We stayed in a budget-friendly bunk bed room for two people for one night, and the room was clean and surprisingly comfortable. The highlight was the amenities, which clearly reflected the owner's attention to detail. The quality of the provided shampoo and other toiletries was excellent, and the rented bath towels were impressively soft. Additionally, the water-related facilities were highly efficient. Not only were showers separated by gender, but there was also a spacious powder room where you could take your time drying your hair. Moreover, a digital board displayed real-time shower availability—a groundbreaking feature that was incredibly convenient. There is a free co-working space and water dispenser available, along with fully equipped kitchenware. Every detail has been thoughtfully arranged from a guest's perspective—this is definitely an accommodation worth revisiting! Although we didn’t get to use the bar on the first floor this time, we enjoyed coffee and snacks before departure! It was delightful chatting with the owner as well. Please note that the bar operates only when guests wish to use it; if you'd like to visit it during your stay, it's recommended to inform them in advance!

I was drawn in by the words, “A newly opened Onsen in Manazuru… Free Shuttle Service to Atami and Odawara!” so I went right away. It was an extraordinary space unlike anything I’ve ever experienced—surprise after surprise. Wrapped in a world far from everyday life, I truly enjoyed every moment. - The private garden and open-air bath were located separately from the guest room and could only be accessed with a key, which made it feel very exclusive. You can also enjoy meals there, and it felt like having a private space all to myself—pure luxury. The quality of the Onsen water was excellent as well; even after bathing, my body stayed warm for a long time. - The meals were plentiful and more lavish than anything I’ve seen before. Every dish tasted wonderful and looked beautiful—I was genuinely impressed. Even the tableware, chopsticks, glasses, and teacups were immaculate, showing careful attention to detail throughout. - What left the strongest impression was how polite the staff were and how well trained they clearly are. It was service that made me think from the bottom of my heart: I’m so glad I came here. *Lastly, they provided Shuttle Service to Odawara for me; our conversation in the car was so enjoyable that it became a perfect way to end the trip. Thank you for everything.* (I’ll be visiting again during the next holiday—and I’m already looking forward to my next stay.)

I stayed here for one night on the second night of my five-night solo trip to Kusatsu Onsen from Fukuoka, and I’m glad I was able to get a Reservation. I had heard that Kusatsu Onsen has various types of spring water, so I chose this Ryokan because it has a great reputation for its water quality and allows solo guests to enjoy the Onsen. Just as expected, the Onsen was truly wonderful, and I enjoyed soaking many times. I also visited several public baths—hot, tingling springs like Jizo-no-Yu felt great—but Gokurakukan’s comfortably warm Onsen was perfect for a long soak. It’s also recommended for those who don’t like very hot water. Towels were available in the Room as well as in the changing area by the bath, which was very convenient. Another nice point was being able to go to the Onsen without passing through the front desk, making it easy even early in the morning. The Room was clean, and the toilet was exceptionally spotless. I was happy to find Matsumura manju served with tea snacks. The free breakfast was delicious—the bread was wonderfully chewy. I also had dinner at the restaurant on the second floor; both the curry doria and carrot salad were excellent. At check-out, the owner and staff kindly gave me detailed sightseeing tips around Kusatsu. Thanks to them, I learned about Jigokudani Monkey Park in Nagano Prefecture and went there using car sharing. After waiting about 30 minutes, I was lucky enough to see monkeys soaking in an Onsen—it was amazing. The next day, I used car sharing again and enjoyed Ikaho’s hot spring buns and Mizusawa udon as well. It became a truly memorable solo trip. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, and next time I’d love to stay with my family—thank you very much.

We stayed in a family-type Room. The Room was spacious and clean, making it very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was especially convenient. When our child forgot something, we contacted the property and they responded immediately, which we really appreciated. If we visit Mojiko again, we would like to stay here again.

The view from the Room was wonderful, with beautiful scenery such as Okazaki Castle and the river. The breakfast selection was extensive, with many healthy options that helped soothe my tired body. The bath also had a great view, and I was able to relax. I would love to stay again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

I’m a repeat guest, and the Room is always clean, and the in-room bath features free-flowing natural hot spring water. Despite being close to the station, it feels almost like having the place to yourself, making it an ideal Accommodation for relaxing at a leisurely pace. Honestly, it’s such a great Accommodation for me that I almost don’t want to tell anyone else about it.

