We stayed here to celebrate my spouse and me turning 70. The Room with an open-air bath was spacious, and we were able to relax comfortably. The Onsen water quality in the large public bath was excellent. We could choose different temperatures depending on the area, and we were very satisfied. The meals were also very delicious. It became a memorable celebration. We would like to visit again.

The building seemed a bit old, but it was well cleaned and felt very tidy and comfortable. I stayed for one night and two days. On the first day, I used the adjacent Agannasse baths. The variety of cold-water baths was great, and there was also complimentary coffee. The next morning, I used the large public bath before departure, which was also very nice. I only had the breakfast buffet, but there was a wide selection and everything was delicious.

I seem to have dropped my key card in the large public bath changing room, and I couldn’t get back in. When I contacted the front desk, they responded immediately and were very helpful.

We stayed here to celebrate a birthday trip. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches, including messages, and felt the attentive care throughout. The meals and Onsen were wonderful, and we were very satisfied. The staff welcomed us warmly with smiles, which was soothing both physically and mentally. We would love to stay again.

Due to my mother being critically ill, I needed Accommodation on short notice. There were various changes, such as extending my stay little by little and being placed on a waiting list for cancellations, but I truly appreciate your quick and flexible support. All of the front desk staff were kind. The cleaning was slightly lacking, but considering the price, I was fully satisfied with breakfast included. I also became a member, so I look forward to staying again if I have the opportunity.

This was my first stay. Since it was Saturday and Hotels in the city center were expensive, I chose this Accommodation because parking was free and breakfast was included. There weren’t any restaurants nearby, but we found a delicious udon place just a few minutes away by car, so we ate there before checking in. There is a restaurant on the first floor of the Hotel, and the buffet-style meal is only 1,210 yen. The all-you-can-drink alcohol option is also 1,210 yen, which is very affordable—great for those who enjoy drinking. There’s also a large supermarket next door with plenty of prepared foods and other options. The breakfast was surprisingly good for being free; the handmade tofu was especially delicious. Overall, it was a reasonably priced Accommodation. For the next day in Susaki, I booked another Hotel from the same group.

As the title says, there are many Kuretakeso properties nearby. The Hotel entrance is halfway up a slope, so it may be a bit tough if you have a lot of luggage. The road in front of the entrance has heavy traffic. Breakfast has limited variety but is delicious. The dining area is a luxurious Room. The lobby comic selection is small; I think they should add more. Since it would help attract guests, I recommend increasing the selection even with used books. There is only one elevator. Soft drinks are all-you-can-drink. For about two hours at night, alcohol is also all-you-can-drink. The Room is spacious. There is a shower booth. You can watch TV while soaking in the bath—there are two TVs in the Room. Parking lots are scattered around, and if it’s your first time, it can be hard to tell where to park. Recommended in this area.

The building feels a bit old, but it is well maintained and there were no issues. The hospitality was excellent, with thoughtful attention to detail throughout. The meals were delicious as well—nothing to complain about. The stargazing tour was also great, and I would like to visit again in a different season.

The location was excellent, and as a famous spot from *Be-Bop High School*, I was very satisfied. The front desk staff were also wonderful. I will come back at a later date to pick up the whiskey I forgot. When staying in Shimizu again, I think I will stay here again. It was a truly wonderful Hotel.

This was my third stay. I stayed in the same Room with a kitchen as last time. The Room had been renovated and was very clean. In the evening, we could see Mt. Fuji from the Room, which made my mother very happy. For dinner, instead of ordering the boat sashimi platter we had last time, we took out sushi and ate it in the Room. Dinner is served in your Room here, so you can relax without worrying about others. I wanted to take it easy in the morning, so I chose no breakfast. If you want a hearty breakfast, I recommend booking a plan with breakfast included.\nThe beach was quiet since it was before Obon. There were lifeguards on duty as well, so it felt safe. Unfortunately, perhaps because it was after 3:00 PM on the day we went, the beach huts were closed. It rained the next day, so we gave up on going to the beach—but students from some school were swimming even in the rain.\nI’d love to come back to Iwai for another beach trip next year too.

It was a truly wonderful Hotel. The Room was clean and had a calm atmosphere, making it very comfortable to stay in. All the staff were kind, and their attentive care and warm hospitality left a strong impression. The atmosphere throughout the building and the Facilities were excellent, and I was able to relax from the bottom of my heart during my stay. The hospitality exceeded my expectations and became a lovely travel memory. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again. I would confidently recommend it to family and friends!

