I stayed here for sightseeing in Yamanashi. I had previously used Suruga Kenko Land, which is part of the same group, so I decided to stay here when visiting Yamanashi. I drove, and the parking lot is spacious and easy to use. There is also a shuttle bus from Isawa-Onsen Station. The baths come in many varieties, and I was looking forward to the sauna as it was recently renovated—everything exceeded my expectations, with excellent facilities throughout the building. I booked a room-only plan, but I was interested in the breakfast buffet and was told it could be added even on the day, so I did. After enjoying the morning bath and sauna, I was hungry and loved having an all-you-can-eat breakfast. There was a wide selection of dishes, plus a drink bar that even included grape juice—overall very satisfying. This is a place I’d like to use again.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with three relatives. In a word, it was a wonderful Accommodation. The restaurant meals were especially excellent—seasonal, creative dishes that we could enjoy both visually and in taste. The chef’s ideas are outstanding. All of the service staff were warm and welcoming, making our dining time even more enjoyable. I felt that whether the meals at an Accommodation are good or not almost determines whether the trip was great. Of course, both the Room and the bath were also very good. If I had to mention one small point, the amenities were from a brand with a very distinctive fragrance. Preferences may vary, but personally I felt there might be other options that would suit this Accommodation as well. I would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

This was my second stay. It is close to the station, and both the Room (and the entire property) were very clean, making for a comfortable stay. The castle was illuminated, and I could see it from the Room the whole time. I will definitely stay again.

Three of us stayed one night in a triple room to enjoy a live show with friends. In addition to the three beds, there was a sofa where all three of us could sit comfortably. The room was very well equipped, with a refrigerator, microwave, cutlery, and other tableware—everything we needed. We also enjoyed watching on the large projector screen and had a great time together. The location was excellent, so we were able to take a morning walk and easily enjoy sightseeing as well—shopping around town and having lunch in Nankinmachi were both very pleasant. Thank you very much.

The room was thoroughly cleaned, and we had a very comfortable stay. Next time, we would like to try the buffet at the Hotel restaurant.

We stayed for three days as a family. The sea right in front of the property was incredibly clear and beautiful. During our stay, our children were captivated the whole time—trying fishing and searching for sea creatures along the shore. The meals were even better than we expected; every bite brought surprise and delight. The staff were also exceptionally kind, responding warmly and flexibly in many situations, which made our entire stay truly comfortable. When we visit the Goto Islands again, we will definitely stay here. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, Nikko to celebrate our 13th wedding anniversary during our summer vacation—my wife had been talking for a long time about wanting to visit. On the way to the hotel, the fog was so thick that we could hardly see anything, but by the time we arrived the weather had cleared and we were able to enjoy views of Lake Chuzenji from the lounge. At check-in, we upgraded from a riverside-view room to a Lake Chuzenji-view room, and it was absolutely the right choice. The view from our room was stunning and made for a truly special stay. For dinner we used in-room dining, and for breakfast we chose the Japanese set. Being able to enjoy both meals at a relaxed pace in our room, with that beautiful scenery right in front of us, felt wonderfully luxurious. The bathroom was also spacious and comfortable, with a separate toilet area. When we entered our room after check-in, welcome fruit and cake were prepared for us. At turndown service, snacks as well as pecans and chocolates were also provided. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality of all the staff—it made our time feel exceptionally luxurious and elegant. Thank you very much.

A facility combining a bathing complex with Accommodation. Stay in a Room with an open-air Onsen bath and sauna, facing the mountains rather than the road. The bath water is silky and lotion-like, with a perfect temperature that pairs wonderfully with the sauna. The washing area is spacious, and the Room is long and narrow. The large public bath also offers plenty to enjoy: a pot bath, open-air Onsen bath, a reclining bath with about 1 cm of water depth, a carbonated bath, a groundwater (?) bath, an indoor electric bath, and a sauna—ideal for Onsen lovers. Conveniently located about a 3-minute walk from the station.

I always appreciate your flexibility in both Okayama and Kurashiki, and I’ve been able to enjoy a comfortable stay. I’m also satisfied with the breakfast. In Kurashiki, the bath isn’t very large, which is a bit disappointing. Also, with more tourists visiting the nearby Bikan Historical Quarter, if you check in a little late there may be no parking available. Be careful when using nearby parking—if you choose one without a daily maximum rate, you could be shocked by the total when you pay in the morning.

I had booked for June and was really looking forward to it, but due to flight cancellations caused by a typhoon I couldn’t make it (thank you again for your very kind and thoughtful support at that time). I’m truly glad I was able to visit this October. It’s already autumn where we live, but Okinawa still felt like summer, with cicadas singing—so we could enjoy a late summer vacation. We checked in late, but because the private pool and jacuzzi were pleasantly warm even at night, we were able to relax and enjoy both at our own pace. The morning pool was also wonderful—the landscaping was beautiful, and the scent of shell ginger was so soothing. The room had a microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, and a hot/cold water dispenser, which was very convenient. We also appreciated the drip coffee provided; it would be even nicer if there were Okinawa-style tea bags such as bitter melon tea, turmeric tea, or jasmine tea. The staff were very kind as well. When we mentioned we were going to Kaichu Road, they recommended soft-serve ice cream at the Nuchima-su factory and Kafu Banta. The two-tone blue-and-white soft serve looked beautiful and tasted great with its salty flavor—and the view there was amazing. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

This was my second stay, following my visit in June, and I was even more satisfied than last time—it feels worth coming to Nagoya just for this Accommodation. The Room’s ambiance and the staff’s calm professionalism truly embody the hospitality of a top-tier Hotel. Next time as well, I’d like to come to Nagoya just for this place.

