I stayed here again this year during two consecutive days of diving in Yura. The Room was spacious, and I was very satisfied with the amenities and the delicious complimentary coffee at the front desk. Last time, I tried dinner for the first time and was very happy with it—reasonably priced and generously portioned—so this time I also tried breakfast for the first time, and it exceeded my expectations as well. Everyone at the front desk is very kind, and I always feel welcome here. Staying here is one of the highlights of my trip.

The property has been renovated and feels exceptionally clean. The front desk, guest rooms, and restaurant all offer breathtaking views. If it had an open-air bath, it would be perfect.

The food in the club lounge was delicious, and the drinks and snacks were all thoughtfully selected—we really enjoyed it. Above all, the lounge itself was stylish, spotless, and wonderfully relaxing, so we could unwind in peace. All of the staff were very pleasant and made us feel truly well cared for. Thanks to that, we had a comfortable stay from start to finish. Breakfast was at Rilassa on the 3rd floor. It was crowded, but there was an incredible variety of dishes—far more than we could possibly try. They even had matcha warabi mochi that day, which was also excellent. The view from our Room was outstanding. From the lounge, we could see Tokyo Dome City attractions from above, and from our Room we enjoyed views over Tokyo and Marunouchi—plus Odaiba’s Fuji TV building in the distance, the National Diet Building, Minato City, and sparkling night views of high-rises toward Shinjuku. It was wonderful. The Room was spacious and comfortable, with a sofa large enough to stretch out on and relax. The sink area and bathtub aren’t the newest style, but they were polished to a shine and felt great to use. I didn’t know there could be such a fun and relaxing Hotel—I definitely want to come again. My family who traveled with me also said: “It was so much fun!! We want to go again! The food is delicious, and the club lounge is great!!” We’ll be back again. Thank you very much.

We truly enjoyed an elegant time as a couple while traveling with our pet. The Accommodation Fee was higher because we had a pet, but staying at the Hotel we had long dreamed of was wonderful, and we made the happiest memories. Our Room had an open-air bath and a bathing tub for dogs as well, and after filling it with five buckets of Onsen water, our pet looked warm and very comfortable. Before going to bed, we soaked once more in the Room’s open-air bath while watching a subtitled foreign film on the Room’s TV through the glass window, enjoying an extraordinary sense of luxury. We also loved the meals—Japanese cuisine is our favorite—and we were both very satisfied. I hope to visit again someday, and next time I would definitely like to stay in the main building where dogs are not allowed—those lingering feelings remain with me. I always book my stays for USJ through The Park. The staff member who handled my check-in this time seemed to be someone who had assisted me before. I didn’t remember, but it made me happy that they remembered me. I’m planning to stay again over the New Year holidays this year. I’m looking forward to it.

As I did last year, I stayed one night at the Rose Hotel while tidying up my parents’ home. After finishing, I checked in at 3:00 PM. This time again, I was upgraded and stayed in a Room on the 9th floor. I was able to take a relaxing walk around Chinatown and Yamashita Park and do some sightseeing as well—it was incredibly comfortable. The in-Room coffee, made with portion pods, was delicious. Breakfast was a bit busy, but there were no long lines. The food was easy to pick up, and everything I tried tasted great—especially the shumai dumplings and rice porridge. I’d love to stay again.

We stayed for one night during the Obon holiday period. The front desk staff warmly welcomed us. The Room felt very new and was impeccably clean, so we had a very comfortable stay. It was great to have both yukata and pajamas available. They also quickly exchanged the yukata size for us, which was very helpful. We headed to the bath right away. The large public bath was very clean, and we loved that the shower kept running without having to press the button repeatedly! Bathing while looking at the castle was wonderful. The hair dryers in the changing area were ReFa. The muscat vinegar drink in the post-bath lounge was so delicious that even our children—who usually find fruit vinegar drinks too sour—went back for seconds. Since our Room included lounge access, we used the massage chair there, enjoyed some drinks, and felt refreshed. Also, the bed in our Room was incredibly comfortable—I may have slept better than I ever have while traveling. I think it’s a great fit for those who like pillows that are fluffy, soft, and low-profile. The next morning we had breakfast at Mimasaka Kitchen. We already knew it had a good reputation, but it exceeded our expectations—the lightly seasoned side dishes and wide variety of desserts that weren’t overly sweet were more than satisfying. Even better were the onigiri made by one of the staff members—perfectly light and fluffy—and our whole family couldn’t stop praising them. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with this Accommodation. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us during our stay.

This was our second stay, following last year. Above all, the calm sea view from the room and the bath is outstanding. Unfortunately it rained on the first day, but it cleared up the next day and seagulls flew right up close in front of us. We also enjoyed a magical scene as moonlight reflected on the glassy water. The service and value for money are excellent—highly recommended for anyone who loves the ocean.

I stayed here to see the Shiki Theatre Company’s “Mamma Mia!” I got a little lost on the way from the station, but the views from the lobby and pool were amazing! The entrance, front desk, and guest room decor had Mitsui’s signature chic, calm atmosphere, which was very relaxing. There is a jacuzzi by the pool, but a couple were using it for a long time and it didn’t free up, so I gave up and went back to my room. I wish there were time limits. I was told it would cost about 1,000 yen to call a taxi, so I arranged one myself and ended up nearly missing my restaurant reservation time. It seems that arranging taxis at hotels costs extra these days. All of the taxi drivers in Yokohama were courteous, which really helped. In many ways, it was a cool hotel. Thank you very much for taking such good care of me.

