It was very convenient for getting around, as it’s close to the station. Tenjin, the main downtown area, and the airport are also nearby. You can even walk to Canal City through the covered shopping arcade, so it was fine even in the rain or at night.
The Hotel staff are always at the counter and greet you every time you pass by—they’re kind and helpful. I also asked them to arrange a taxi; there were a few minor Japanese mistakes (perhaps because the staff member on the internal line was a foreigner), but everything was understood without any issues and they handled it politely. Amenities are neatly arranged in front of the elevator for self-service. In the Room, there were cleansing oil, toner, emulsion (lotion), and hand & face soap—more than enough unless you’re particular about brands.
During my Multiple Night Stay, when I put out the sign saying cleaning wasn’t needed, they left towels, nightwear, coffee, etc., outside my door. I really appreciated that.
The Room was clean as well. Something I dropped rolled under the bed so I reached in to pick it up—there wasn’t even any dust on it, which honestly surprised me in a good way.
Overall, I was very satisfied with this Hotel and would gladly stay again.
