Everything exceeded my expectations, and I was extremely satisfied. The open view facing the ocean is wonderful. Surrounded by greenery, I was able to relax while listening to birdsong. The Room, decor, kitchen area, large TV, and amenities—everything was excellent. I used the sauna in the evening and again in the morning; it felt amazing. We also used the optional BBQ set, and we were able to grill deliciously over a high-heat burner. The deck for BBQ is spacious and feels very open. It’s a villa that makes you want to stay again. When you turn into the narrow lane leading there, there’s a sign saying “No U-turn ahead,” which made me wonder if I was going the right way. However, there was a parking area at the end, which was reassuring. I walked down the lane once to check beforehand but couldn’t find any signage guiding you to the property.

There’s no view, but the sauna is great! The only downside is that moving between the kitchen and the Accommodation is a bit of a hassle.

The facilities were sophisticated, and I was very satisfied! The weather was amazing, and I felt healed by the blue sky, sea, breeze, and sound of the waves. The location was also fantastic. If I may suggest for future consideration, we brought our pet along, but there were small gaps at the entrance and in the corner of the dog run where our pet escaped twice. Thankfully, a neighbor noticed and quickly secured them, but it made us quite anxious. Another suggestion would be to have a TV in the first-floor bedroom as well. Even so, we were extremely satisfied. We look forward to visiting again during a different season. Thank you very much!

We stayed in Building G for 4 days in February (including a holiday) and were very satisfied. The rate was $3,600 per day for 2 adults and 2 children. We booked via Yahoo! Travel, and received the main entrance code a few days before check-in. On the first floor, there are four double beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, a washer and dryer, and a toilet. Upstairs is the living room and kitchen, plus a shower room (with toilet) and a large heated soaking tub on the balcony. There are also two double beds in the mezzanine between the first and second floors. The space was comfortable and clean. Since it’s a standalone unit, we didn’t have to worry about disturbing others. The kids had so much fun soaking on the balcony every night! You can also see the ocean from the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with tableware and cookware, as well as a microwave and an electric griddle—very convenient for grilling meat bought at the supermarket. Overall we were very satisfied. The surrounding area is convenient: there are two supermarkets, drugstores, and convenience stores within walking distance, plus a basketball court next to the Accommodation. Excellent value!!!

We stayed for one night with six people on a family trip. Based on the description on the site, we expected two people would be sleeping together on futons, but you provided a simple bed for one person, which was very helpful. We wanted to have a BBQ and contacted you in advance with various questions; you always replied quickly, which we really appreciated. However, the BBQ terrace has only limited roofing, so when it rained we couldn’t eat outside. (We moved the grill under the small covered area to cook and managed to eat at the indoor table.) Since mountain weather changes quickly, please keep this in mind if you’re planning a BBQ. There was plenty of oil, seasonings, and cutlery—very helpful! The nearest convenience store is about 5 minutes away by car, so we recommend buying everything at once. The building itself was clean, and the Onsen was spacious and wonderful! The Onsen was already filled at check-in and had that distinctive Onsen scent. There’s also a sauna area with an outdoor cooling space and a cold plunge pool, so you can fully enjoy it! Since towels are also used for the toilet and kitchen areas, it would be nice to have extra towels in addition to one per person. Overall, it was a very good Accommodation! We’d love to stay again if we have another opportunity!

The Facility is clean and excellent. Being able to enjoy a barbecue with an ocean view is also fantastic. The value for money is outstanding. However, the number of insects is a bit concerning, and it would be greatly appreciated if there were an option to check in a little earlier.

I stayed during Golden Week. Even though it’s in a busy downtown area, I was able to stay at a very reasonable price. The Room was clean, and there were amenities and services such as welcome coffee, which I thought were great. The instant onion soup next to the welcome coffee was especially delicious. One disappointing point was that the female staff member at the front desk spoke quickly, so her explanation was hard to understand.

The front desk staff were very courteous, so I had a very pleasant stay. When I arrived, I was irritated by the heat, and I feel sorry for having acted that way. The Room and other areas were well cleaned, which made everything feel fresh and comfortable.

I stayed here because it was advertised as free-flowing hot spring water. On the day of arrival, the temperature was just right and very comfortable, but the next morning it was extremely cold. I waited until just before check-out for it to warm up, but it didn’t get hot and I had to bathe while it was still lukewarm. I wanted to enjoy it at a comfortable temperature. The Room was very stylish. Even though I arrived early, you allowed me to use the Room, which was a great help. Thank you very much.

The building itself shows signs of aging, but: * Unlimited access to natural Onsen with free-flowing hot spring water * Friendly and kind staff * Private rooms with futons already laid out, equipped with a TV, kettle, and sufficient amenities * Daily towel exchange even with eco-cleaning requests, plus complimentary water for choosing eco-cleaning * Convenient laundry facilities including washing machines and dryers * Excellent access from both the airport and tram If I visit Hakodate again, I would love to stay here. Overall, it was very clean and great. The garage had an interior that seemed to be filled with a man's romance, and the location was convenient without being too rural if you have a car. There were plenty of shampoos and other amenities, so there were no issues in that regard, but I was only concerned about the lack of absorbency and the slightly greasy smell of the bath towels.

