Although it was a No Meals Included stay, we had a very comfortable time. Thank you for your courteous and kind service.

Close to the station. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. There is a police box very close by, so you can feel safe. The Room is clean, and the air conditioning works well. There is an outlet near the bedside. You can turn off all lights from the switch by the bedside. As it is unmanned, you can come and go without worrying about others. It was very comfortable.

Thank you for the Shuttle Service. You flexibly accommodated both the shuttle to Hachinohe Station and the pickup service from Oirase Keiryukan (Oirase Stream Museum). The meal portions were just right. At a Ryokan, kaiseki can be delicious but also overwhelming because there is too much to finish, but here it was a full course while still an appropriate amount. Breakfast was also good. It was a bit difficult to access Oirase Gorge as it is nearly a 30-minute walk, and the steep slopes around the Hotel left us exhausted, which was disappointing, but we appreciated the quiet environment.

[From Check-in to the Room] We arrived by car and were warmly welcomed. After check-in, we were escorted to our Room while enjoying tea and sweets. [Attractions] We chose one of the two activities and whisked matcha ourselves, then enjoyed tea on the Sky Corridor for a perfect digital detox. There was also a surprise arranged by my wife and the staff for me, which truly moved me—thank you so much. [Dinner] As the title suggests, the meal featured carefully selected ingredients gathered along the Tokaido route and a strong focus on water quality. We’ve enjoyed excellent cuisine at many places (Sekaie, Miwa, Karaku, Mayufutahari, Honbako, Hoshino Resorts, etc.), but this surpassed them all. From the dashi to rice served multiple ways with different textures and aromas, everything delighted all five senses—and our conversation with the staff made time fly by. Personally, I especially loved the rare bonito cutlet and Tajima-Gen beef shabu-shabu with chilled chawanmushi. [Breakfast] It began with wake-up tea. We had two kinds of dried fish (including horse mackerel), both outstanding. As with dinner, rice cooked in a clay pot was excellent—not only as white rice but also as crispy scorched rice enjoyed in hot water (“kogashi-yu”), which was a new discovery for us. Personally, I especially enjoyed the dried fish and simmered vegetables. [Room] A functional Room with thoughtful touches such as aroma oil for stone warming and three types of tea. Since it’s designed for digital detoxing there is no TV. We relaxed slowly in the semi-open-air bath in our Room. [Service] Everyone provided exceptional service—from those who helped arrange our surprise from Reservation through arrival day, to those who whisked matcha together with us as beginners; from dinner service by someone who shared my wife’s name to breakfast staff who kindly accommodated an unexpected request. Each moment became a lasting memory. [Overall] We will definitely return—next time in autumn or spring would be ideal. With such comfortable hospitality from everyone here, this Accommodation is deeply soothing and easy to recommend. Since it has only recently opened up: personally speaking it would be nice to have insect screens on the outer windows by the semi-open-air bath; also given how much care goes into tea and ingredients it might be great to have a small space where guests can buy souvenirs such as tea leaves teaware or dried fish as keepsakes.

Weekday stay for a family of four in two rooms. The room was spacious and clean for two people. Dinner was luxurious, with enough sashimi to fill you up—highly recommended for seafood lovers. Other dishes like sukiyaki, soup, and chawanmushi were also very delicious. The staff provided friendly and attentive service with smiles, though having a menu would have been nice. For the bath, caution is needed as the large public bath's tub can be slippery. The outdoor bath was slightly lukewarm. Access to the rooftop open-air bath requires calling the front desk beforehand, so it’s best to make an early reservation as late-night or early-morning visits might inconvenience the staff (I regret not asking if multiple time slots could be reserved). However, if it's clear, you can enjoy stunning views of sunsets or starry skies from there—it’s refreshing! I’d love to stay again if I get another chance. Thank you!

I decided to stay another night after my plans from the previous day and chose this affordable Onsen accommodation with meals included. Although I was familiar with Sarugakyo and Akaya Lake as they are on the way to Yuzawa, it was my first time staying here. The deciding factor was the rare opportunity for in-room dining for both breakfast and dinner, which gave me a nostalgic feeling like staying at a hotel from my childhood. It seemed that only part of the room was being used, but the Onsen experience was peaceful and private, which I really appreciated.

Thank you for warmly welcoming us despite our late arrival after 8 PM (we had a breakfast-only plan). The room and onsen were very comfortable, and we felt completely refreshed. The breakfast was plentiful, and the staff provided excellent service. The water pressure in the bathroom faucet was weak, and it was difficult to adjust the temperature, so it would be great if this could be improved. While some of the facilities feel slightly dated, everything else was fine, and we had a very pleasant stay. We would love to stay again if we have another opportunity.

The lobby had a very calm atmosphere, and the staff were warm and welcoming, helping us in many ways throughout our trip.

It felt like a unit in an older apartment building, but the Room was spacious and comfortable, making it an easy place to stay. The amenities were well stocked, and the location is great—there’s a station and Amu Plaza nearby, so you can enjoy shopping and dining as well. There is also on-site parking at the Hotel, which was very helpful. The level of service was just right and pleasant, making this Hotel perfect for relaxing and enjoying some quiet personal time—I’d love to stay here again.

