I made a Reservation for the Obon holiday because I wanted to relax. It was also great that there were complimentary drinks and light snacks in the lounge after check-in. Unfortunately, since it was right after a typhoon passed through, the view from the window was of rough seas, but I think it would have felt wonderful on a clear day. The Room was spacious enough, and I was able to unwind comfortably. The drinks in the in-room refrigerator were free, and we were told we could take them with us if we didn’t drink them—such a nice touch. We reserved a private family bath, which was very spacious and easy to use, so we could soak and relax. I wasn’t expecting much from the meals, but everything except the crab was delicious—I ended up eating too much. Breakfast even included a DIY rice bowl station (nokkedon), which was also delicious—I ate too much again! At check-out, we received drinks and a parasol as souvenirs, which made me very happy. I would definitely like to visit again.

It feels like there’s nothing around, and the Facility stands alone. The Room and other areas were average.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days! On the evening of our arrival, we enjoyed a BBQ at the Glamorous Dining area. Everything was delicious—especially the bone-in pork, which was tender, flavorful, and outstanding. We also grilled the dessert apples and marshmallows perfectly, and they were very tasty. The Weber gas grill was large and easy to use; the meat grilled lightly as excess fat dripped away, while the vegetables turned out sweet and juicy. We truly enjoyed everything that makes a BBQ special. The weather was only good on the day we arrived, and unfortunately it rained for the remaining two days, so our pickleball plans were canceled. Instead, we took a trip to Matsumoto for soba noodles and enjoyed an Onsen, which made for a relaxing stay overall. The Facility is old, but the Room was spacious and easy to use. We’d love to come back again when the weather is better.

This was my second stay this year because I particularly enjoyed the food last time. Originally a bank's retreat, the compact front desk and building layout reflect its history. There is no greeting upon arrival, luggage assistance, or farewell service (you carry your luggage to the third-floor front desk yourself and leave on your own). However, I appreciate the stunning ocean view from the hilltop location and the cozy atmosphere with only 10 rooms. The Onsen features a 78-degree natural hot spring source, with a slightly small but pleasant open-air bath and high-quality massage chairs. This time, I stayed in a Western-style room near the elevator that was added later; it was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. The only downside was that the sink and toilet were adjacent without separation—though it did provide an open feel upon reflection. Dinner could only be enjoyed at the restaurant (unlike last time when in-room dining allowed for more relaxation), which was disappointing as wearing loungewear is not permitted—I would have preferred to dine in a relaxed atmosphere in loungewear. Starting February next year, dinner times will shift to two seatings; however, I hope they maintain flexibility like now where you can choose every 30 minutes. The food met expectations—delicious despite not using particularly expensive ingredients—with intricate sauces and beautiful presentation that truly felt like fine cuisine. Breakfast also offered plenty of variety and quality. Before dinner at the lounge, I ordered Royal Milk Tea which was so delicious that I ordered it again in the morning while enjoying an elegant atmosphere with ocean views through large windows. A staff member kindly offered to take my photo during this time while explaining distant scenery details—a friendly gesture that elevated my impression of this accommodation’s overall service level. Its convenient distance from Osaka makes me want to visit again!

I think the Facility and cleanliness are good. However, I arrived before check-in time, so I spoke to the front desk and waited seated nearby until the scheduled time. Even when it was time, no one called out to me. The staff were chatting among themselves the whole time. There was also no explanation that towels for the public bath were provided in the Room. If they are going to give a lifeless, monotone explanation, then a self check-in machine would be fine. They should learn from front desk staff at other Hotel properties. Other than the front desk staff, there were no issues.

