I felt the Facility was more than adequate. The amenities, Room cleanliness, and service were all fine with no particular issues. Since I was on the 11th floor, I was lucky to enjoy an open view from the window. There were two elevators, but they didn’t seem to be coordinated; several times, after pressing the button, the elevator on the opposite side passed my floor first. That was disappointing.

I assumed it would be just an Accommodation at a golf course and didn’t expect much, but it was unbelievably wonderful. The Facility—especially the Room—was cleaned more thoroughly than city Hotels, and the French cuisine in this Plan was of such a high standard that it felt like being in central Tokyo. As expected from the restaurant of a prestigious country club, and since discerning guests stay at this Accommodation, there’s clearly no cutting corners. Next time, I definitely want to stay again and play golf as well. Thank you so much to all the staff. We were extremely satisfied. My daughter’s wedding also went smoothly. Thank you very much.

The Hotel is very close—once you reach the main road from the JR Kinshicho Station South Exit, you can see the building. It’s about a 5-minute walk including waiting at traffic lights, with excellent access. The 1F front desk is compact, but the staff were cheerful and very pleasant. It seemed like there were many international guests. The Room was much nicer than in the photos, and the bathroom area in particular felt spacious and luxurious. The number and placement of power outlets were also convenient. Amenities included four types of French Omnisens (30 ml each), prepared for each guest, and the scent and quality were soothing. The thick, fluffy towels and other linens—and even the bedding—were outstanding. The pajama-style nightwear and even a bathrobe left nothing to complain about. I was impressed by how delicious the complimentary red wine, premium juice, sparkling water, and snacks were; relaxing with Nespresso and tea was perfect, and having as many as eight bottles of mineral water was wonderful too. The Hotel itself is quite compact—there’s no lobby or lounge, and the elevator is small—but it has a European boutique-hotel feel. Relaxing in the Room made it perfect for a girls’ get-together. Breakfast also felt like just the right amount and variety for women. One small downside: I could only find an all-on/all-off light switch in the Room, which was a bit inconvenient. I’m amazed to find such a lovely Hotel at this price in Tokyo—very satisfied!

Unfortunately, the desired Room was not available, but the view of Setoda, characteristic of the island, was wonderful. Dinner was plentiful, and I ended up eating too much. Thank you for your warm and homely hospitality and for your many kindnesses.

I’m enjoying retirement and return to Japan twice a year (we usually live in Los Angeles), spending a month visiting Onsens with my American husband. His favorite is a famous Accommodation in Kinosaki Onsen, but even he said the food here was exceptionally delicious. We enjoyed two days of truly tasty meals—not just generous portions and many dishes, but outstanding flavor—and it made for a very satisfying Onsen trip. Transportation was inconvenient, but the food was so good it made us forget the inconvenience! Also, as coffee lovers, this was the first time we’ve been able to enjoy authentic coffee at an Onsen Ryokan. This is an Onsen Accommodation we definitely want to stay at again every year before our trip to Kinosaki Onsen. Also, the shampoo and conditioner in the Onsen smelled wonderful and left my color-treated hair smooth—I was very happy with them! Compared with Kinosaki Onsen, the proprietress and staff here were incredibly kind. I hope everyone gets to enjoy the same positive experience we did.

Two women in our 60s stayed here. We were very satisfied with the meals—especially the rice, which was so delicious that we ended up having seconds even though we were already full. The bottled water in the Room cost 200 yen, so we gave 4 stars as it would have been better if it were free. The baths were not crowded, and we could relax and soak at our leisure; the water was silky-smooth—truly worthy of its reputation as a skin-beautifying hot spring!

This was my first time staying at this Hotel. It is within walking distance to Dotonbori, and there is a convenience store nearby, making it very convenient. The staff at the Hotel were extremely kind and provided excellent service, which made my stay highly satisfying. I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but considering the location, interior, staff service, and price, it’s excellent! There are also plenty of bars around the station, which is very convenient.

This trip was planned as a motorcycle touring trip with an overnight stay. When I arrived at the Accommodation, the front desk staff kindly guided my motorcycle to a covered area and even provided an umbrella, which I really appreciated. The bath wasn’t large, but it was more than satisfactory. Above all, I can highly recommend the meals. Dinner was very satisfying, like a course meal—from meat and sashimi to pudding for dessert. And breakfast? It also offered a variety of delicious items such as grilled fish, and just like dinner I went back for seconds of rice. I’d like to stay here again when visiting the Fukushima area. From the Room I could see Lake Inawashiro; it was quiet around there and I slept very well.

I stayed for a 3-night Multiple Night Stay to attend a live show. Since there was no daily cleaning for multiple-night stays, I could relax and enjoy my time without worry. The towel-only replacement system was more than enough. It’s great to have an efficient, no-waste approach! Breakfast included Hokkaido local specialties, and the menu changed little by little each day, so I never got bored. The evening “shime parfait” was cute and delicious as well. The front desk and staff were all very pleasant. The location was also great—easy to find and close, just straight ahead after exiting the station. There was a nearby Seicomart with Hokkaido local items, which was fun to check out too! I’d love to stay here again!

I have stayed here many times. At a typical Ryokan, I’m a light eater, so the meals served are often more than I can finish. For that reason, wherever I go, I stay without meals included. I eat at nearby restaurants and order only what I want and can finish. It’s cheaper and makes for a more relaxed trip. From that perspective, Kameya Rakkan is the best Hotel. Of course, the staff are kind as well, and I appreciate their attentive service. I will stay again.

The Room was clean, and the Onsen had excellent water. The staff were also very kind. If I have the opportunity again, I would definitely like to stay here.

The location was great, and the Onsen was relaxing and felt very clean. The meals were also delicious. One thing I noticed was that the heat for the shabu-shabu pot was weak and the burn time was short, so when we added the meat it took a long time for the temperature to rise. Also, even though there was still meat left, the fuel ran out and we had to bring back a full new set of equipment.

This property is in a wonderful location right in front of the sea. A walk along the shore before dinner was the best. Although it is in front of the swimming beach, it was quiet, and we really enjoyed the delicious meals.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 2 nights. It wasn’t too far from the station, and overall it was good. However, since I came by car, I would have liked a partnered parking option. That’s all.

The variety and taste of the dishes were highly satisfying. The beach was right in front, and the children were thrilled. We would love to stay again next year!

I stayed here with my daughter and granddaughter—three of us. The front desk staff were very kind and listened with a warm smile to my 6-year-old granddaughter’s little stories, which made our stay truly enjoyable. It was a wonderful trip.

Since I travel with my dog, I always stay in the same Room, and it is spacious and very comfortable. Even though it is clean, you can sleep with your dog on the bed, and there is also a fairly large crate provided—nothing to complain about. Also, all of the staff are very kind, which makes the stay even better.

I have stayed at this Accommodation many times—before, during, and after COVID. Breakfast, the welcome drink, and other services have been thoughtfully adjusted over time, and I have always been very satisfied. However, on this visit there were issues with the facilities. The first Room I was shown had a toilet where water kept running continuously, and the noise was very bothersome. I asked the front desk to change Rooms; the next Room had a broken refrigerator. They kindly moved me again, but that Room had very loud mechanical noise as well. At that point I was too tired to request another change and stayed in that Room. I would like to continue staying here about once or twice a year. Even if some facilities are getting older, I believe that frequent repairs and replacements will resolve these inconveniences and restore the comfortable environment you used to provide. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Although the property is old, it is well cleaned and comfortable. The Wi‑Fi connection is unreliable, and it is inconvenient that it does not work at all in the early morning.
