I have stayed here multiple times, and the reception staff is always kind and efficient, making it a pleasant experience. Although I requested no cleaning, it was disappointing that there was no replacement of towels or linens. The ReFa and amenities in the Ladies' Plan were very satisfying.

I stayed here because I had an early morning flight from Haneda the next day. It was very convenient, as it’s close to the station and also close to the airport.

The Room was very clean. The staff were also very helpful, and I’d like to stay again. The view outside was nice too—you could even see Tokyo Skytree. It was a shame that it was rainy and cloudy. On a clear day, I’m sure the night view must be amazing.

Thank you very much for your kind hospitality. Although you kindly drove us to Araya-Shinmachi Station on our departure, the Hanawa Line was suspended due to the early-morning earthquake, and we didn’t know what to do. You even came back to pick us up at the station and took us to the highway bus stop—it was truly a great help. We are deeply grateful to all of your staff. We were disappointed that Gin-no-Yu was closed, but we were able to fully enjoy the rare hot spring water and were very satisfied. Thank you again for everything.

It was just a short walk from the station, and although reasonably priced, it had everything we needed. There was a supermarket right across the street, so even without meals included, we had no trouble. The Accommodation was very kind, including storing our luggage before check-in and after check-out.

The Room was clean. The closet space was inconvenient to use because the door got in the way. The bed was comfortable and pleasant to sleep on.

The location was right in the heart of the Kawaramachi downtown area. It was close to the station, with many restaurants nearby, which was great. The Room and bathroom were very clean, so I felt comfortable staying there. The wall-mounted TV felt a bit small. It’s a Hotel with great value for money, and I recommend it.

I was a bit worried because the Harmonyland ticket Plan with breakfast and dinner was so affordable, but the Room had seaside beds and the buffet—irresistible for seafood lovers—was excellent. It was a very family-friendly Accommodation. Next time, I’d definitely like to stay and use the pool. This was a great find after a long time.

I stayed here solo as a reward to myself after working hard through the summer. Perched on a hill with ocean views, about 15 minutes from Atami Station by Shuttle Service, it’s only around two hours from my home in Tokyo but felt like a real getaway. From the welcome afternoon tea while soaking in the footbath to the Onsen and delicious meals, I enjoyed everything to the fullest. I’d heard that drinks at dinner were free, but the selection was far more extensive than I expected—even I, who rarely drink alcohol, ended up having sparkling wine and fruit liqueur. This Hotel is surprisingly reasonably priced for what it offers, and you can really feel the effort behind that throughout. The Room was a bit dated and there were some scratches on the fittings and furniture, but details like simple, stylish glasses and cups; using local ingredients even if not luxury items; and keeping amenities to only what’s necessary actually left me with a very positive impression. In earlier Reviews I saw comments such as indoor footwear being wooden geta sandals that were hard to walk in, or that things had become digital and explanations at reception were confusing. However, they now provide stylish slippers indoors, and they also gave clear guidance—including how to use your smartphone—so I felt they genuinely listen to guests’ feedback and keep improving. All of the staff were pleasant right down to housekeeping. As we left in the Shuttle Service car and passed through the gate, I looked back and saw an adorable female staff member waving enthusiastically goodbye—it really warmed my heart. There are a few minor shortcomings if you look for them, but considering the price it’s truly excellent, and I’d love to stay again. Maybe it’s just my bad luck with weather: despite a sunny forecast it stayed cloudy throughout so the sea didn’t look its best. That’s something I’d love to come back for revenge next time (lol).

It was a clean Hotel. It’s about a 15-minute walk from Sapporo Station, so either taking a taxi or walking is fine. The large public bath was spacious, and the sauna was also large. Breakfast was delicious.

I stayed here with my elderly mother. We were able to relax and recover in the Onsen (I went in five times), and the buffet was delicious—I ended up eating too much and was very satisfied. My mother especially loved the live-kitchen steak at dinner and the udon at breakfast, and she ate a lot. The Room was even cleaner than we expected, and my mother was happy that she could rest well. We are grateful to all the staff for their kindness. And thank you as well to the robot vacuum that was working early in the morning. I thought this might be our last long trip together, but I would love to stay here again.

