Just as other reviews said, we had an amazing time. Everyone on the staff was so welcoming and smiling, and we were very satisfied with the facilities and the complimentary welcome drinks. Everyone at the dog run was also friendly, and I think our dog was very happy too. We’d love to stay again. Thank you very much.

I have been an IKYU Diamond member since before COVID, with two regular Accommodations—one in Ito and one in Enzan—and I had been looking for another place I would want to return to. It was hard to find one. At last, I found Akazawa Guest House. It’s an Accommodation you’ll want to visit again and again. My companion had a blister from sandals, but after soaking in the deep ocean water several times, we were amazed to notice on the third day that it had healed. Akazawa Spa is free of charge, and what I especially loved was that the private sauna is also free. We had so much fun with bowling, billiards, darts—everything—that staying two nights was absolutely worth it. Of course, the staff were wonderful as well. The foreign staff member who served our meals had a lovely smile, spoke excellent Japanese, and made our conversations truly enjoyable. We will be back again—thank you in advance for your continued hospitality next time.

I was able to stay at a very reasonable price. I also stayed on June 26 with a breakfast-included Plan, but it ended up being No Meals Included; this time it was ¥4,000 cheaper than then. The Room had a separate bath and toilet. I checked in at 3:00 PM and was able to relax until 10:30 AM. Since I knew the area from my previous stay, I had breakfast at Akita Citizens’ Market and then headed to my next destination.

It was a wonderful hotel by the sea in Beppu. The location was great, and we were able to see the moonlight path and the sunrise path. The staff provided pleasant service, the restaurant offered a calm dining atmosphere, there was a wide variety of complimentary drinks, and we even received a birthday gift. It made for a great day. Thank you very much.

Before booking, I had a few questions, so I called the hotel and then made my reservation. The staff member on the phone was very polite and accurate, which gave me confidence to book, and this was my first stay. When I arrived, the parking lot was full, but they kindly directed me to a nearby parking area. At the front desk, I told the staff it was my first time and that I didn’t know how things worked, and they explained everything carefully. Although it was a weekday stay, there were many families with children. I wanted a hotel with a separate bath and toilet and a bathtub; even though I stayed alone, the bathroom had a chair and wash basin, and the shower head settings could be changed with a button, which made it very comfortable. It was clean, convenient, reasonably priced, and I was very satisfied. I have already booked another stay in November as well—thank you in advance for your continued hospitality.

The distance from the station, the Hotel Facility, and the Room—everything was satisfying. Breakfast also offered a wide variety and was excellent. I was truly impressed for the first time in a while.

I go on hot spring trips twice a month. This was my first time here, and I was extremely satisfied. The entire property, including the room, was kept very clean, and all the staff were kind. Both the large public bath and the changing area were very spacious, and the view from the open-air bath was wonderful. The water temperature was comfortable, so I could soak and relax for a long time. There’s also a sauna—and the cold plunge pool was ice-cold, which made me as a sauna lover absolutely thrilled! The only slight downside was that some foreign guests were talking loudly in the bath for a long time. I wanted to spend my time quietly. The meals were more than enough for someone with a small appetite like me. The dining staff were very kind and friendly, so I had an enjoyable time. I was also happy to receive access to a private bath and drink service through the Diamond Member benefits. This is definitely going to be one of my repeat stays. Thank you very much—I’ll be back.

Stayed on September 6. It is a truly magnificent building. The interior is elegant and spotless. The staff are very kind. The restaurant keeps getting better every time we visit. We look forward to staying again in October.

Although the property was originally built as a public lodging facility, it has been renovated so well that it didn’t feel particularly old, and we had a very comfortable stay. Above all, the service from the staff—starting with the front desk—was outstanding, and with only 24 rooms in total, it felt like everything was well attended to. It really reminded me how much a hotel’s quality depends on the hospitality of its staff. The meals were beautifully presented, delicious, and very satisfying. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience. After checkout, we realized our son had left something behind and contacted you; you handled it promptly and delivered it to our home two days later. We apologize for the trouble and would like to express our sincere thanks (though belated).

The location right in front of Lake Suwa was excellent, and the room was clean. The meals, featuring mainly local specialties, were very delicious. We also really enjoyed the bus tour visiting the four major Suwa shrines—the guide’s explanations were thorough and easy to follow. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

I stayed at this hotel to attend the Kirin Cup Final. In the past, I chose hotels near Tokyo Station, but after the match the area was extremely crowded and it was very difficult to get back to my hotel. This time, to avoid that hassle, I booked this hotel instead and had a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff who assisted when I left my luggage, as well as those who helped me at check-in and check-out, were wonderfully attentive and truly impressed me. Breakfast was buffet-style. I’m not usually a fan of buffets so I don’t eat much, but this restaurant had a great variety of options, and both the omelet and toast were delicious. When attending events at Japan National Stadium, I would love to stay here again.