We stayed in a two-room suite with a view of the townscape roofed with Sekishu tiles. The view itself wasn’t great—more like looking at the neighboring house—but it was more than made up for by the hospitality and the food. This wasn’t typical Ryokan cuisine; the dishes were thoughtfully prepared using local ingredients. Hot items were served hot and freshly made. We stayed on the day of the fireworks festival before Obon. After taking a bath, we lay down until dinner, watching the sunset and listening to insects—it felt wonderful. We went to Yakushiyu before dinner, but it was hot while waiting there, and since the Accommodation’s bath was so good, we wished we had used the Accommodation’s bath in the evening and gone to Yakushiyu early in the morning instead. In the hallway, as part of their hospitality, there was a refrigerated case where each guest could choose one drink—beer, juice, or water. That made us happy. And about the fireworks: we expected a small rural display, but it kept going for nearly 30 minutes without getting boring—it was very well planned. We’d like to stay again around this time next year before Obon.

Return Visit Stayed for two nights a few years ago and was amazed by how incredible the Moor Onsen was. They even had our past stay history on record, which really showed their professionalism. At the time, we were a bit bothered by some odors in the Room and Onsen, so we “cheated” for a while with a newer Accommodation nearby (laugh). This time, we made a Reservation for a newly renovated Room. Bottom line: it was excellent! I’m not really into saunas, but I enjoyed it because you can adjust the temperature in various ways and even listen to music. There were plenty of towels, and bathrobes were provided as well. The only downside was that the open-air bath was slightly too hot. The food was delicious, and the service was flawless. If they renovate more guest rooms, we will definitely stay again.

Both the space and the hospitality were very comfortable. At the end of dinner, rice and eel were served, but the eel was tough and the seasoning wasn’t to my taste. The rice was very delicious. As a Diamond member gift, I received rice. I plan to cook it in a clay pot. The bath is on the small side, but it was very clean with a faint sulfur scent—truly the best Onsen I’ve ever experienced. I was worried because I had facial allergies, but instead the itching went away and the redness subsided. Once again, I was impressed by the power of nature. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

We stayed here after visiting the Kushiro Marsh. The medicinal cuisine dinner was delicious. The Onsen was spacious and clean, and it warmed us up and felt great. There is a guest-only laundry, which was very helpful. If we go to Kushiro again, we would like to stay here again.

This was our second stay. The new Room had a private indoor bath, and we were truly satisfied. Dinner was French cuisine, and every dish prepared by the delightful chef was perfectly seasoned and absolutely delicious. We would love to visit again.

With its high Review ratings, we chose this Accommodation to celebrate a birthday. All the staff welcomed us warmly, and we enjoyed creative dishes at both dinner and breakfast that we had never tried before. Everything was truly delicious and beautifully presented. We were impressed—no wonder the head chef has received the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare Award. The Room was simple yet very comfortable for relaxing, and the free-flowing natural Onsen water in the open-air bath was outstanding. The water was pleasantly lukewarm, so we could soak for a long time. This is the first Accommodation where we’ve been able to unwind so completely. Unfortunately it rained and we couldn’t see the stars, so next time we’d like to come back on a clear night. We had a wonderful birthday celebration. Thank you very much.

I came back for a second visit right away!! As expected, this place was amazing! I was so happy that the proprietress remembered me. The meals were delicious as always! The hot spring water was wonderful! I’m already hoping to come back for a third time!

Thank you for your kindness—the staff’s smiles were wonderful. I’d love to stay at this lovely Hotel again. We could relax at our own pace without worrying about others, listening to the soothing sound of the waves from morning to night. Open the window and you’ll see the blue sea and horizon, then enjoy morning coffee on the terrace—truly the best seat in the house. Savor dinner (a barbecue) with a sunset sinking into the sea as your backdrop. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

This time, we stayed during the firefly season in late May. After dinner, just as the Accommodation advised us, we walked to a viewing spot along the “Yoboshigawa” River that flows near the Accommodation. Due to the impact of flooding a few years ago, we were told there are fewer fireflies now, so it wasn’t quite “firefly hunting,” but my spouse and I enjoyed watching fireflies flitting about here and there, feeling like kids again for a while. The viewing spot on the Yoboshigawa River is about 400 meters south of the Accommodation along the road, making for a nice post-dinner walk (haha). After that, it was back to enjoying the Onsen. I’ve written reviews several times in the past about their hospitality and service, meals, and Onsen/baths; as always, we received warm hospitality and had another very satisfying stay this time as well. We’ll be back again.

