We stayed here on a family trip. There were plenty of great services, such as a free drink corner, a choice of colorful yukata, and a shampoo bar, which made our stay very comfortable. What I was happiest about was being able to use ReFa shower heads and ReFa hair dryers in the large public bath—it felt amazing. Thank you very much.

My first long-awaited trip to Hagi, and this Hotel stands in a quiet town. Nothing flashy—simply the best in the most classic way. Every dish was delicious, and all the staff were kind and charming; my spouse and I were truly impressed. The bath was excellent as well. Above all, everything was spotless and impeccably clean down to the smallest details. We also appreciated the warm send-off at departure.

Both the Room and the large public bath were clean and well maintained throughout the property, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of Japanese and Western dishes as well as desserts, and we were very satisfied. There was also Shuttle Service to and from Kyoto Station, so we didn’t feel any inconvenience in terms of access. It exceeded the price, and we were extremely satisfied.

Richmond Hotel has rarely disappointed me in the past, and this stay in Nagoya reminded me why. The rates are not cheap, but the rooms are thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details, and the calm interior decor left a great impression. The bed quality in particular was excellent, offering a level of comfort that feels a step above a typical Business Hotel. I was also looking forward to breakfast at Royal Host. The omelet and pancakes were smaller than expected, but both are cooked to order, which made it more satisfying than a standard buffet. I was especially impressed by a young female staff member with glasses on the floor who smoothly assisted an international guest in English without a Reservation. It was only a brief exchange, but it clearly reflected the high service standards of the Hotel overall. From the room and breakfast to the staff service, I was satisfied with almost everything. Even if it costs a bit more, this is an Accommodation where you can truly feel what you’re paying for.

We had another wonderful stay. No matter which Fufu Accommodation we visit, we are always delighted by the consistently heartfelt hospitality and the truly careful, delicious cuisine. At Fufu Hakone this time as well, we were soothed by the warm welcome from all the staff and were able to enjoy a relaxing, luxurious time. An Accommodation that makes you want to come back—Fufu is still number one for me. This time, we also made use of a wonderful IKYU benefit, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I am truly grateful for this special opportunity. We will do our best in everyday life and look forward to coming back to Fufu again. Thank you very much.

I had a great stay with your hotel in Sapporo, so I decided to book here as well. Once again, I had a very comfortable stay. It’s almost directly connected to the station, so it was easy to find places to eat and shop, and the parking lot is conveniently located right next to the hotel. I’ll likely use your hotel again on my next trip. Thank you very much.

We were able to spend a relaxing time in a wonderful Room. Both check-in and check-out were smooth. We only had breakfast, but the Japanese breakfast we chose after much deliberation was very delicious and made for a great start to the day. The location is also great, and we would like to stay again.

We stayed here for one night during our Yokohama and Kamakura trip. It’s conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from Yokohama Station, with plenty of restaurants and department stores nearby. We left our luggage before check-in and went sightseeing in Yokohama. Since the front desk is set further inside, it might be a little hard to find at first. We chose this hotel because we wanted a place with separate bath and toilet, and a recommended breakfast. For breakfast, you choose a main dish and the side dishes are buffet-style. You can pick from a variety of small plates. The room was spacious and very clean, and we could fill the tub with hot water and enjoy a relaxing soak. With its brown-toned interior, the room had a calm atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The bakery in the lobby is highly recommended! Definitely give it a try—we even bought some to take home at check-out. We’d love to stay here again when we visit Yokohama. This was our first time using this travel site, and by using points we were able to stay at a great price. It’s an upscale hotel, and the quality absolutely lived up to expectations.

It was a wonderful hotel by the sea in Beppu. The location was great, and we were able to see the moonlight path and the sunrise path. The staff provided pleasant service, the restaurant offered a calm dining atmosphere, there was a wide variety of complimentary drinks, and we even received a birthday gift. It made for a great day. We stayed for one night on the dog-friendly Plan with dinner and breakfast included. Both the seafood hot pot and breakfast were delicious. The seafood hot pot portion was a bit small, so if you have a big appetite, I recommend bringing extra ingredients. For breakfast, the made-to-order omelet and French toast from the live kitchen were especially good. The bath area had fewer washing stations than expected, so you may have to wait during busy times. The shower was easy to use (adjustable water pressure and it didn’t shut off automatically), and the ReFa hair dryer dried even long hair quickly. There were also a pool and table tennis in the building, plus board games available to borrow for in-Room play—our child loved them. The Room felt like a luxury apartment model unit, with the bedroom clearly separated from the living/dining/kitchen area, so we could relax without worrying even after our child fell asleep. If you have a Netflix account, you can watch it on the TV. That said, it’s hard to ignore that some detailed cleaning in the Room seemed insufficient—especially how dirty the air conditioner and ventilation fan were, which was disappointing. The air conditioner had heavy blackish stains that looked like mold not only inside but also on the exterior. The ventilation filters in the changing area and toilet were packed with dust, which was shocking. Also, while the bathroom and kitchen areas were kept clean overall, limescale hadn’t been fully removed from the small sink installed in the toilet. Dog amenities were well stocked overall, making this Accommodation great value for money and one we’d like to stay at again—but because both the air conditioner and vents were truly dirty, I hope they will be thoroughly cleaned before our next visit.

