Welcome drinks included not only soft drinks but also alcohol, along with snacks. We also appreciated the child-friendly amenities such as kids’ slippers and picture books, which were very helpful. One concern was that the emergency stairwell door on the way to our Room was left open until 10:00 PM; a staff member happened to notice and close it, so we wondered if it had been forgotten and felt uneasy that someone from outside could enter. The meals were mainly Japanese cuisine with a few Western options as well, and we were satisfied! We would love to stay again when we visit Kamogawa!

I had to travel suddenly from Nagasaki for a wake, and stayed here afterward. My son and his wife also came from Aichi, and we stayed together in a large Room. We had dinner after the wake and checked in late, so I thought we wouldn’t make it to our reserved private bath time. However, we were still able to use the private bath, and my grandchild was thrilled to enjoy it with us. The breakfast staff were also very kind. This was my second stay, and I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

After visiting Ise Jingu from Tokyo, we stayed here. The Hotel is close to Kumano Sanzan and located by the Pacific Ocean. The staff were all wonderful, and the dinner featuring fresh tuna bowl, whale sashimi, and Tatsuta-age was exquisite. At the nearby Whale Museum, we had a rare experience feeding and touching whales. This clean and lovely Hotel offers a luxurious breakfast accompanied by live piano music. We stayed for two nights, enjoying the slow pace of time in Taiji Town—a place filled with whale and dolphin monuments—and hoped that this traditional fishing culture continues for generations to come. We truly want to visit again! Thank you to all the Hotel staff for your hospitality! Highly recommended Hotel for everyone!

Kawasaki is close to Yokohama and Shinagawa, and you can also reach Haneda Airport via the Keikyu Line, so I’ve been staying here often lately. Daiwa Roynet Hotel is a comfortable place for me. The coffee is delicious, and it’s convenient for sightseeing in Tokyo and Yokohama. The staff were kind, which made my trip a very pleasant one. Thank you very much.

It was a very simple and wonderful Hotel! The location was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the food was delicious! I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Kamakura!

I had errands in the area for the first time in a while, and this was my second stay here. Last time, the Room felt a bit dated, but this time it seemed to have been renovated and was very comfortable to use. The Room was also spacious, and I had a very comfortable stay. However, the lighting may be a bit too dim for working. There are plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, and parking is free, so if you’re not here mainly for sightseeing, there’s nothing to complain about. The 12:00 checkout is also very convenient, so I think I’ll stay again.

Although my Reservation was for one person, the Room was spacious and had a bathtub, so I could relax comfortably. The rice balls and pork miso soup from the onigiri shop were also delicious, and I would recommend them to friends.

I made a last-minute Reservation the day before and stayed for the first time in several years. The Room was in the separate annex on the 1st floor and was spacious for two people, new, and very clean. Although there was no view, we were able to relax at a leisurely pace. Regarding the bath showers, one shower stall was out of order. Since only two people had used it before us, we were able to wash without any issues, but I think it could be inconvenient when it is crowded. Also, I was disappointed that there was no hairbrush among the amenities in the bath area. There wasn’t one at the Room’s sink either, so I recommend that future guests bring their own. As others have mentioned, breakfast did not feel very filling and left me wanting a bit more. However, the coffee served after the meal was fragrant and delicious.

This was my first time staying here, and every staff member at reception was pleasant and welcoming. We arrived at the Hotel at 2:00 a.m., but they came out right away and guided us to the parking area. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and having a massage chair in the Room was a nice touch. The bathroom and toilet were separate, so I could relax in the bath. Breakfast was included as well. We requested one Western-style meal and one Japanese-style meal, but since it was a Multiple Night Stay, the contents were the same; still, we really appreciated that they delivered it to our Room. It was also great that Koshien Stadium and Koshien Station were only a 5-minute walk away. I recommend making your Reservation early.

When sightseeing in Yamagata, we stay at Symphony. Once again, the food was outstanding. The dishes are very thoughtfully crafted—the way the ingredients are brought out and seasoned is impressive. The combinations of items in the dinner course were also excellent. Each time, we can enjoy different dishes, and it feels like they are always evolving. We were also happy to have a wide variety of vegetables at breakfast.