The facilities themselves haven’t changed much, but overall satisfaction is high thanks to features like bathrooms with a separate washing area in every room and dining options that stay open late. If I had to point out anything, it would be the lack of hooks in the room for hanging bath towels, and the toilet soundproofing being a bit weak—sounds from inside can be heard in the room. I’d like to see this improved. Breakfast has changed slightly compared to before, but I really enjoyed it. That said, there seemed to be fewer types of bread than you might expect for breakfast, though considering it’s a theme park restaurant, that may be fine. It would have been even better if items like pickled plums or seasoned seaweed were available at the pickles station. I understand dinner buffet service will be moved over to Vita, and that seems like one possible approach. I also think you could do more to highlight to hotel guests that Rex Cafe and the lounge are open late. Guests coming from far away tend to spend as much time as possible in the park and may not make it in time for the buffet’s last order—so having dinner options available later would likely be appreciated. I’m looking forward to further improvements.

The meals were delicious, the room was clean, and baby food was available, so it was a wonderful ryokan! We’d love to stay again when we travel to Shiga!

I had long wanted to stay here at least once. My wish finally came true, and I stayed in the Orange Suite Room. The entire building was chic and wonderful, with a real sense of history. The Room featured an orange color theme with thoughtful touches throughout, making it a very enjoyable stay. I also received drink service tickets for the bar, and I was able to enjoy them in a wonderfully deep atmosphere. Dinner was a full-course French meal. I chose the fish, and it was so delicious that I was truly impressed. The staff were very prompt and accurate in their service, which made my stay extremely pleasant. I definitely want to stay again. Thank you very much.

It was a wonderful Hotel. The staff’s hospitality was outstanding, and the location was very convenient. Afternoon tea and the evening cocktail hour were excellent, including light snacks. The large public bath was also great. When I come to Kyoto again, I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much for your kind hospitality.

We stayed for one night and two days with our grandchild. As mentioned in other reviews, the building and rooms are indeed a bit old, but everything was properly cleaned and we had no issues. With the all-you-can-play passport, we enjoyed bowling, the pool, craft-making, festival-style games, quizzes, a stamp rally, and more—plenty to keep us entertained. The free shuttle bus from the hotel to Yubatake at night was extremely helpful; it was my first time seeing the Yubatake illuminations, and I was surprised by how many tourists were there. Even though it was summer, walking around Yubatake felt pleasantly cool—almost a little chilly—which was wonderful. The next day we used the hotel shuttle again because I wanted my grandchild to enjoy street food and try the yumomi experience as well. We had only ever visited Kusatsu in winter before, so this was our first summer visit. While news reports talked about extreme heat in Tokyo, we were amazed at how cool and comfortable Kusatsu was in summer. At night we didn’t need air conditioning in our room—it actually felt slightly chilly. Summer in Kusatsu is great. The food was delicious, and everyone at the front desk, reception counters, and shop—especially the international staff—was very polite and pleasant. Every staff member provided excellent service; I was truly impressed. This hotel is highly recommended for families with children as well. We would love to visit again. The only downside is that the hotel is so large that it’s easy to get lost—especially when trying to find the baths (as other reviews mentioned), and yes, we got lost too. Overall though it was a wonderful hotel. Thank you very much.

I stayed on the 14th during the Obon holiday, and the female front desk staff were very kind. The Room was a little small, but it was a good size for me. Above all, it was very helpful that the station, department stores, and convenience stores were nearby. I stay in Omiya once a year, and I would like to stay here again.

Sukayu Onsen was wonderful. The shuttle service, women-only facilities, and overall experience were very satisfying for our family. The staff were friendly, and the meals were delicious—we were truly pleased with everything. The Ikkyu Diamond Member benefits were also excellent, making our stay feel special. We were satisfied with the hot springs, cuisine, and hospitality in every way, and it’s an inn we would definitely like to visit again. Thank you very much.

We celebrated his birthday here. We chose this Accommodation to celebrate as the last couple before we become husband and wife when we visit Shimabara again next year. We were truly impressed by the staff’s thoughtful hospitality, and the locally sourced cuisine was absolutely delicious. The in-Room sauna and bath were both excellent. Everything was perfect.

Ever since I visited Umikaji Terrace, I had been dreaming of staying at this hotel. I was able to spend a luxurious time in the resort-like lobby and lounge, and I was also impressed by the warm and attentive service from all the staff. I was thrilled by the view from my room’s balcony—the ocean, the runway, and planes taking off and landing. This stay made me love Senagajima Hotel even more. When I visit Okinawa again, I would definitely like to stay here.

On a whim during the Obon holidays, I made a Reservation for one night starting August 15, booking on August 13. I have a shellfish allergy, and since it was such short notice I thought it might be difficult, but they replied right away, “No problem.” The Hotel does feel a bit old, but it is well kept and clean, so my stay was very comfortable. The meals were generous and delicious. Above all, what makes this Hotel special is how kind everyone is. They don’t say unnecessary things, but if you ask something they think it through as if it were their own matter and respond sincerely. It left me feeling warm inside. It really shows that you don’t need a luxury Hotel to have a great stay. I highly recommend staying here at least once.\nI do not recommend climbing the 365 steps of the Ikaho Onsen stone staircase in midsummer—I was drenched in sweat and completely out of breath.

Check-in via tablet was smooth, and the service was just right, making the stay very comfortable. We were worried the meals might not be enough, but for our age group it was just the right amount and we finished almost everything. The food was delicious. The Room with a semi-open-air bath felt a bit small, but it was well cleaned and we had a pleasant stay.