The Facility and the Room felt a bit old, but everything was thoroughly cleaned and very tidy, so we were able to relax comfortably. The bath was also kept clean, and the Onsen felt absolutely wonderful. The meals were mainly mountain vegetables, but they were very delicious. This time we had kiritanpo hot pot, but according to the Reviews, game dishes seem to be popular, so next time I’d like to try them. The doburoku was also great. I’d like to stay at this Accommodation again if I have the chance.

I think the breakfast included at this price offers great value. The Room was also more spacious than I expected.

The entrance was a bit dark, and at first I felt slightly uneasy, wondering if everything would be okay. But the moment I opened the Room door, that impression changed completely. Inside was a very comfortable and welcoming space. Just as the Reviews said, it really is a wonderful Room. The staff were also extremely polite and warm, and compared with other Hotels I’ve stayed at, I was able to spend my time comfortably from start to finish. In the Room, thoughtful touches were evident everywhere—anticipating every need—and cleanliness was impeccable. The Facility, spaciousness, comfort, and staff service all exceeded my expectations. This time I stayed alone, but compared with nearby Hotels the price was reasonable and the Room was spacious, making it an exceptionally satisfying stay. It truly feels like a hidden gem—so nice that I almost want to keep it a secret. When I visit Fukuoka again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

The Hotel faces a main street and was very lovely. There were many events and activities; although I didn’t get a chance to try the food, they offered late-night udon and other thoughtful touches to enjoy. For parking, I used a paid coin-operated parking lot behind the Hotel.

I stayed for two nights and three days to rest and recuperate, and I was able to spend a very peaceful time. The bath was extremely relaxing, and I was very satisfied with the meals. It felt refreshing and rejuvenating, making the stay truly fulfilling. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

It feels like many years have passed, but I was really impressed by how clean and well maintained everything was! Because it was a sunny day, we were able to see the exact moment the sun set. At that time, everyone raised the roller blinds, and it made dinner with that beautiful sunset absolutely perfect. We wanted to sit by the window, so we asked to change seats, but it wasn’t possible. Since there were also day-trip guests, I guess it couldn’t be helped—but if there had been a little flexibility, it would have been truly perfect! Still, it turned into an amazing and enjoyable trip, and we’re very satisfied. I hope you continue to be a wonderful Ryokan forever—always clean and beautiful, with kindness and smiles. We visited as two generations of parent and child, and it became a great memory! We might want to go again!!!

Perhaps because it was before the Obon holidays, it wasn’t crowded, and we were able to enjoy the Onsen almost as if it were private, which made for a very relaxing stay. Although the water was clear and colorless, black mineral deposits formed in it, and it warmed us up wonderfully. The Room was well cleaned, the meals were delicious, and we were very satisfied overall. It was a bit disappointing that there is a step between the lobby and the elevator to the guest rooms. This is an Accommodation I would like to stay at again when visiting Fukushima.

We stayed here for a family trip. The Room had a calm, mature atmosphere, and we were able to relax. We could use the Onsen without any time restrictions, and we enjoyed playing games together in the living room—making wonderful memories.

I revisited this accommodation early because I had such a great experience last month. Although the Awazu Kaiseki did not include tempura, the delicious appetizers and eight kinds of fresh sashimi made the sake taste even better. By the time I finished the pork shabu-shabu and chawanmushi, I was already full, but the seasoned rice was so delicious that I ended up overeating. For breakfast, they served "Hyakumangoku" brand rice, which is often found in ryokan in Ishikawa Prefecture. However, their cooking method was exceptional, making it more delicious than any other ryokan I've stayed at before. While abalone, nodoguro fish, and Noto beef are available as additional orders, even without them, their delicately flavored dishes were more than satisfying. The bathwater quality was gentle on my sensitive skin and allowed me to soak for long periods without feeling overheated. The therapeutic waterfall shower relieved pain in my shoulders, neck, and back when applied to those areas—I even thought about saving money to come here for a week-long hot spring retreat someday! The room had been recently renovated; it was impeccably clean with a large LCD TV for added comfort. However, since we arrived early perhaps due to timing issues—the air conditioning wasn't turned on upon arrival during wintertime—it felt cold initially; preheating would have been appreciated during colder months like these! Lastly but importantly: homemade pudding by Okami (the hostess) tasted amazing too—overall providing excellent value exceeding expectations from this accommodation!

We stayed on the Couple Plan, and we truly appreciated several services that were not listed in the Plan details, which were extremely helpful for sightseeing in Kusatsu. Services not mentioned in the Plan details: - Shuttle Service to Yubatake after dinner - Free yukata rental - Drop-off to the terminal at check-out - Complimentary coffee, chocolates, and massage chairs in the lounge - Free ice cream in the freezer In addition, both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with great attention to detail throughout—from presentation and side dishes to cooking methods. If we visit Kusatsu again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

I was worried because the price was low, but it turned out to be a very good Hotel when I stayed. There was no bathtub, only a shower, but the Room was spacious and comfortable, and I would like to stay again.