If you love Onsen, this place is truly heaven—there are 18 private baths. This was my third stay, and I still haven’t managed to try them all. The detached cottage “Aoi” has its own open-air bath, which is absolutely wonderful. I always end up completely satisfied just using the bath in the Room. The spring quality is a simple Onsen (slightly alkaline, hypotonic, high-temperature) with a pH of 8.3. It feels gentle on the skin and is easy to enjoy in a different way from more distinctive springs like sulfur Onsen. It’s comfortable for longer soaks, and being able to enjoy it many times during your stay is part of the appeal. Many of the open-air baths have a rustic, DIY-like feel. Numerous private baths are scattered across the vast grounds, and I can only imagine how much work it must be to maintain and manage so many. Because this Accommodation is surrounded by nature, things like insects and fallen leaves are somewhat unavoidable. In July there were quite a few insects, and when I visited last September I also had trouble with biting gnats. Even so, this Accommodation has more than enough charm to make up for it. The source spring has an abundant flow rate, and the source temperature is very high at 76.1°C. To bring it down to a comfortable temperature, adding water may sometimes be necessary. As an Onsen lover, I’d ideally like to enjoy pure free-flowing water without dilution—but with such a high-temperature source spring, I understand that temperature control can be challenging. Many of the staff are from overseas, but everyone speaks Japanese well and I’ve never felt inconvenienced. They are always polite and attentive. And despite being such a secluded hot-spring retreat, it’s great that the meals are genuinely delicious as well. This time we ordered sukiyaki as an extra dish; it was excellent and very satisfying. In winter this area apparently gets extremely heavy snowfall. Next time I’d love to visit in winter and enjoy an outdoor bath while admiring snowy scenery.

I was able to relax in a clean and spacious Room. Above all, the staff were kind and attentive wherever I went, which made my stay very pleasant. I also appreciated being able to adjust the portions of rice and miso soup myself. I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

I stayed here for an event and a shrine visit. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, and that alone made the heat and fatigue melt away. Their explanation of the Room location and the check-out procedure was also very clear. The Room had wooden flooring, was very spacious, and comfortable to stay in. The bathroom did not have a shower curtain like a typical unit bath, so when showering in the tub I took a little care not to get the outside wet (it was fine). Two sets of amenities were provided, and it was helpful that disposable chopsticks were included as well. I used one toothbrush and one pair of chopsticks. Thanks to that, I slept well. Check-out is done by dropping off the key. It was such a good Hotel that I almost regretted not being able to say “thank you for your help” in person. If I have the chance, I would like to stay again.

Although I was told it was a bit far from Otaru Station with some elevation changes, it was an easy walk. I enjoyed strolling around the town of Otaru along the way. Breakfast was excellent and very delicious. The Room was also spacious, and I could truly relax. All the staff were very kind, and I had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much. I would love to stay here again when I visit Otaru.

We have four dogs, including a Golden Retriever and a Mameshiba, so we always stay in a villa with a private dog run. However, every time we’ve felt that something was always just slightly inconvenient—but RETONA was perfect. Since there’s a splash pond in the dog run, we thought we should bring towels, but there were towels right at the entrance, along with a water tank for dogs and bowls. We also received one complimentary drink per person from the vending machine at the dog-run entrance!! Thanks to that, our dogs were able to run around the spacious dog run to their hearts’ content and slept soundly at night. For dinner, since our dogs are always with us as usual, we assumed the food would end up getting cold—but each dish was served at just the right time: hot items while still hot and cold items while still cold. Everything was delicious—the soup and even the mango vegetable juice—and the appetizers were presented like an afternoon tea set: not only tasty but also beautifully arranged. Whenever we met any staff member, they greeted us with wonderful smiles, and they even helped carry our luggage upon arrival—which was truly helpful for our multi-dog household. The bath in our Room was very spacious as well, everything was spotless throughout, and above all we didn’t feel any drawbacks or inconvenience at all. We travel at least five or six times a year, and during long holidays we often stay about four nights. We would absolutely love to visit again. Thank you very much.

I stayed for one night and had a comfortable experience. First of all, the location is excellent. It’s very close to Sapporo Station, and within walking distance to the Clock Tower, Odori Park, and Susukino. There’s a Lawson convenience store in front of the Hotel and a Seicomart around the corner, which was very convenient. The Room was small but clean and functional. It would have been even better if mineral water was provided. Breakfast wasn’t bad but not particularly outstanding either—it was average overall. I appreciated that they had soup curry available. They kindly stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was helpful. However, during check-in payment, I noticed that the amount presented was before applying the IKYU discount; if I hadn’t caught it, I might have paid the full price without realizing it. When I pointed this out, they checked and adjusted it to reflect the discounted amount. From outside, it looks simple like a typical Business Hotel; however, while not spacious, the front lobby is stylish and clean. The neighboring Aspen Hotel from the same group is larger and more impressive in appearance; still, this smaller-scale atmosphere here left a positive impression on me as well.

This is my regular Accommodation when I’m on business in Tokyo. It’s centrally located in Ginza, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. I also appreciate that there are no unnecessary services. The cloakroom service is efficient and professional. There seem to be many international guests, and the overall atmosphere feels refined. I’d like to stay here again.

As a mid-sized to small Hotel with relatively few guest rooms, it never gets unpleasantly crowded, so I can stay comfortably and I really like it. However, there are many families with children, and some people leave their kids unattended during meals, which was a bit troublesome. It doesn’t bother me elsewhere, but I do think a certain level of manners is necessary during meals. Even so, the Hotel is quiet and relaxing overall, and there are plenty of well-made dinosaur displays, so I like it a lot. I hope this Hotel continues for a long time—I’m rooting for you. By the way, this time the pool water seemed warmer than before—whether due to the setting or the season—and it wasn’t cold at all, so we could enjoy swimming comfortably without having to dash into the sauna.

This was my second Multiple Night Stay this year. I couldn’t use the parking lot due to my car’s height, but there are affordable parking options nearby, and it’s within walking distance for dining and shopping, so I’d like to stay again.\nThe amenities were well stocked and great, but it would have been perfect if hair ties were provided.