I attended a concert at K-Arena and stayed at Hilton Yokohama. Since it’s right next door, it was incredibly convenient, and I was glad I could quickly get in line for the merchandise sales starting at 10:00 the next day. I also had dinner at Ocean Milano in the Hotel. The food was excellent, and all of the staff were wonderful.

This was our third stay on the lounge floor. Everyone—front desk staff, floor staff, bell staff, and lounge staff—was full of hospitality and treated us with great care, so we were able to enjoy another comfortable and pleasant stay. When we visited the lounge at tea time, they remembered the name of our five-year-old daughter and spoke to her kindly. Their thoughtful attention made us very happy and left a lasting impression. The Room was, of course, spotless—gorgeous and extremely comfortable. The food in the lounge was also high quality; this time, in addition to the standard offerings, there were seasonal dishes as well, which made it even more enjoyable. We also used the spa and gym and felt refreshed both physically and mentally. It was a truly wonderful one-night stay. No matter how many times we visit, it’s one of our favorite Hotels that always makes us want to come back. We would love to return again.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. The property was thoroughly cleaned down to the smallest details, and I was able to relax. Fresh flowers were displayed in the Room, and although it faced the mountain side, we could still see the fireworks. It had a lovely atmosphere. The sauna temperature was not too high and felt just right. The cold water was also not too cold, which was great. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

On my first trip to Toyama, I stayed here for two nights during a 4-night, 5-day visit. I chose this Hotel for its convenient access to the trolley train, the wide variety of Toyama local cuisine, the table tennis, and above all, the incredible view from the Room. The Room was even better than I imagined—wonderful and very comfortable. We were lucky with the weather, so we could clearly see the trolley train, and I was moved every day by the beautiful scenery outside the window. The Onsen was somewhat busy at times but still within an acceptable range. The water left my skin feeling smooth. A small issue came up at dinner, but the way it was handled was truly heartfelt. They even gave my son some fireworks, which added something special to our family time together. It’s impressive that their response made me feel not only that it canceled out any inconvenience, but that it almost happened for a reason. I have great respect for the manager who assisted us. Everyone at this Hotel was wonderful—even down to each greeting from staff members. Thank you to the Shuttle Service driver for taking us back and forth to Unazuki Station so many times! And thank you as well to the woman working at the bar counter in the buffet venue for teaching me how to make a recommended delicious drink! Also, thank you for writing a letter for my son—he was deeply touched. He brought it home as a keepsake and is treasuring it. Toyama Prefecture has so much depth—I found many more places I want to visit. After entrance exams are over, I’d like to come again in autumn. This time I debated between a Deluxe Japanese-Western style Room and a Western-style Room, and chose the Western-style one. The Room was amazing, but now I’m curious about the Japanese-Western style too—choosing next time will be exciting. Beyond just the view, as a woman I was also impressed by how high-quality the hair dryer in our Room was. Such great attention to service detail. Is it the same hair dryer in every Room? My hair felt so silky afterward. If there’s one request: I’d be happy if there were women’s amenities in each Room (or at least amenity sets in deluxe Rooms). Some guests may want light makeup after using the Onsen as well; having an amenity set would make an already perfect stay even better. We used this Hotel as our base while sightseeing around various places. Next time I'd like to stay three nights. Thank you very much for everything!

Everything was outstanding! The Room was lovely, and the amenities had a wonderful fragrance that truly helped us relax. The lounge was self-service, but we had no trouble at all—there were delicious alcoholic drinks, snacks, as well as drinks and treats for children, so we were very satisfied. Although it’s a Hotel in the city center, access from the Room to the pool was convenient. Our three children played a lot in the pool on the second floor and were very happy. Breakfast served in the Room was also delicious, and we were impressed by the flawless hospitality. It’s a shame we could only stay one night. We would love to stay again when we visit Naha. I have stayed here several times, and I am always satisfied with the Hotel staff, the Room, and the breakfast. The cakes and bread at the lobby lounge & boutique “Fountain” are reasonably priced yet very delicious, and taking them back to my Room to enjoy is something I look forward to every time.
