I stayed for one night with breakfast included. Both the exterior and the room were very clean and quiet, so I had a comfortable stay. Everything at breakfast was delicious, and I was very satisfied!

The Facility is new, and the shower rooms were assigned by Room number and had locks, so it was very comfortable. However, one disappointing point was that there were two spots of dog poop in the dog run—probably left by a previous guest—and they were fairly large, so I wish more attention had been paid during cleaning. Also, since we are paying an accommodation fee, I think satisfaction would increase if items like diaper wraps (belly bands) and treats were provided. Also, when it rains you get wet walking from the Room to the tarp area, so I would be happy if there were a covered section along the way as well. In particular, it would be better if there were a roof at the entrance. I’ve written what I noticed, but overall the staff were pleasant, and it’s an Accommodation I’d like to stay at again. Due to the typhoon approaching the Izu Islands, I thought the weather might not be favorable, but there was hardly any rain or wind, making for a pleasant stay. The warm hospitality of the owner couple was comforting, and I was able to enjoy a wonderful autumn day. The open-air bath, full of handmade charm, made me forget the hustle and bustle of city life—it was truly impressive. The meals had an original touch unique to this accommodation; the sashimi made from local fish was excellent. The Shirodai (possibly Emperor Snapper?) was delicious. The simmered Kinmedai (Golden Eye Snapper) had just the right amount of sweetness and tasted amazing. Thank you for providing such a wonderful day! The guest's crab was adorable!

There is nothing nearby, but a short walk will take you to Lawson, and many familiar chain stores are available on the main street. Depending on the time of day, it can be difficult to cross the busy roadside due to continuous traffic. I have used this place several times in different locations, and it seems there are both card key and PIN code entry types. The frozen food selection appears to be the same everywhere, with consistent service and Room quality. Disposable slippers would be nice. Perfect for road trips; I plan to use it again in the future.

The room was spacious enough for a single room, and I was happy to find a large sofa. The shower had strong water pressure, making it very comfortable to use. Having a kettle and humidifier provided was also helpful. The amenities were standard, but I think women would appreciate having items like lotion or moisturizer available. There was some loud noise at night that caught my attention, but it wasn't disruptive enough to prevent sleep. I had dinner at the restaurant on the first floor of the building. The hospitality from the hostess and staff left a positive impression of this accommodation as an excellent choice. I would love to stay here again!

We stayed for five nights as a couple. We were able to relax and unwind with a delicious breakfast and a comfortable Room. We also heard that you keep bees, and the honey at breakfast was wonderful. After heading out to the sea and mountains, being able to do laundry and dry it with a dehumidifier was incredibly helpful for a long stay. It was also great to be able to pack our diving gear completely dry. Surrounded by jungle, with fireflies glowing right in front of the Room—it was truly soothing. The owner was very kind, and we had a pleasant stay. Thank you very much. We would love to visit again.

I’ve been interested in container Hotels for a while, and I met up with friends and had a relaxing stay. There’s a convenience store nearby, you can come and go freely, and the parking lot is very close. Light snacks and amenities were provided, and we could also enjoy coffee and tea—overall it was very comfortable. I’ll definitely be back.

I stayed here because I wanted to relax in Kurokawa Onsen. The Accommodation had a calm atmosphere and was very comfortable, so I was able to spend a peaceful time even on my own. The Onsen temperature was just right, and it truly soothed my travel fatigue. The Asuka hot pot I had for dinner was especially memorable. The gently flavored soup, like white miso, was absolutely delicious, and I enjoyed it all the way to the end without getting tired of it. Every dish made with local ingredients was also wonderful, and both my heart and stomach were completely satisfied. All of the staff were warm and welcoming, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Thanks to them, I felt refreshed both physically and mentally, making it a memorable solo trip. I would love to come back in a different season. Thank you very much.

With its convenient location right in front of the station and smooth self check-in/check-out, I had a comfortable stay. Breakfast with a view of the Watarase River was very satisfying. Although the Facility is not new, it has been renovated and well maintained, so I felt no discomfort at all. The complimentary water and Yakult were much appreciated. There aren’t many dining options nearby, so if you’re checking in late, it’s convenient to pick up supplies at the Daily Store in front of the station ticket gates.

First-time visit. Just a short walk through the shopping street from the station, surrounded by convenience stores, restaurants, and even a famous ramen shop—finding food is no problem! This newly opened capsule Hotel has a space-themed concept. Inside, you'll find two-tiered capsules lined up neatly. There is one restroom each for men and women, and three shower rooms available on a first-come-first-served basis. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. There’s also a women-only area, making it convenient for female guests to use comfortably. The location, price, and overall value were excellent—I’ll definitely stay here again next time!

I stayed here for one night on a touring trip. Since I was traveling by motorcycle, I was worried about sudden thunderstorms, but there was a dedicated bike space at the back of the covered garage, which was very helpful. Although some of the Facility is a bit dated, it was thoroughly cleaned by the female staff, and all the necessary amenities were provided. The female front desk staff also had wonderful smiles and left a great impression. The breakfast area was bright, and the counter seats offered a great view. The bath is not a natural Onsen, but it was comfortable and enjoyable, and bottled beer came with complimentary snacks.

We had a wonderful two-day stay and were extremely satisfied with the impeccable hospitality of all the staff. The meals prepared by the Kyoto chef, both breakfast and dinner, were exceptionally delicious and left us deeply impressed. My wife, who is from Kansai, loved the morning white miso soup so much that she wanted seconds, so I shared mine with her. The unlimited rice and raw eggs were also greatly appreciated. The three of us are already talking about visiting again this summer!