We happened to have two days off together as a couple, so we stayed here. This Accommodation was perfect for us, as we were traveling with our senior dog and wanted to enjoy the Onsen and the meals. With an in-room Onsen, we could soak again and again without waking our sleeping dog. The food was delicious, a luxurious course meal that we could enjoy in a relaxed setting—completely satisfying. It was such a wonderful experience beyond our expectations; we kept thinking, “Is this price really okay?” Next time, we’d love to book a Multiple Night Stay.

The meals were delicious. The morning coffee was also delicious.

This was our first time staying at an Accommodation like this. We usually choose Onsen accommodations when traveling as a couple, but this time the four of us—my mother, my two sisters, and I—stayed here. Thank you very much for all your help in advance. If we have the chance, we would love to stay again next time for sightseeing. There are many attractions nearby, so we’re also considering a Multiple Night Stay.

The staff provided exceptionally attentive service, and the comfortable Room made for a truly pleasant stay. I was also impressed by how delicious the breakfast was. This is an Accommodation I would love to visit again if I have the chance to go to Otsu.

This was our second stay, following our visit in June. What we love most about this villa is the ocean view from the living room. The view while dining or relaxing on the sofa is truly outstanding. We also really like the large, comfortable bed. The only downside is that the parking space is narrow and a bit difficult to park in, but we would love to stay again. By the way, the rhinoceros beetle in the photo appeared on the villa’s terrace. We were surprised to see it on a seaside terrace!!

It was a clean Hotel in a great location. With parking and a washer and dryer available, we were very satisfied. We had a comfortable stay on Miyakojima for the first time. We would like to stay again.

It was a truly enjoyable trip with our dog. The warm hospitality, delicious meals, and silky-smooth Onsen made us very satisfied. We were surprised at how luxurious the dog meal was! Thank you very much. The Room air conditioner felt a little weak... probably because the Room is spacious. I understand it can’t be helped in this extreme heat, though. We look forward to visiting again.

There are places to eat nearby. I worked up a sweat watching my grandchild’s soccer game, so being able to do laundry was a big help. Thank you.

We were captivated by the Sunset Sun Road, which we could enjoy from our Room, the large Onsen bath, the dining area, and the terrace. Both dinner and breakfast were thoughtfully prepared and delicious.

The staff member who took care of both dinner and breakfast was very pleasant. Also, at check-out, since both taxis and buses were crowded, they kindly drove us instead. We truly appreciate their flexible support. The bath was also excellent! Thank you for your hospitality. We would like to visit again.

I arrived early with very heavy luggage, and the host handled everything smoothly. The shared areas were clean, tidy, and well maintained; the lockers had locks, and there were plenty of restrooms and showers available. The Accommodation owner paid close attention to every detail of the Facility, which made my stay feel very reassuring.

My wife and I stayed here on a trip for two. Since it had just opened, we were excited to see what kind of Hotel it would be—but it far exceeded our expectations! I even found myself asking the manager, “Are you sure this price is okay?” (laugh) - Sauna access 24/7, and couples can use it together - The cold plunge is ice-cold (set to 15°C) - The breeze is wonderful, and the outdoor relaxation area feels amazing - ReFa hair dryer and shower head Being able to go out whenever we want without being tied to set times is also great—personally, it made the stay very comfortable. We’ve visited Miyakojima several times, but I don’t think there’s any other Hotel with a system like this. Honestly, even across Japan, it’s probably rare. My wife—who doesn’t usually use saunas—loved it too, and we went in together many times. It’s been a while since I found a Hotel that made me think, “I want to stay here again.” Thank you for taking care of us—we’ll be back!

They responded quickly to all my inquiries from the Reservation stage, so I felt at ease throughout my stay. There were two baths, both available for private use. Since there weren’t many other guests, I could soak whenever I wanted—it was perfect! I also really appreciated the drink bar. Unlimited alcohol and being able to go straight to sleep afterward is something you can’t easily do at home. The Hotel also has karaoke (a DAM room), available until midnight. With unlimited drinks, unlimited karaoke, and unlimited Onsen access, I would have stayed another night if time allowed. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Atami! I was amazed by the ReFa hair dryer!
