Reserved a non-smoking room and was provided with a perfect non-smoking room. The meals, both dinner and breakfast, exceeded expectations and were highly satisfying. I will definitely use this service again if I have the chance. Highly recommended.

I stayed here for a Multiple Night Stay during my trip to Nagano. Even though I arrived much earlier than planned, the front desk staff kindly assisted me, which was very helpful. The Room was spacious enough for a family, and since it was just the two of us as a couple, we could really relax. Because the location is up in the mountains, it was quiet and cool at night, and I slept well. Breakfast was buffet-style with a sufficient variety. Since I stayed multiple nights, I had breakfast twice, and I appreciated that the selection changed slightly. There are vending machines for drinks and ice cream inside the building, as well as a small shop, but there are no convenience stores or restaurants nearby. If you choose a Plan without meals or plan to have light food and drinks in your Room, I recommend shopping before arriving at the Accommodation. I also had a Plan without dinner, so the front desk staff told me about “Madarao no Yu,” located a short way down the hill. Thank you to all the staff for their kind hospitality—this was my first Multiple Night Stay, and I had a very comfortable time.

The twin room was spacious and comfortable, with an Onsen in the room's bathtub. Although I couldn't use the open-air bath due to light rain and chilly weather, the large public bath with natural hot spring water was excellent. The stay included breakfast, which was satisfying in both quality and quantity. However, the first-floor area felt dimly lit at night, creating a somewhat lonely atmosphere.

I stayed for 3 nights for skiing in Hakuba. The snow quality was terrible all 4 days, but I was very satisfied with the property overall. The ski locker in the drying room is spacious, easily accommodating boards and boots for 4 people, and it has a lock. The room is well soundproofed. There is a large public bath and an open-air bath. And above all, the food was extremely delicious. At first glance, I thought there might be a limited number of dishes, but the quantity was more than satisfying, and the seasoning was excellent. I will use it again if I have the opportunity.

I chose this hotel because I wanted to stay in Machida. It was convenient to visit places like Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku, and Machida Grandberry. Even after going to izakayas or restaurants at night, it was easy to return quickly, and there’s a convenience store downstairs. The room was equipped with a microwave and a humidifier, which was very convenient. Above all, the handmade rice ball bento and tea provided every morning were delicious and very helpful. Highly recommended accommodation!

We stayed as a family of four, including a child who will turn 2 in a week and a 6-year-old (preschooler), with the main plan being to visit the Churaumi Aquarium on the second day. The location was easy to find thanks to clear signage. Since the parking lot is a bit far, we recommend checking in early, leaving your luggage in the room, and then heading out for activities. The room had two large beds, which was one of the reasons we chose this accommodation. The toilet and bathroom were separate, and it was helpful that you could take off your shoes before entering the room. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were provided. We rented extra towels for our children at an additional cost. The room was clean and comfortable; however, we had trouble with the shower as it didn’t provide consistent hot water despite operating the water heater switch in the room—it only lasted about 30 seconds at one temperature. Perhaps proper instructions would have helped resolve this issue? For families with long-haired children like ours, bringing your own hair dryer is recommended since the provided one has low airflow strength. Unfortunately, it was cloudy during our stay; otherwise, I believe we could have enjoyed beautiful ocean views from the balcony. The next morning we received bread for breakfast along with portions for our kids as well! However, note that their orange juice has a fizzy or tangy taste more suited for adults. Another reason we chose this accommodation is its excellent location—very close to Churaumi Aquarium! We arrived right when it opened and enjoyed watching whale sharks peacefully from in front of their large tank during quieter morning hours. Overall, considering its proximity to attractions and staying within budget limits made this stay very satisfying—thank you so much!

Stayed in a poolside room with breakfast included during the September holiday. Surrounded by hammocks, tropical flowers, and trees near the pool, we enjoyed even the night pool to our heart's content. Watching the evening sea and catching small waves for surfing early in the morning allowed us to leisurely enjoy breakfast afterward. After check-out, snorkeling at a nearby spot offered views of colorful fish and even an encounter with a long-awaited boxfish, leaving us fully satisfied and grateful to the owner. With an 11:00 AM check-out time, extended breakfast hours, and flexible pool usage times, it's perfect for busy guests as well. Additionally, convenient features like direct access from rooms to the pool and outdoor spaces with warm showers or drying racks for swimsuits made our stay all the more enjoyable.

Stayed here during a trip to Osaka to help my son move. The room was assigned randomly, but it was smaller than expected. As a slightly larger couple, moving around the room and using the unit bath was a bit challenging. Also, my husband was disappointed that there wasn’t a large public bath since we had assumed "Super Hotel equals large public bath" (though it’s my fault for not checking properly when making the Reservation). Regarding meals, the staff guided us to our seats, so we didn’t have to worry about securing one and felt at ease.

It was a traditional Ryokan with a sense of history. The hinoki wood bath was also excellent.

A cost-effective, family-run inn. Parking is available, and there is a bus service, but it ends early. The male owner can drive you to Nikko Station in the morning, which is very convenient. The place is very clean, and the dinner is a buffet where you can eat to your heart's content. The desserts, made by the female owner, are particularly delicious, and personally, I find them tastier than the main dishes. There is a bath area that you can use as long as it's not occupied, which is very convenient. The first floor is especially charming with many rabbit-themed elements, showing that the female owner is someone who loves life. Highly recommended!

Dinner was an all-you-can-eat sukiyaki, and I was amazed by the incredibly tender and delicious meat. Breakfast included a variety of side dishes that went perfectly with unlimited rice, plus grilled meat in the morning! However, the site did not mention that dinner would include crab and sashimi platters or that breakfast offered unlimited shirasu (whitebait) and eggs. Even considering those points, the meals were absolutely fantastic. Additionally, during both breakfast and dinner, there were 2L bottles of juice available for unlimited refills (hot coffee and tea were also provided). Of course, the bath was amazing too. Unlike some reviews mentioning private baths being too hot, it was at a perfect temperature where you could comfortably soak for 30 minutes!

The location and price were great, and having the parking lot right in front was very convenient. However, one downside was that the bathtub was rough and seemed unclean. I had to clean it myself with a body towel, which was very unpleasant. Aside from that, my stay was very comfortable.

I stayed here after visiting the Expo and planned to enjoy Dotonbori. The front desk service was excellent, and I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast the next morning was delicious, and I was very satisfied.

When asked, “How was it?”, I’d say, “I want to live here!” The food was delicious, the Onsen was wonderfully relaxing, and best of all, the ocean was right in front of us— even lying on the bed, we could watch ships passing by. It was an amazing time. My husband woke up before 5 a.m. and went fishing on the private beach right in front of us, and he seemed very satisfied. The staff were also very kind, and it became a wedding anniversary filled with wonderful memories.

Great value for money, and the staff were very helpful. There is no bath or toilet in the Room, but the toilet and sink were just outside the Room, so it wasn’t inconvenient. The bathing facilities were shower rooms only, but some shower room doors were hard to close. Free drinks were available (water, coffee, black tea, and tea), and I also used the first-floor café for breakfast—it was delicious. The location was a bit hard to find and I got slightly lost. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

Stayed for one night with breakfast included. The room was a traditional Japanese-style Room, showing some age but overall clean. There were many stink bugs, but it seemed unavoidable due to the season. The Onsen had thick, smooth water and also offered private baths, which were fantastic. Breakfast included several small side dishes that were lightly seasoned and healthy. We enjoyed it, though preferences may vary. Overall, it was a great place, and we would love to stay again if given the chance.
