This was our second stay. Both dinner and breakfast used local ingredients, and we enjoyed them very much. When staying in Yufuin, this is the Accommodation my family always requests. The staff were courteous, our privacy was well maintained, and we were able to relax at a leisurely pace. This Room also had both an indoor bath and an outdoor bath, so whenever we had free time, we soaked in the tub. We’re looking forward to our next visit.

We visited Shimane Prefecture for the first time to go to the Izumo Taisha Shrine we’d long dreamed of seeing for our wedding anniversary. While looking for a Ryokan, we found a wonderful one in an Onsen town—though it was a bit far from Izumo Taisha—and decided to check it out. We were especially drawn to the amazing Plan offering 90 minutes of all-you-can-eat crab, so we made a Reservation right away!! The guest Room was very spacious—more than enough for two people—and it was very clean!! Every dish was truly delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed the crab until we were completely satisfied. The other kaiseki dishes were also luxurious; the clam clear soup was of course delicious, and so were the meat dishes and sea bream shabu-shabu… Everything exceeded our expectations!! The Onsen was also excellent. I personally loved the open-air bath in particular. When I went in at night, I felt the water temperature might have been slightly on the lukewarm side, but in the morning it was just perfect—so I think the weather may have had an effect. It felt so good that I wanted to stay in both at night and in the morning. The next day my skin felt smooth, and I could definitely feel its benefits. The front desk staff were kind as well. Next time, I’d love to visit again on a family trip with my parents and my spouse’s parents. We’re very happy to have found such a great Ryokan that we can recommend to anyone.

Used for a memorial service. There aren’t many shops in front of the station, but there is a shop inside the Hotel, as well as izakaya pubs, Komeda Coffee, and Ootoya. A convenience store and an Onsen Facility are on the opposite side of the station, about a 7–8 minute walk away. The Room has a unit bath, but there is also a large public bath (women’s side is locked). Loungewear and amenities are placed in front of the elevator; there are also a washing machine, ice maker, and microwave, which was convenient. Breakfast portions are small, but there are both Japanese- and Western-style options—more than enough. Recommended if you can allow plenty of time. Every staff member was pleasant and very kind, which made our stay comfortable. The Room isn’t large by any means, but it was clean; you can choose your pillow type; and there were welcome drinks including alcohol—overall excellent value for money and we were very satisfied with this Hotel.

The staff were very kind and attentive, and I was very satisfied.

We have stayed here for three consecutive years while visiting the Tomonotsu Museum—two years in “Kai,” and this time in the newly opened “RiSA.” In the past, we served ourselves at dinner and would set everything out on the table at once while checking the menu. This time, each dish was explained to us in the dining room, and we were able to enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace, which made us very satisfied. We truly appreciated the attentive service. We’ll be back again next year.

This was our first trip to Hokkaido with three generations of our family. We were more than satisfied with the breathtaking view of Mt. Yotei and the wonderful Room, which was spacious and allowed us to enjoy privacy as well. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay very comfortable. Thank you very much.

I had been wanting to stay at this Accommodation for a long time and was really looking forward to it. As the reviews said, everything was very clean, and the Room was a bit spacious with a layout different from a typical twin—very satisfying. The ceiling height on each floor also felt relatively high, giving a slightly open feel. The bath was practically private, so we could relax and enjoy it. Both yukata and samue were provided, and we chose the samue. It worked well as sleepwear. The meals were just right for us since we can’t eat very large portions, and everything was delicious. The location is also convenient, and I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

The Room and baths were spacious, and the amenities were well stocked, making our stay very comfortable. We were able to relax at our leisure with the private open-air bath and the indoor Sakakibara Onsen. Since there was no Wi-Fi in the Room, I rated the Facility 4 stars, but it turned out to be a good opportunity to put our phones away and unwind together as a family. Dinner was plentiful—featuring a boat platter of sea bream, spiny lobster, abalone, and amberjack, as well as wagyu beef grilled on a ceramic plate—and everything was delicious. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with this Accommodation!

When visiting Shimane, I was looking for an affordable Accommodation with breakfast included, so I stayed here. In the end, it was a very satisfying stay that made me wonder how they can offer it at this price. The exterior looks a bit old, but the inside has been nicely renovated, and the curved hallway had a great atmosphere. The Facility is somewhat dated as well, but everything is well maintained and clean. The alcohol vending machine on the first floor was a nice touch. The prices are very reasonable. The Simmons bed really was comfortable, and the choice of pillows was both fun and practical. All staff members, including international staff, were pleasant and responded efficiently. Breakfast buffet items were also replenished frequently. There was information about discounted access to a nearby affiliated bath facility, but since it was raining outside, I just used the shower in my Room. I wasn’t traveling for an Onsen trip in the first place, so personally I appreciate being able to stay at this price even without a large public bath. As other Reviews mention, the dashi ochazuke at breakfast was delicious. Toppings like kombu and pickled plum were available so I could customize it to my liking. The other dishes were typical of what you often find at a Business Hotel—sausages, scrambled eggs, small salted grilled mackerel, etc. It’s not flashy, but considering this room rate includes breakfast as well, I felt it offered excellent value. I’ll definitely stay again!

