This was an Accommodation I had been interested in for some time. The hot water was pleasantly warm, so I could soak and relax at length. The meals were excellent, and I also ordered grilled sesame tofu as an extra. It was exquisite. Overall, the service was very good, and I would like to visit again.

I had a wonderful stay. I accidentally arrived at Glover Garden, so I called the Hotel and they kindly helped me. When I entered, they greeted me very politely: “Were you the one who called earlier? We’ve been waiting for you—you arrived sooner than we expected.” After that, every staff member continued to treat me with warm hospitality. That alone made me feel glad I chose this Hotel. In the lobby there are two counters—one open until 10:30 p.m. and another available all day—where you can enjoy as many drinks and snacks as you like. Since I arrived late, I do regret not getting there earlier so I could have tried more from the limited-time counter. The braised pork and chocolate were delicious; there was plenty of braised pork left, so if I hadn’t eaten too much at my dinner gathering, I could have finished it all… maybe next time. Still, the all-day counter was more than enough to enjoy. The lounge also has a great selection of books, so I stayed up a bit reading while enjoying tea and sweets from the all-day counter. It was such a relaxing time. Breakfast in a steamer basket was comforting and delicious as well—the yuzu miso was especially amazing. They also had loquat and mandarin drinks. I expected them to be sweet, but they tasted properly like tea with just a subtle hint of flavor. Personally (with my sweet tooth), the mandarin juice added to the all-day counter in the morning was particularly tasty. There is no Onsen (as expected), and while this is clear if you check in advance, toothbrushes are not provided for sustainability reasons. However, there’s a convenience store about 50 meters away from the Hotel, so it wasn’t inconvenient at all. I’ll definitely come again! Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

I made a Reservation to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday! From check-in, we were welcomed with delicious tea and sweets, and the process was smooth and pleasant. Dinner was excellent—everything from the sashimi to the steamed vegetables was delicious. Since we both love alcohol, the all-you-can-drink selection with so many options was amazing! Breakfast was also healthy and tasty, and it was such a great Accommodation that it made us want to stay one more night. My girlfriend was very happy! Thank you so much.

I stayed here with my sister’s family. The gentleman at the front desk who guided us and the lady serving our meals were both refreshingly pleasant, which was wonderful. It really left me with a strong impression that people in Fukui are kind! The meals were generous and delicious, so I ate almost everything. I meant to finish it all, but I got too full and ended up leaving some rice in the cooker lol. The courtyard view was soothing, and the Accommodation felt very clean throughout, so I loved it and would like to stay again! I’m glad we found such a great Accommodation. Thank you!!

I’ve stayed here many times, and it’s always a clean, easy-to-use Hotel. The moment I arrived at my Room, I couldn’t help saying out loud, “Dormy Inn really is great,” and felt relieved. My friend who came with me felt the same way. There are so many good points: how practical the Room is, the spacious desk and sink area, the brightness, the large public bath Onsen, having all the necessary amenities, and breakfast with a wide variety of delicious options served in small dishes that are easy to pick up. The only disappointing thing this time was that the coffee didn’t taste good. Also, the door to the women’s public bath was left open. I would appreciate it if you could improve these two points. Thank you very much.

Spacious and clean interior facilities, but it was unfortunate that I couldn't use the Onsen. Overall, it was a satisfactory 2-night stay with no major complaints about the Hotel.

The parking attendant was kind and courteous. When I entered the Hotel, the lobby was lovely, and the front desk staff greeted me with a smile and provided polite service. The Room lighting was too dim, so I would have liked it to be a bit brighter. I ordered Chinese food via room service, and everything was delicious. Thank you very much.

It was my first time staying at a capsule Hotel, and the inside was spacious and the bedding was soft, which I really liked. The complimentary drinks were great, and the amenities were also very good. The value for money was excellent. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

My spouse and I visited Wakasa for the first time from Tokyo. A hidden Accommodation quietly nestled in a very peaceful fishing village. From our Room, the beautiful Sea of Japan stretched out below us. Listening to the waves crashing against the rocks, we enjoyed a truly luxurious time watching the sun slowly sink into the endless horizon. The view from the bath was also outstanding. The meal was a kaiseki course featuring plenty of fresh local fish and vegetables, and we were left speechless by the rich flavors—something you could never experience in the city. We were able to fully enjoy everything Wakasa has to offer. We look forward to staying again.

I was quite tired from my pilgrimage journey, but a relaxing bath and a delicious breakfast left me feeling fully refreshed, and I was able to spend the final day of my pilgrimage with a smile. For a pilgrimage trip, there’s nothing better than soothing your fatigue in the large public bath. I stayed at Route Inn for all three nights this time.

The Room is spacious. The bathroom is also large and separate from the toilet. The linens are new and clean. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of items and is quite tasty. There is a 7-Eleven nearby, as well as affordable coin-operated parking, which is convenient. For that price, no complaints.