I had a refreshing experience interacting with many animals and nature. The staff were kind, and I would love to visit this accommodation regularly.

On the morning of the 24th, I searched for and booked a Hotel with a large public bath nearby so I could watch the Gion Festival yamahoko “tsujimawashi” at Kawaramachi Oike. It was absolutely the right choice! From the subtly Kyoto-style entrance, everything felt welcoming—especially the front desk staff, whose excellent service instantly eased my fatigue from traveling in extreme heat. I was satisfied as soon as I entered the Room. It’s a take-off-your-shoes style, and the clean Room along with its layout and furnishings made it feel like coming home. Having all water facilities grouped together right by the entrance is very convenient. Since there is a large public bath, the shower booth in the Room was more than enough. While many Hotels these days don’t provide sofas or tables, I really appreciated having a long sofa you can lie down on, an armchair-style single sofa, and a table that’s plenty for two people. There are many great restaurants nearby, so it was nice to have a setup that makes takeout easy to enjoy in the Room. The lighting controls were easy to understand, with thoughtful touches like an individual bedside light and options for indirect lighting throughout the Room. The bed was very comfortable—even with sensitive skin and being sensitive to smells, I slept soundly. The linens—especially the pajamas—were high quality and perfectly laundered; cleaning standards were excellent overall, including towels for the large public bath. Water came in stylish Ito En bottle-type containers that were replenished again on the second day and convenient to carry around. Tea, coffee, and black tea were also restocked, and I was happy they even provided wine glasses. At the entrance to/fromthe large public bath area there were two types of vinegar drinks that helped me stay balanced during summer heat. As for views: you can see mountains inthe distance,but right next door is an apartment balcony,and below is temple cemetery grounds,s oI keptthe blinds downand used indirect lighting.(I usedto livein Teramachi,s o cemeteries don’t bother me.)Since windows are frosted glassin springand autumn too,I think it won’t be an issue unless you wantto open them fully.The hospitality at this Hotel more than made upfor it.I didn’t add breakfast,but usedthe attached grillfor lunchand cocktail time,and enjoyed both.I’d love to stay at this Accommodation again.

The Ryokan’s atmosphere, interior design, and our Room were all wonderful, making this a truly memorable birthday trip. Above all, the staff were exceptional—kindly checking in on us and even waving until we were out of sight when we left, which made us feel genuinely happy and welcomed. We would love to stay again.

We stayed in a Compact Suite for a 4-night Multiple Night Stay in winter. We made a Reservation because we were drawn to the location and the concept of “staying as if you live here,” and it truly lived up to that idea. First, the location is excellent. We were able to visit Lake Mashu every day and enjoy how it changes with the weather and time of day. It was also convenient to shop in Teshikaga before or after sightseeing, and access toward Lake Kussharo was easy as well, so we could adjust our plans flexibly depending on how we felt. The services provided and the level of interaction with the staff also felt just right for us. Even without special offerings, we could freely enjoy drinks in the lounge, and by making good use of the refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and electric kettle ourselves, we had a very comfortable stay. We could unwind from everyday social fatigue while still receiving support that never felt inconvenient—highly recommended for guests who prefer minimal interference or for Multiple Night Stay. We booked the dinner course for one night only, but each dish conveyed sincerity toward the ingredients and careful creativity. Everything was delicious, and we’re glad we tried it. One minor point: because the toilet/bathroom fixtures and appliances are very design-focused—and apparently overseas-made (based on labeling)—they weren’t immediately intuitive to use. Once you get used to them, it’s not an issue. Overall, we were very satisfied to be able to spend our time quietly at our own pace throughout the stay without stress or inconvenience.

Overall, everything was excellent. The best part was the service during meals. They were very attentive in many ways, which I really appreciated. I would like to stay here again.

Before visiting Himakajima, I researched accommodations and found that the reviews were not very favorable, so my expectations were low. However, the staff at the accommodation were all incredibly hospitable, providing exceptional service throughout my stay. While it was not an onsen, the large public bath was spacious and relaxing, offering a similar experience with views of Ise Bay and Mikawa Bay. The sunset from the room was extraordinary—a scene reminiscent of a novel's opening line describing "a magnificent twilight," visible across the peninsula. The only disappointment was hearing that octopus catches have been poor recently. I look forward to visiting again when I have another opportunity.

I stayed here again for the first time in a while since the renovation. The open-air bath was different from before, and I enjoyed it with the men’s and women’s baths switching. The Room was a Japanese-Western style, so it was spacious, but the bed was narrow and the pillow was high, making it hard to sleep. The meals were very delicious, served at just the right timing. The salmon sashimi was a little unique—well thought out and tasty. The ayu sweetfish also had just the right amount of salt and was very enjoyable.

I stayed one night in Ueda while traveling from Tokyo to Kanazawa. It looks far more stylish than in the photos. I expected a renovated Hotel in an older building, but I was impressed from the moment I stepped into the front desk area, and I also loved the calm atmosphere of the Room. On top of that, the large public bath and sauna were truly outstanding. Every item at the attached bakery looked delicious, and quite a few people came just to buy bread. This is a highly satisfying Hotel that makes you want to stop by Ueda whenever you visit the Nagano area. Because I hope it continues to become an even better Hotel, my only request is this: while I was happy with the breakfast bread selection at the restaurant, I’d like to see a bit more effort put into both the dinner menu and some of the finer details.