With its convenient location right by the East Exit of Kitakami Station, I stayed on the top (9th) floor this time. The room was new and clean, spacious for a single, and well designed with an easy-to-use desk and chair and a thoughtfully planned layout. The Hotel also offers welcome drinks, a choice of amenities, and a large public bath, making the stay comfortable overall. Laundry Facilities are available on both the 2nd and 6th floors; it was convenient to check machine availability from the room, and the PIN-code system was helpful as well. On the other hand, they can be fully occupied during peak times, and it would be even more convenient if cashless payment were available. This time I chose a Plan with dinner and breakfast included. Since there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance around Kitakami Station’s East Exit area, choosing dinner included was definitely the right call. Being able to have all meals within the Hotel is a major advantage. Breakfast featured items such as Kitakami natto, roast beef, and BALMUDA toasters, and the overall atmosphere and quality were good. However, yogurt had run out by around 7:30 a.m., and I felt that adding more variety to the side dishes and improving the color balance of the salad selection would make it even better. While there are some minor areas for improvement, overall it was a very satisfying stay including the room, large public bath, in-house Facilities, and meals. If I have another chance to stay near Kitakami Station, I would like to use this Hotel again.

This was our first stay as a couple with our dog. From the moment we arrived, the owner and all the staff welcomed us with thoughtful care and warm smiles, and any tension quickly melted away, leaving us feeling at ease and at home. We were soothed by the free-flowing natural hot spring Onsen in our room, and enjoyed the calm retro-modern atmosphere throughout the property that felt like stepping into an anime or fairy-tale world. While savoring outstanding, healthy, locally sourced cuisine, we could almost feel impurities gently leaving our bodies and energy returning. We were able to truly relax both body and mind. We will definitely be back.

We had planned to stay before the Obon holidays, but a typhoon was approaching, so we exchanged emails with the staff several times. The staff were very polite and helpful, and thanks to them we were able to change our dates smoothly. It was a 3-night, 4-day stay, and we were very satisfied with the welcome drink upon arrival and the thorough explanation from the staff. The Room was clean, and the amenities—including complimentary bath salts and bath bombs—were wonderful. We had seen in a Review that breakfast involved waiting, but since we entered the breakfast venue right when it opened at 7:00, it wasn’t an issue at all. Both the Japanese and Western options were delicious, with fresh local vegetables included. We definitely want to return! Because it’s in a nature-rich area, I wouldn’t recommend it for those who dislike insects. In our case, my husband grew up in the countryside and was delighted whenever he spotted big frogs, spiders, or grasshoppers on the Facility grounds.

Choosing Richmond was the right decision. There’s a 24-hour supermarket next door, plenty of parking, and the event venue is also nearby—overall, we were very satisfied!

I stayed for 2 nights with No Meals Included. I had a very comfortable stay. I was happy that the women’s large public bath had a ReFa shower head, and the Room amenities were well stocked, which was very helpful. There were also laundry facilities in several areas, making them easy to use.

The Hotel is in a great location, and the Room was very spacious, making our stay comfortable. Akita Station is also nearby, and the Akita Citizen’s Market, where you can shop, is just a short walk away, which made our stay enjoyable. If we have the opportunity, we would definitely like to stay at this Hotel again.

The property and the Room were very clean, and it was quiet at night with little noise from the hallway or neighboring Rooms, so I was able to rest well. However, since it faces a major road, the loud exhaust noise from groups of modified cars echoed for a while, which was disappointing. Around 4:00 PM on a weekday, no one was in the large public bath, so I could enjoy it in luxury. I also appreciated the free ice cream after bathing. Breakfast was delicious as well. Whenever I passed the cleaning staff in the hallway, they greeted me pleasantly and left a very good impression.

It was a relief to see the people who had taken care of me before. Set on a quiet hill with great views, the staff were all cheerful and courteous, the Room was clean, the Onsen was relaxing, and the full-course meal was delicious—more than enough to be fully satisfied. Unfortunately it was raining when I left, but at checkout they lent me an umbrella and told me to take it home, which really helped. This is an Accommodation I would like to stay at again.

Last year, I was impressed by the variety of Onsen and the fresh vegetables, so I stayed again this year. The Room we chose had a bedroom on the second floor and a wonderful layout. We were thrilled to spot a wild squirrel from the balcony, even if only for a short time. I heard the chef has changed, so the overall impact was slightly different, but everything was delicious, with fresh vegetables featured throughout the menu. The morning tomato juice was just as fresh as ever and outstanding. Not only is the Onsen excellent, but there is also a wide selection of drinks available, making this Accommodation more satisfying than any other Onsen Accommodation. It’s a bit far from Tokyo, but I would love to stay again to relax with superb Onsen and fresh vegetables.

The Hotel is located right in front of Miyajima Port, making access excellent and extremely convenient. Even before check-in and after check-out, we could use the lounge and enjoy ice cream, coffee, and other drinks. Depending on the time of day, there was also a momiji manju service, plus vouchers to redeem momiji manju at shops on Miyajima (including fried momiji), and candy ice cream after the bath—everything was thoughtfully provided. The facilities were very clean, and the buffet featured carefully prepared dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. With an all-inclusive plan that included alcohol as well, we were very satisfied overall. The lemon herb tea in the restaurant was especially delicious; we highly appreciated that it used Hiroshima lemons and herbs, to the point that we wanted to buy it. We think it would be great if it were sold in the Hotel’s souvenir corner or similar shop.