The service was excellent from the shuttle bus at the start of our trip. The open-air bath was wonderful, and we could enjoy it while looking out at the mountains just beginning to turn color. Dinner was flawless—we fully enjoyed Hokkaido’s local specialties. Breakfast was buffet-style, with many original dishes unique to Hokkaido, and everything looked so delicious that it was hard to choose. That day they served kamameshi, and the freshly made kamameshi was outstanding. The lounge drinks were also delicious, and the room had thoughtful touches such as being able to brew tea with loose-leaf tea and listen to a classical music CD—everything was taken care of. All of the staff were kind and helpful.

We had a truly wonderful stay. It rained during our visit, but the sight of the wet rocks and crashing waves was powerful in its own way, so we still really enjoyed it. The in-room hot spring bath felt amazing and left my body feeling refreshed. They also replace the towels, so it was great to be able to soak as many times as we wanted without hesitation. The herbal tea was delicious too—I ended up having seconds. We were satisfied with every dish. We also loved being able to order original cocktails at dinner (they can be made non-alcoholic). Everything was excellent, but we were especially impressed by the sashimi and the robatayaki wagyu beef—absolutely outstanding! Above all, we felt that every staff member we met provided exceptional hospitality. We would definitely love to stay again. Thank you very much for everything.

This was my first stay. True to its classic exterior, the hotel’s interiors and décor are refined, creating an elegant atmosphere. The building itself seems to have some age, but it has been renovated and is impeccably maintained—everything was very clean. The staff were polished and professional. What impressed me most was dinner. I’ve had French cuisine in many places, but the food here was exceptional: a wide variety of fish dishes, excellent-quality meat, and outstanding sauces. I would love to visit again.

I originally chose to stay at Yunoyama Onsen because I wanted to relax in the Onsen. The Onsen was wonderfully soothing, and I enjoyed it many times, but to be honest, the meals were even better than expected—exceptionally delicious, with thoughtful touches in each ingredient—so I was just as satisfied, if not more so, than with the Onsen. The welcome drink and shiratama sweets, as well as the sweets café after dinner, were not the kind of “just for show” desserts you often find; they were genuinely delicious sweets, which was another highlight. Since it was summer vacation there were many families with children, and seeing them enjoy the festival games brought back memories of letting my own child play at a similar festival at Ogoto Onsen years ago. The Room was clean, and above all, the hospitality of all the staff was outstanding. I was especially impressed by how hard one international staff member working as a trainee was trying. I would definitely like to stay again—thank you very much.

I had always thought that if I were to stay in Hakone, it would be at Suishoen, and my wish finally came true—I was able to visit at last! It was exactly the Accommodation I had imagined, and I could truly feel the high quality in every aspect, making for a very fulfilling stay. I was especially looking forward to the meals—not only were they delicious, but they were also a feast for the eyes. Both dinner and breakfast were wonderful. That said, the corn rice at dinner felt a bit overdone; I think simple corn would have been enough. The Room was more spacious than I expected and very relaxing, and I thoroughly enjoyed the bath with a footbath feature. Above all, the staff’s thoughtful hospitality was outstanding—this was an Accommodation where I felt truly comfortable.

This was my first time staying at this Hotel, and every staff member greeted me with a smile and provided courteous service. The interior was also very clean. The large public bath was spacious, and I was able to relax. I also had breakfast. There were many local dishes, all delicious—I ended up eating too much in the morning. It became a wonderful memory of my trip to Nagoya. Thank you very much!

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. Our Room was a corner Room on the Kappa Bridge side, and we could feel the nature of Kamikochi from the window. The meals made with ingredients from Kamikochi, Nagano, as well as the paired drinks, were satisfying in both quality and portion size for two guests in our late 40s to early 50s. Throughout our stay, thanks to the attentive service from the staff, we were able to relax comfortably and create wonderful memories of Kamikochi. Thank you very much.

This is an inn I had wanted to stay at for a long time. As many reviews mentioned, the Italian dinner was outstanding from start to dessert, and truly impressed me. The in-room hot spring was at the perfect temperature, and I thoroughly enjoyed it while gazing at the sea, listening to insects at night, and again in the fresh morning air. I would love to stay here again.

Thank you for your hospitality. The location is wonderful, with a view of Mt. Daisen to the right from the main entrance. It was unseasonably hot on the day I stayed, and walking from Yonago Station was honestly tough, but the view instantly made it all worth it. Although it seemed the system server was down, check-in went smoothly, so I had no complaints. The room was more spacious than I expected, and both the bed and sofa were comfortable and roomy, allowing me to relax. I was also happy to have a large public bath—it felt great. I’d love to stay again. Thank you very much.