There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and it’s close to the station—an excellent location.\nWe used it as our Accommodation for a summer sports tournament, so we were disappointed that the Room didn’t have a freezer compartment, which is why we rated it 4 stars.\nOther than that, everything was more than satisfactory.\nWe will definitely stay again.

My husband, our daughter, and I stayed as a family of three. Dinner was luxurious and every dish was delicious, and the hospitality from all the staff was wonderful. We could truly feel your warm desire for us to enjoy the meal. Thanks to you, we had a wonderful trip to Iwate. Thank you very much.

Butterbur Shinoda rolls, vinegared dried taro stems, and the breakfast pumpkin soup—everything beyond the main dish was also delicious, with the chef’s kindness and sure touch coming through. The in-room dining service, delivered with just the right timing and a comfortable sense of distance (without over-explaining), is especially appealing. The Onsen in the Room was silky and seemed to cling to the skin; even after returning home, I felt my skin looked “whiter” and noticed a brightening effect. Highly recommended.

A relaxing Accommodation in a quiet setting away from the city. The Room includes a kitchen and is highly recommended for long-term stays, but there are no convenience stores or restaurants nearby. It is essential to buy anything you need in advance in the city or around the airport. A short path near the Accommodation leads to a peaceful beach—better suited for walking than swimming. At night, there are no surrounding lights, so you can enjoy a breathtaking sky full of stars. Breakfast is a Western-style one-plate meal with the same menu every day, so guests on a Multiple Night Stay may want to supplement it with additional items.

It was a truly relaxing experience. The view from the room was spectacular. The bath was an open-air bath surrounded by the forest, offering a heavenly experience. You can enjoy different types of baths with unique atmospheres. At night, you can marvel at the star-filled sky. Meals featured an abundance of local ingredients from the prefecture, and drinks were reasonably priced. I had an amazing time and would love to visit this accommodation again. Iwate is vast, and there are still so many places I want to explore!

It was a simple, lovely, spacious Room. My child was very happy as well. Just one thing: the walls were thin, and the guests in the next Room were noisy until late at night, so we couldn’t sleep. I suppose that may be a downside of being able to accommodate many people. We would appreciate it if you could consider some soundproofing measures. Overall, our stay was excellent, and the staff were very considerate, so we would like to stay again.

The service was excellent. There are also Facilities nearby where you can enjoy hands-on experiences. When going out for meals, they drove us by cart, which was very helpful even in the heat. It’s close to Shizuoka Station, and I didn’t expect to find such a relaxing Accommodation so nearby. I would recommend this Accommodation to others.

Despite the cold weather, they came out to greet us, and their service was kind and attentive. The portion sizes were just right. At checkout, we also received a discount voucher for our next visit, so we would like to stay again.

We were so happy to be able to see both the sunset and the sunrise from our Room, with the beach right in front of us!! The meals were also incredibly delicious—our son, who usually doesn’t like fish, was totally hooked and we were surprised! He kept saying, “It’s so good!” while eating grilled kuji salt-style!! It was a little inconvenient that there wasn’t a shop on-site, but other than that we were completely satisfied with the service. The staff also took great care of us with such a warm and welcoming atmosphere! We even received souvenirs, and our whole family was able to enjoy an amazing stay until the very end. I’ve been staying here since last year when visiting Mimata Onsen and watching Iwami Kagura. This year I was able to make a Reservation again. On the first day, after Mimata Onsen, I bought a discounted ticket for the Sannomiya Shrine night kagura at check-in and enjoyed the performance. On the second day, I watched kagura performances at 10:00 and 13:00 at YouMe Town Hamada. On the third day, I watched kagura at Misumi Shrine from 10:00 to 15:00. On the way home, I bought onsen water at the Mimata Onsen hot spring stand before taking another bath. We also stopped by Roadside Station Goise Nima and enjoyed a children’s kagura performance. During Golden Week, I was very satisfied to have a Multiple Night Stay based in Hamada and fully enjoy both the onsen and Iwami Kagura. The Room was clean and quiet. All necessary amenities were provided, and the front desk staff and employees were polite and pleasant—overall, we were extremely satisfied. I’d like to make another Reservation next time as well.