I stayed here for a live show at Marine Messe Fukuoka. It’s about a 13-minute walk, easy to find, and there’s a convenience store nearby, so it was very convenient. The smartphone check-in I was worried about was surprisingly easy, the room was spacious enough, and I had a comfortable stay. It would be nice if there were skincare items like facial lotion for women. Also, it would be helpful if luggage could be stored in advance.

Our family of four stayed in two Twin Rooms. The front desk staff were very courteous, and the Room and beds were spacious. We were also very satisfied with the covered parking, same-day luggage storage, and dinner service with app registration. Breakfast was also delicious! We would definitely stay again!

I stayed here the day before visiting a grave. This was my second stay, and I chose it again this year because it is conveniently located near the station and the staff are very helpful. I would definitely like to stay again next year.

I made a Reservation feeling uneasy because the negative Reviews stuck with me. In the end, if you don’t expect too much, you can be satisfied. The sukiyaki catering was generous and very satisfying. Breakfast was not a buffet; it was served individually, so we could eat at a relaxed pace. Drinks, rice, and pork miso soup were self-serve with free refills. Since it was cool enough to feel cold that day, our dog stayed in a crate in the car. Honestly, it’s inconvenient that check-in/out and breakfast are at a Hotel about 5 minutes away by car. You’re given a map for the cottage, but it’s extremely hard to understand. I wish they would place arrows or signs at key turning points on site. The roads are narrow, and at night you will definitely get lost. The short set of stairs from where you park to the cottage is tough. With lots of luggage for both people and our dog, you can’t use a cart. It probably depends on the Room, but there was a full set of kitchen items, which was very convenient. No seasonings are provided. The large refrigerator and having plastic wrap available were small but helpful touches. The tap water is drinkable as-is, but if that bothers you, it’s better to bring your own drinks. The refrigerator is empty. There was only one bath towel and one small towel (the size you’d take into an Onsen bath area) per person, which was inconvenient—I’d love two of each. Also, please provide newer towels; the dog towels were fluffier and I honestly couldn’t tell which were for people. I was very concerned about dampness in the closet where the bedding is stored and in the connected wardrobe area. They should manage this with a dehumidifier. The insects I worried about were within an acceptable range; given the surrounding environment it can’t really be helped—if you can’t handle bugs, it’s better to look for another Accommodation. The building is honestly old, but the Facility has been updated and everything was kept clean. Because it’s a detached building unit, it was very quiet and we could relax slowly. There were no loungewear pajamas and amenities are minimal—so it’s different from staying at a Hotel—but checkout is 11:00 so we could take our time. We were able to spend time at our family’s pace and were very satisfied overall. It might also be nice to skip meals altogether—shop at places like Tsuruya or local supermarkets/roadside stations—and prepare things yourself instead. That way you can stay with your dog all day too.

Although I made a last-minute same-day Reservation, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. I’m truly grateful. I would definitely like to stay here again in the future. I was so happy that I couldn’t help but leave this review.

We upgraded our meal to a kaiseki course with meat, and it was very delicious. The Room was a spacious 10-tatami room for three people, and we were satisfied. The service was good, and there were table tennis and billiards rooms next to each other in the entrance hall; hearing guests’ cheerful voices created a lively atmosphere, which we also enjoyed. Roasting and eating marshmallows in the hall was fun, and there were plenty of books available as well. We would like to stay again.

It was a clean Hotel. It’s close to the station, but it was a little hard to find. I mistakenly went to another Hotel in the same chain nearby. At the wrong Hotel, an international front desk staff member kindly guided me to the correct location. The staff at the front desk upon arrival also explained everything politely, and they were very pleasant. I would like to stay here again when attending an event.

This was my first time staying here. It’s about a 2-minute walk from Hommachi Station (is Exit 17 the closest?). I chose it because it’s close to the station, a new Hotel, and affordable. There’s also a Lawson on the first floor, which was very reassuring. I couldn’t find a body towel for use in the bath among the amenities, which was a bit inconvenient (maybe it was there and I just missed it). Pajamas were also placed together in front of the elevator. The Room TV could stream YouTube and Netflix, which made my stay very comfortable. It was more comfortable than the price suggests! I’d like to stay again.
