambiance, and I had a wonderful time.

The weather wasn’t great, but the view from the window was wonderful, and I had a comfortable stay. The meals looked beautiful and tasted great, and I really enjoyed them. I was surprised by the afternoon-tea-style presentation. Towels are provided at the Onsen, so you can go without bringing anything. You can wear the samue anywhere in the building, which makes it very relaxing. The samue is comfortable to wear, and it has pockets so you can carry your phone with you.

As we did last year, we stayed again this year for our cousins’ trip. Unfortunately, the weather was bad last year, but this year it was sunny, so we decided to definitely use Choraku’s pool. At check-in, we enjoyed delicious tea and sweets in the lounge, then rested a bit in our Room before heading to Choraku. We went into the pool (there were lots of children, but we still enjoyed it), and then used Choraku’s open-air bath. After returning, it was time for dinner. The meal was delicious again this time. The main dish at dinner was venison, which had no gamey smell and tasted great. There were also various drinks that paired well with the food, and this time we ordered the wine pairing. The price was very reasonable. After dinner we took a short break, then went back to Choraku to enjoy a mini concert. After returning, we had a nightcap in the lounge, took another bath, and went to bed. In the morning we woke up slowly, took another bath, and then had breakfast. This time we could choose between Japanese-style or Western-style breakfast; since the bread served here is incredibly good, we chose Western-style and asked for all types of bread so the three of us could share a little of each. We had tea in the lounge again, returned to our Room to pack up our belongings—and then it was already time to check out. The staff were pleasant, the Room was clean and comfortable—an easy Hotel to relax in—and since you can also enjoy Choraku’s Facilities and events as well, there’s plenty to do. We had another wonderful stay this time too. We’re planning our cousins’ trip here again next year as well—thank you in advance.

It’s not directly in front of the station, but it’s less than a 5-minute walk, and choosing this Hotel turned out to be absolutely the right decision. The Room is compact, but new and very clean. The stylish interior details and design, the separate bath and toilet, an unpacking rack, and a small sofa made it highly functional and very comfortable to stay in. I also appreciated being able to log into my own account on the TV to watch subscription streaming services. The view from the window was of a parking lot, but personally it didn’t bother me. The in-house Facilities are excellent as well—having “Kurobe no Megumi” water dispensers on every floor was especially convenient. You can fill the provided decanter and enjoy coffee with the Nespresso machine, or chill the water as-is for a refreshing drink when you wake up. There’s a smart shop in the lobby, and it was nice (and very fitting for a JAL-affiliated property) that they sold “Udon desu kai.” At night, the restaurant on the first floor can be used as a bar, and the staff were very friendly. Even staying solo, I felt completely at ease and enjoyed a relaxing time. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with everything. I’d definitely like to stay here again when visiting Toyama!

From the moment I arrived at the Ryokan, the Hotel staff warmly welcomed me, and check-in was smooth. Everyone on the Hotel team was highly professional, and the property was spotless, making my stay very comfortable. The food had delicate flavors, and the portions were just right—neither too much nor too little. Both dinner and breakfast felt perfectly balanced. The baths are cleaned once between check-in and the next morning, with a men’s/women’s switch as well. I also appreciated being able to use them multiple times even late at night or early in the morning.

The location was excellent—arriving by JR and using the Toei lines the next day made it very convenient. Despite the convenient location, it was quiet at night, perhaps because there are many universities nearby. I stayed for business this time, but I have also stayed here when visiting Tokyo Dome privately. Being able to walk to Tokyo Dome City is a big plus. I would definitely like to stay again.

This was my first time staying in the ladies’ Room (shower type). The Room felt a bit more spacious, and having a massage chair was wonderful. The shower room with a rain shower had plenty of space and great features. I was so satisfied with the shower room this time that I didn’t use the public bath, but since it’s on the same floor as the ladies’ floor and incredibly convenient, I’m thinking I’ll try it next time. At this Hotel, the beds are firmer and also wider, so I always sleep very well. With practical touches like the placement of the sink and table, it’s such a comfortable Room that next time I’d love to book a Multiple Night Stay if possible. Breakfast is great too—you can enjoy freshly made omelets, the miso soup made with cute miso balls is delicious, and I also love the sweet red bean butter next to the bread. Since I live far away, I can’t visit often, but I would definitely like to stay here again.

I had an important engagement and stopped by your city for the first time in four years on my way back from a business trip, and stayed one night. Because I felt more wear and tear than expected at the flagship Hotel where I stayed on my previous visit, I was looking for another option in the convenient city center when I found this Hotel. It is close to the station, with easy access to limousine buses, local buses, and taxis, so I hardly felt any of the transportation inconvenience that can be common in regional cities. As it is newly opened, the Room was clean, and the view from my Room—overlooking the islands of the Seto Inland Sea and all of Imabari—was wonderful. (It would have been even better if the windows were a bit larger.) Breakfast offered a relatively wide selection and tasted good as well, and I also really appreciated the complimentary welcome drink upon arrival on a hot day. The large public bath was spacious and clean, and being able to gaze at the night view through a large, beautiful window helped me unwind from the day’s fatigue and feel refreshed. It’s great that Imabari now has such a good Hotel. One point to note—not as something good or bad—is that there seem to be many international guests. I work in an international field so it didn’t bother me at all, but some people may feel unsettled seeing many overseas visitors in places like the lobby or large public bath in a regional city like Imabari. That said, during my stay there were no guests with poor manners.

On a whim during the Obon holidays, I made a Reservation for one night starting August 15, booking on August 13. I have a shellfish allergy, and since it was such short notice I thought it might be difficult, but they replied right away, “No problem.” The Hotel does feel a bit old, but it is well kept and clean, so my stay was very comfortable. The meals were generous and delicious. Above all, what makes this Hotel special is how kind everyone is. They don’t say unnecessary things, but if you ask something they think it through as if it were their own matter and respond sincerely. It left me feeling warm inside. It really shows that you don’t need a luxury Hotel to have a great stay. I highly recommend staying here at least once.\nI do not recommend climbing the 365 steps of the Ikaho Onsen stone staircase in midsummer—I was drenched in sweat and completely out of breath.

All staff were courteous and attentive, and I had a very pleasant stay. Thank you. It would have been nice to have a chair in the bathroom. I had breakfast, and it was very delicious. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

The service was excellent, and the meals were delicious. One of Okawaso’s highlights—the shamisen performance—was very soothing, and there was also a comfortable place to sit and enjoy it at a relaxed pace, making it a wonderful memory. The staff were all welcoming with lovely smiles, and their guidance was clear and easy to follow.

My family and I stayed here to attend a performance at a nearby hall. It’s a little far from Niigata Station, but since we were driving it wasn’t an issue, and the affiliated parking lot was right next door, which was very convenient. The staff frequently checked in with us, and they were kind and helpful with our questions, which made us feel at ease. I especially recommend the breakfast, which offers a great selection of local specialties made with regional ingredients. We could try small portions of many different dishes, and everything was delicious—we were very satisfied. On the day of our stay, we received an upgrade to a more spacious Room, which made it even more relaxing. Thank you very much. This time we stayed for one night for a specific purpose, but there are still many places we’d like to visit and plenty of great food to try, so we hope to return for a longer stay next time.