We stayed here for a family trip with our children in elementary, middle, and high school. The property is a beautiful standalone house with multiple rooms, which made the kids very happy as they could each choose their favorite spot to sleep comfortably. My husband enjoys cooking, so he was pleased that the kitchen was well-equipped with seasonings and tableware like at home. We even cooked Hokkaido rice we happened to buy at a supermarket and enjoyed it for breakfast. It would have been nice if there was hand soap in the bathroom. While it wasn’t an issue for us since we usually bring our own, please note that pajamas and toothbrushes are not provided, so guests will need to bring their own. The spacious bath allowed us to relax fully, creating wonderful memories of our stay.

A perfect accommodation where you can wake up and check the waves of the beautiful Shirahama sea. Please note that there are no room wear provided, but bringing your own sweatpants will solve this easily. If there are no waves or you arrive early, you can enjoy food and drinks at the café downstairs!

The house is older than expected, but it has a great atmosphere, almost like a drama filming location. It was a wonderful experience! There are six cats that stay in the garden and don’t come inside the house. Waking up to find cats on the veranda was incredibly soothing! You can also have a BBQ in the garden, and since there’s a roof, it seems fine even if it rains—though maybe not during heavy rain or strong winds. The toilet is Western-style and clean. The bathroom has two showers, so multiple people can use it at once, though the changing area is small. Bath towels are provided, but there were no face towels—it would be nice if they were available! Summer might be tough due to bugs, but mid-March felt just right! The owner was also very friendly and pleasant!

We stayed with two families and found the space and layout to be more than sufficient. The single-story design is reassuring for families with small children. We were especially satisfied with the well-equipped amenities, including a washing machine and coffee maker. There were enough towels in the room for everyone, and we appreciated having unlimited access to the Onsen. [To the Facility] Since we visited after playing in the snow nearby, it would be even more convenient if there were hanger racks to dry our wearables and shoe trays to dry shoes indoors. Additionally, there were only large deep plates available; having some smaller ones would be nice. It would also be helpful if you could include a floor plan of the room and a list of amenities on your website so that guests can better prepare their stay.

The host was very hospitable and took great care of us. We left our luggage, went out, and when we returned, they kindly sent it to our next accommodation. We are truly grateful for the help. Other rooms were occupied by foreign guests. It was so quiet that we found ourselves being extra cautious not to make noise. I thought there might not be pajamas provided, so I brought my own, but there were one-piece pajamas available. Bringing leggings might be a good idea as well. The bath set included Shiseido products, which made my hair silky smooth. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

I stayed in a standard cottage. The owners were very kind. The room had a pleasant wooden scent, and it was impeccably clean and well-maintained. There were clear guide signs placed throughout, making it easy to understand how to spend time and navigate the accommodation. It was such a lovely cottage that I would love to stay again. I was looking for a Hotel near Farm Tomita for my trip to Furano and found this place. The owner couple was kind and attentive, the Room was clean and comfortable. The lighting was well-placed, making the Room bright and pleasant. Thank you very much!

This was my first stay. The street in front of the Hotel faces the Tokyo Skytree, and there is also a supermarket nearby. The front desk staff provided polite service with clear explanations, and I found the cute decor near the outdoor smoking area bench to be heartwarming. Room wear can be chosen before taking the elevator. Towels and basic amenities are available in the Room, along with bottled water in the refrigerator. There is also stick tea and coffee with a kettle provided. The Room layout is efficient, though the refrigerator is slightly small without a freezer compartment—so ice or frozen items might not work well here. Suitcases can fit under the bed for storage convenience. My Room had a simple stool as seating, which was sufficient for me. There are USB ports and power outlets by the bedside, as well as a safe for storing valuables when using facilities like an open-air bath or while sleeping at night for peace of mind. The rooftop open-air bath has high walls that block views but offers a refreshing experience overall! The baths alternate between men’s and women’s use; although I checked in late at night thinking I’d miss it, I was delighted to find morning hours allocated for women too! There are three washing stations available inside; however, only baskets are provided in changing areas instead of lockers—guests bring their towels from their Rooms using mesh bags provided by Hotel management during check-in procedures. I appreciated that there wasn’t any chlorine smell from bathing water itself either! A minor downside: my Room had an overly sweet scent lingering around initially (possibly air freshener?), plus slight odor issues noticed while operating toilet bidet functions—it seemed chlorine-based perhaps? This could vary depending on individual Rooms though. Overall impression remains highly positive—I’d love returning again someday soon! While exploring Kappabashi shopping street amidst summer heat proved challenging due limited time outdoors—it still felt like such vibrant neighborhood full exciting discoveries awaiting next visit ahead!