This trip was to celebrate my mother’s birthday. She requested to see the Onsen she had visited with my late father during their honeymoon, and also the snow monkeys at Jigokudani Monkey Park. We chose this Accommodation because Reviews repeatedly mentioned the private family bath and a homey, relaxing atmosphere. True to the Reviews, it was a wonderfully quiet and peaceful place. The warm glow of washi paper lamps displayed throughout was beautiful, and we could feel the proprietress’s thoughtful care in every detail. And the food—absolutely delicious! Dinner just kept coming (laugh). Every dish was freshly made and served hot. The best of all was the kake soba hand-made by the chef that very morning. I love soba and visit many places, but I’m sorry—this was truly the best I’ve ever had anywhere. Breakfast also made us happy with piping-hot dashimaki tamago. The highlight of breakfast was the miso soup—I wanted to take home the whole pot. As we’ve gotten older, we choose our trips carefully based on both meals and Accommodation quality, and this place offered outstanding value for money. More than anything, we made unforgettable memories here. On our way out, I bought one of the lamps that were on display at the Accommodation as a gift for my mother. Thanks to you, it became the best birthday present possible. We’ll come again in winter—and again for her birthday next year too. I stayed in February, and as soon as I got home I made a Reservation for June. Last time was Nadeshiko, and this time it was Tsutsuji. The Tsutsuji Room is a maisonette, with a spacious cypress bath on the first floor. The bath was wonderfully relaxing. I had been looking forward to the meals because they were even better than expected last time. Once again, everything was delicious and very satisfying. This is an Accommodation that makes you want to try every Room, and enjoy the cuisine again in different seasons.

Everything was comfortable. The staff, lobby, meals, Room, and bath were all clean and relaxing. The meals were thoughtfully prepared, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. However, it would have been even better if there had been a dinner menu. At other places I’ve stayed, they compile the menus into a file for easy reference. The illustrated breakfast menu was great. I quickly framed it with my watermelon eraser stamp and displayed it in my living room. It looks wonderful in the frame.

I stayed here because the Accommodation highlighted that you can see the Seven Stars in Kyushu from the Room. It really was a Room with a great view, and I was able to photograph the Seven Stars in Kyushu with Mt. Yufu in the background. You can also see Mt. Yufu from the Onsen in the Room. The medicinal rice porridge at breakfast was especially delicious!

We booked the “Chef’s Choice Kura Twin” Plan and stayed in Room 101 of the MOSO building. The Room was a very comfortable size for two people. The beams, the safe room, and the steep stairs were all experiences you don’t usually get to have, so they felt truly special. The dinner we had been looking forward to was delicious. In particular, the rich flavor of Togeshita beef and the vivid colors of the corn bavarois appetizer left a strong impression. We chose an anniversary Plan, and we were delighted to see our requested message along with a ribbon. At breakfast as well, staff offered refills at just the right time, and they also knew we were staying on an anniversary Plan and kindly took photos for us—making it a very pleasant time. It was a stay that made us feel truly welcomed—both by the Accommodation and by the town! We also loved the Takehara Campbell juice listed on the lounge and restaurant drink menus. It’s grape juice, but I’d never tasted one with such clarity before. We had it again at a roadside station after checkout—and even bought more to take home. A couple of small things we noticed: Dust had collected in the basket in the washroom. Each time we entered to use the sink, the toilet lid sensor reacted and opened automatically; we would prefer it without automatic opening/closing.

No matter when you stay, the thorough cleaning makes it a comfortable place to spend time. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you won’t have any trouble, and BBQ tools are also provided. When we met the staff at the gate at checkout, they kindly saw us off, and we felt great until the very end—we’d love to stay again!

The front desk staff welcomed me with refreshing smiles, which made me feel very comfortable. I was also satisfied with the breakfast menu—nutritiously well-balanced and deliciously prepared. This was my third stay, and I’m thinking of making this my regular Accommodation from now on.

It was great that I could take my dog for a normal walk. The Room was also cleaned well, and my dog relaxed without any fuss. The bath had a larger tub than a Business Hotel, and the shampoo and other amenities provided had a pleasant herbal scent. Being able to eat in the Room was also nice because my dog didn’t feel lonely. Even though it has an auto-lock, I accidentally went out without my key, and they came to unlock it for me twice. They helped me without showing any annoyance, which I really appreciated. I’m glad there were places nearby for walks. The cakes from the cake shop just a 1-minute walk away were delicious too.

Dining and shopping are available at nearby facilities. It was great to have free access to the bath during our stay. The view of Mt. Fuji from the Room was beautiful. Waiting for the clouds to clear was a relaxing moment. The female front desk staff were kind and courteous, and their smiles were wonderful. Breakfast wasn’t crowded, and we enjoyed it very much.
