I was very pleased, but it might be helpful to update the Facility information for future guests. × Comb/Brush × Bath Additives × Yukata × Lotion × Emulsion × Makeup Remover This time, I was able to stay at a very reasonable price, and I also appreciated the extension cord and extra towels provided in the Room. I will definitely use this place again when visiting Wakayama!

It had been a while since my spouse and I stayed here, and thank you for taking such good care of us. As always, the staff, the Room, the meals, and the bath (in-room bath) were all very satisfying. This is an Accommodation we would like to stay at again.

I stayed here for a live show in Hachioji. The venue was about a 5-minute walk away, which was very convenient. The room and Facility were average, but they were cleaned very well and felt very clean. Given the current situation, I was very satisfied with this price for a weekend stay. If there is another live show in Hachioji, I would like to stay here again. Thank you.

Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, thanks to the very kind staff. There was too much food at dinner, so I couldn’t finish it. The bath was also very nice. I had hurt my knee, so I didn’t get to walk around the famous garden, but I was able to relax in the Room. There were also USB ports by the bed.

The sauna has a TV, and the temperature is just right—absolutely fantastic! The cold plunge is also at the perfect temperature, so comfortable you won’t want to leave either the sauna or the cold bath!

We stayed with 4 people and 1 dog. The Room was odor-free, and we barely heard any other dogs, making it very comfortable. It would be nice to have a few more amenities. There was a note about limitations on the bathwater, but it turned out to be fine. Thank you!

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The hospitality of the staff was truly felt through their warm smiles. I was amazed at how such a great location near the station could offer this price! Everything about this hotel was simply wonderful. I’ve decided to stay with Wing for all my future visits to Tokyo! You can also enjoy the dining area in front of Akabane Station without any worries, and a short walk will take you to explore historic streets.

I stayed one night for sightseeing in Sekigahara. It was about a 10-minute drive to Sekigahara. It was my first time staying at a container Hotel, and the room was very practical. It’s more than enough for a solo stay. The mirror and desk light were especially useful—I could do my makeup while watching TV, which was great. The frozen meal you can receive was filling on its own, which really helped. There’s also McDonald’s, Drug Cosmos, and a 7-Eleven within walking distance, so it’s convenient. If possible, I think it’s better to finish all shopping before check-in and then head to the Hotel. The parking area near the rooms has space for about eight cars; if it’s full, you need to use the second parking lot. It’s behind the Hotel and requires going back out to the main road once. Also, although there is a gate with a door that would be a shortcut, it cannot be used due to local regulations, so you have to walk a bit to reach your room. I thought I had finally arrived, but ended up unexpectedly carrying my luggage through heavy rain at night and got tired. As long as you keep that in mind, it’s very convenient overall.

The bathtub was spacious and felt very open, which was great. Breakfast was also plentiful, and the soups in particular were outstanding.

The Room with a front-row view of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge was spacious and spotless, and everything stood out as exceptional among all the Hotels and Accommodations we have visited so far; we could truly feel the Hotel’s thoughtful hospitality everywhere we looked. We had dinner in Kobe City and only breakfast at the Hotel, but the in-room breakfast was absolutely delicious. We happened to make a Reservation at this Hotel for our trip to Kobe, but thanks to the heartfelt care shown by all of your staff, we were able to spend a day that will remain a cherished memory. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much to everyone on the staff.

This was my first stay, and it felt far more fulfilling than you’d expect from just one night and two days. From the warm welcome on arrival, everything was handled with great care. The staff’s hospitality left a lasting impression, and throughout my stay they paid attention to even the smallest details. All the way through to the send-off at departure, I felt genuinely well looked after. Rather than feeling formal or scripted, it truly felt like they valued each guest as an individual. The Room had a calm, relaxing atmosphere, and best of all was the private open-air bath attached to the Room. Being able to soak in the Onsen at my own pace whenever I wanted was an incredible luxury—and it felt so good that I wanted to go in again and again. Enjoying the open-air bath while taking in the garden and surrounding nature helped me forget everyday fatigue. Each dish was prepared with great care; not only was everything delicious, but I also enjoyed the presentation and seasonal touches. The dining experience itself became one of the highlights of my trip. The overall atmosphere of this Ryokan is wonderful—quiet and serene—and simply being inside made me feel naturally more at ease. Everything is beautifully maintained down to the smallest details, making it a perfect place to enjoy a true escape from daily life. Even though it was a short stay of one night and two days, by checkout I was surprised at how much lighter both my body and mind felt—I was able to truly recharge. This is a Ryokan that honestly makes you think, “I want to stay here again.” If you’re looking for Accommodation in Hakone, I highly recommend staying here at least once.

We stayed here for the first time to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The Accommodation was beautifully arranged, and all of the staff were wonderful. We were delighted that each person congratulated us on our anniversary. Every dish was delicious, with carefully prepared broth, and the tableware was lovely as well. My spouse and I truly enjoyed a happy time together. We also enjoyed the open-air bath many times. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Everything—from the service and the Hotel’s interior design to the teppanyaki and even the smallest details in the guest room—was perfect. It was a truly moving and wonderful stay.

I always stay here on my way to Shinshu. The dining-out map was very helpful.

This was my first stay at Route Inn Hotel. The Room and Facility were clean, and it even had a large public bath, which I wasn’t expecting. Breakfast was also included and delicious, so I was very satisfied with my stay. I’d be happy to use it again on future trips!

This was my second stay. Just like last time, the parking staff were efficient, check-in was stress-free, and we enjoyed the welcome mineral water and jelly. This time I used the Onsen and the shower. The Onsen was very clean! And it was my first time seeing a shower room like the one in the Room—there was a place to sit, which made it very comfortable. The after-bath ice cream and the breakfast buffet were great, and all the food was absolutely delicious. I also requested an extra pillow and slippers, and they kindly brought them to my Room. It truly became a wonderful trip. The staff provided excellent service, and their kindness really came through. We’re planning another trip to Universal at the end of the year, so I’d like to stay one night on our way back. Thank you very much.

The seaside Room offers a stunning ocean view, with new tatami mats and a very comfortable stay. Dinner was outstanding in both quality and quantity, featuring abalone sashimi, abalone steak, abalone rice cooked in a pot, plus seasonal sashimi—an excellent abalone-focused meal. Breakfast also had a wide variety of side dishes, and the sweet shrimp soup was refined and delicious. We were very satisfied—it exceeded the price. Thank you!

I stayed here on a business trip. It’s right in front of Kurobe Station, and there’s a Lawson nearby, which was very convenient. The front desk staff were excellent, and the Room was very clean. In particular, the layout of the bed and desk was well thought out and very easy to use. If I had to ask for one thing, it would have been nice to have a makeup mirror for women in a drawer or similar. I originally planned to have dinner at the Chinese restaurant on the first floor, but for a Business Hotel in this area it was a bit pricey, so I ended up going to Lawson instead.

I stayed here on a business trip. I often stay at Super Hotel as well, and I always have a pleasant experience. This time too, I was completely satisfied with everything—consistently excellent service, a clean Room, and a sufficient breakfast. The Room’s large wall-mounted TV was very easy to watch. Also, whether it was the layout or something else, it was so comfortable that I ended up missing my chance to go out and explore Kawagoe. The milk-braised Fukaya green onions served at breakfast were also outstanding. Thank you very much for taking such good care of me.

The location was great and the property was clean. The male staff member at the front desk was very kind and helped us warmly and courteously. We had an issue where YouTube in the Room froze on a still image, but he came right away to fix it and handled it quickly. I would like to stay again, and next time I’d like to include breakfast. The large public bath was also clean and helped me relax after a long day.