This was my first stay, and I really enjoyed the beautiful views, the clean Room, and the delicious buffet. The paella was especially tasty. Since it was a weekday, the lounge wasn’t crowded, and I was able to enjoy plenty of alcoholic drinks. It was a very satisfying stay. Thank you very much. I would like to stay again.

The Room, baths, and meals were all wonderful. Both the in-room bath and the private Kashinoki-no-Yu Onsen were excellent. When I mentioned that the handle on the bath basket had come off, they responded immediately. As for the food, when I told them I have gout and can’t eat pork, they adjusted part of the meal. Every dish was delicious, and you could really tell how carefully everything was prepared. The soba was also great. All of the staff we spoke with in various situations were very pleasant, and it truly became a memorable trip. The view from the Room was amazing as well. There was a light mist over the mountains, and we enjoyed the beautiful scenery. It rained at night, but that actually made it even more relaxing with the sound of rain—I didn’t feel disappointed at all even though it rained. The American who traveled with me was impressed by everything and happily said they will definitely come again! I rarely write a Review no matter how much I travel, but Tsuruya was truly outstanding. If you’re considering a trip to Gunma, this is an Accommodation I would highly recommend—so I decided to write this Review. Next time, I’d love to enjoy the winter scenery along with the Onsen and meals. We will definitely visit again! Thank you very much.

I stay here every June. The bamboo shoots at dinner and the omelet at breakfast are delicious! Thank you to all the staff for always welcoming me so warmly.

The meals were excellent in both quality and portion size, and the woman who served us had a lovely, welcoming manner. The Facility was also great: the Room was spacious with a panoramic ocean view, and we were moved to see the sunrise rising above the horizon. It was a Room where four adults could relax comfortably. The in-room hair dryer was ReFa, which made my daughter very happy. We also appreciated the L’OCCITANE amenities in the Room—they were easy to use and a nice touch.

The Room was clean, and there was a desk lamp that could charge my smartphone just by placing it on it, so I had a very comfortable stay. There is a Starbucks near the Hotel, and there is also a convenience store at Kameoka Station, which was very convenient. I would like to stay again.

I was impressed by the high quality of service from the hotel owner (probably the person who guided us in the parking lot) and all the staff. However, when I went to the bath first thing in the morning, I noticed that items like the washing-area stools were not neatly arranged, which concerned me a little. My wife felt the same way. Thank you to the staff member who served us at dinner—thank you for a wonderful time.

After our trip to Furano, we found this Hotel while looking for a place to stay on the way home. Because it’s in the mountains, we were a bit worried about the drive, but it wasn’t far from downtown Ashibetsu, so we arrived without any trouble. We expected an older Facility, but once inside it felt completely modern. Everything was spotless, and there were lots of features younger guests would enjoy. Detox water stations from various brands, a space filled with books, areas to relax and chat, a guest-only lounge, wall art, and exhibits about Yutani Onsen and local coal mine history—there was always something interesting to see. The owl artwork on the wall was especially cute; if there had been any related goods for sale, I would have bought them. After getting out of the bath area, I was disappointed that one spot had that owl covered by a notice—I really wanted to see it. Our Room had a classic Japanese style but was very clean. The tatami mats were fresh and green-blue and felt great. It seemed that the open-air bath and the pot bath used Onsen water. Unfortunately it rained at night, but soaking in the Onsen under cover while listening to the rain was truly relaxing. I feel like I’ve made a connection with Ashibetsu as well—I genuinely want to visit again. I’d definitely recommend this Accommodation to friends and acquaintances. My wife and I stayed here together. After arriving on Miyajima, we were taken to the Hotel by Iwaso’s Shuttle Service. The driver who picked us up was exceptional—polite, refined, and easy to talk with—and in that moment we knew we had made the right choice. The service at check-in and during dinner was also excellent, allowing us to spend a truly relaxing time on Itsukushima. Dinner was not only delicious; we also enjoyed chatting with the staff who served us. When I asked at check-in whether raw oysters were available, I was told they are difficult to offer this season—but we were lucky enough to have raw oysters served at dinner. The sashimi selection (sea bream, amberjack, and fatty tuna) was well balanced; Japanese dishes were paired with salsa sauce in an interesting way; and the sukiyaki portion was generous. We were very satisfied. The Room felt clean and well kept. There was a vanity sink by the window, letting in natural light, which made it bright and convenient to use. The large public bath had plenty of space between the washing area and the tub, and the spacious open-air bath was another highlight. The location is also very convenient: about a 3-minute walk to Itsukushima Shrine and 7–8 minutes to the ropeway station. They also arranged our night cruise to see the Great Torii gate and provided Shuttle Service to the pier, which was extremely helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable hospitality of this long-established Ryokan as well as its elegant atmosphere throughout—including the corridors and landings. We would love to stay again.

The renovated Room was spotless and very comfortable. The drink corner was available from before breakfast until after dinner, which was a great value.
