I made a Reservation to see the morning mist at Lake Kinrin. All the coin lockers near Yufuin Station were full, so it was very helpful that you stored my luggage before sightseeing. The room was carefully cleaned, and the post-bath beer server was a nice touch. Since Yufuin has many international visitors and there were also international guests staying at this Accommodation, some voices in the bath area were quite loud and a bit uncomfortable. However, there were five private family baths, so I could move right away and relax comfortably. Fresh face towels were provided in every bath, which was also great because I didn’t have to reuse a wet towel.

Despite the economical rate, the bathtub had a built-in step that could be used as a seat, and there was also a separate washing area, which was excellent. The Facility and service were on par with those of a top-class Hotel costing about twice as much. I was able to relax very comfortably. The hospitality was wonderful, and the trip was truly enjoyable.

We enjoyed delicious cuisine and the Onsen, making for a fun and wonderful summer vacation. The 30-tatami Room we used for the first time was also impressive. We also enjoyed Aizu’s local specialties, including Kozuyu and dried cod (bo-dara).

The building is old, but the Room is spacious and clean. The bath facilities were great, especially the barrel sauna. There was also a barrel sauna by the pool, so we could enjoy using the pool as a cold plunge. Meals are buffet-style, tasty, and with a wide variety of options. Overall, it feels like a well-balanced Resort Hotel with reasonably affordable rates. If possible, I’d like the pool hours to be a bit longer.

I stayed here along the line for a concert in Takaishi City. The location was convenient, check-in was straightforward, and the room was spacious—overall a very comfortable stay. As a personal note… the bathtub felt a bit shallow. Also, my name was entered incorrectly at check-in, but the front desk staff were very pleasant, so it didn’t leave me with a bad impression. If I have the chance, I’d like to stay again and make use of the on-site Facilities as well.

It was a very clean and convenient Hotel. It is family-friendly for guests with children and has a luxurious feel. For breakfast, I was happy to enjoy Nagoya specialties such as hitsumabushi and miso katsu. The gelato was also very delicious. At night, we could see fireworks. The night view was also very beautiful. During the day, you can see many trains, so this Hotel is also recommended for train lovers.

The Onsen offers a wide variety of spring qualities, and whether in the dome-shaped Roman-style large public bath or the open-air bath, it feels wonderfully spacious and warmed us through to the core. The meals featured an excellent selection of seasonal Hokkaido flavors and were delicious, and the Room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The staff were kind and attentive as well—an Accommodation we would gladly return to when visiting Noboribetsu again.

Thank you very much for your kind hospitality. The pleasant service from the staff, the open-air bath in the large public bath, and the Onsen in our Room were all very satisfying. If we have another chance, my husband and I would love to try the French cuisine next time. However, we were disappointed that the toilet in our Room did not flush well. Thank you very much.

We stayed for one night with five people: myself, my third-grade son, my wife, my wife’s sister, and our preschool-age daughter. Our Room was on the 10th floor of the Annex building. Check-in is done separately for each building (Hotel building, Condo building, and Annex building), and we initially went to the Hotel building by mistake—please be careful. However, they provide a Shuttle Service by cart, so even though the property is large, it wasn’t an issue at all. All of the buildings were clean and felt luxurious. With kids, we really appreciated having a washing machine in the Room and a layout where you take off your shoes before entering—it’s very thoughtfully designed. Dinner was at a restaurant called Orange. The atmosphere was stylish and the food was excellent. For breakfast the next morning, we chose the top-floor restaurant in the Annex building. It said Agu pork would be available; I didn’t expect much at first, but after trying it I was genuinely impressed. Not only was the meat itself delicious, but I was surprised by how it was served—truly “please help yourself.” They had plenty prepared in generous portions, and whenever it ran low they immediately replenished it. You can enjoy as much outstanding Agu pork as you like. Even just considering this shabu-shabu breakfast alone, I can confidently say this is an excellent-value Hotel. Also, around 8:45 p.m., fireworks were launched from the seawall right in front of us. The view was great—nothing to complain about there either. It was a wonderful Hotel that we will definitely return to.

I stayed here during a festival I’ve attended for the past four years. I truly love Alpina’s Onsen, and the pot bath is sometimes my favorite. This time, they prepared an excellent Room for me, and I was able to enjoy a comfortable and luxurious stay. I will definitely stay again.

I was a little unsure what an Onsen Accommodation that allows dogs would be like, but after staying there it was very comfortable and I was completely satisfied. The surrounding area is great for walks with your dog, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious dishes that made me feel happy from the morning. Of course, the Onsen water quality was excellent as well, and I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. I made wonderful memories with my dog. I would definitely like to stay again.

We stayed here on a couples’ trip. The welcome pizza was incredibly delicious, and even though we asked for seconds many times, the staff kindly baked fresh pizzas for us each time with a smile. Thank you very much. Perhaps because there were many families with children, our bathing times didn’t overlap, so even though we used the bath several times, we never shared it with anyone and were able to relax as if it were private. This was my fault, but the pizza was so good that I ate too much and ended up leaving some of my dinner, which I felt sorry about. I thought it would be nice to have an option with a smaller dinner portion. The dessert contained peaches, and when I declined due to my allergy, they offered to prepare an assortment of seasonal fruits instead. Since I’m allergic to fruit in general, I had to decline as well, but I truly appreciated their thoughtful consideration. Breakfast was also very delicious and satisfying. We would definitely like to stay again.

The Room was clean, and we had no complaints. Thank you again for your hospitality.

A friend told me last year that the Suzuka Circuit pool was great, so we stayed thinking we’d be tired after spending the day at the pool. The Hotel is conveniently located—it's close from the parking lot to the entrance, and there are shuttle buses inside, so it’s easy to get to the baths, restaurants, and front desk. The pool itself was excellent, with a variety of areas for everyone from small children to adults, and there are plenty of shops as well. The staff were also very helpful. We even bought tickets again the next day and went around the attractions. Our child will be three next year, so we’d like to come back again.

I stayed here for a live show in Sendai. It’s close to the station, the staff were friendly, the Room was clean, and breakfast was free with a great selection. I’ll definitely stay again. Thank you!

I have stayed here many times. The other day at check-in, I was with a guest from overseas. The staff informed them that they could see Himeji Castle from their Room, and they were very happy, saying, “Thank you, wonderful.” It was truly excellent hospitality, and it made me feel good as well.

The Room is spacious! The toilet and bath are separate! Children’s amenities are provided, along with towels for Child Sharing Existing Bedding! Breakfast is available free of charge! The staff were very courteous! We were extremely satisfied, and our child said, “I want to stay here again!” Thank you very much!

Thank you for hosting us for two nights. We enjoyed the beautiful nature, the delicious food, and were able to relax and relieve our fatigue in the Onsen. We also really appreciated the all-you-can-drink cider. Thank you very much.