I stayed here to visit Matsumoto Castle the next morning. It was closer than I expected, and it was very convenient that I could keep my car parked there even after checkout. The breakfast bread was also delicious.

I stayed here for a concert at Ecopa Stadium. It’s conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from Kakegawa Station, and the stadium is about 5 km away—just over an hour on foot—so it’s within walking distance. Since I wasn’t sure how I’d get back after the concert, knowing I could walk back was reassuring. As expected, there was heavy traffic after the show, so I walked back to the Hotel. The parking lot was spacious, so I parked first, checked in early, and asked them to hold my luggage. Even though I returned after 9:00 p.m., the staff were very helpful. The welcome drink selection included alcohol as well. The large public bath was clean, and the hot water helped me relax after a long day. Breakfast didn’t have a huge variety, but everything was tasty. It was hard to find an Accommodation for a stadium concert, so when availability opened up at this Hotel, I made a Reservation immediately. In the end, it was comfortable and I had a great stay.

I chose this Hotel for its unbeatable location right next to Kakunodate Station, making it easy to head to the Samurai Residence Street without carrying anything. It’s self check-in, but it wasn’t difficult. If you’re unsure, staff can assist remotely. I stayed in a twin Room on the first floor, and the barrier-free layout made getting around very easy. There’s also a great selection of self-serve amenities and soft drinks, so you can relax comfortably in the lounge area next to the entrance. Although it’s in front of the station, it was quiet at night and very peaceful. You do need to walk a bit to find places for dinner, but since the weather was nice, I enjoyed an evening stroll and took in Kakunodate at night. After checking out the next day, I realized I had left something behind and went back—cleaning was already underway, but the staff were truly kind and helpful, which I really appreciated. Since I planned to stay in Kakunodate again after one day elsewhere, I immediately made an additional Reservation at this Hotel.

Last year I stayed in the main building, but this year I tried the auberge. On the first day, after watching the sunrise at Inubosaki, I headed south along Sotobo through Katsuura and Kamogawa, visited Nojimazaki Lighthouse, stopped by Awa Shrine, and then returned to this Hotel. First, I relaxed in the scenic-view Onsen to ease my fatigue. Soaking in the bath with the vast Pacific Ocean right in front of me was a truly wonderful experience. Back in my Room, I enjoyed listening to music and reading, savoring a pace of time different from everyday life. One piece of good luck on this trip was having the teppanyaki dinner entirely to myself as a private booking. I enjoyed a delicious meal while chatting pleasantly with the chef and staff. The dishes were carefully selected with a focus on local ingredients, and they were also beautiful to look at. Another bit of good luck was being able to see the sunrise the next morning. The forecast had been cloudy with occasional rain, so I had given up on it—but when I woke up, it was clear. I hurried to the scenic-view Onsen to wait for sunrise and saw it right at the time indicated by the Hotel’s guidance. It made for an incredibly refreshing morning. I could also enjoy breakfast buffet-style in a private room at a relaxed pace—maybe I ate a little too much. On my way home, I headed north along Uchibo and ended up making a full loop around the Boso Peninsula. I would definitely like to visit again when I have another chance.

I stayed for one night and two days. The facility was very clean, allowing for a comfortable stay. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. Although the distance from the station is a drawback, the value for money makes up for it. I would love to stay here again!

I stayed here the night before because I wanted to see the Kaiwo Maru under full sail. At check-in, I unexpectedly ran into a child on the stairs! And again when heading out for dinner, right in front of the bath area! My wife and I laughed and wondered if it was a “zashiki-warashi,” and it gave us a warm, cozy feeling. The food was delicious, and we were very satisfied. As for the Kaiwo Maru under full sail mentioned in the title, perhaps because the weather was bad in the morning, it wasn’t fully set—only about half of the sails were raised. It was disappointing, but we decided we’ll check another full-sail day and come again. When we do, we’d love to stay here again.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay during the Obon holiday period. It was a distance from the station by car, but I chose it because parking was free. The parking lot in front of the Hotel filled up quickly if I arrived a bit late, but the Hotel had secured additional parking behind the building, and there is an entrance at the back as well, so it was not a problem at all. Perhaps because I made my Reservation one month in advance, the rate was also a good deal. Also, with Omicho Market nearby and popular spots like Hachiban Ramen and Noboru Ramen located roughly between Kanazawa Station and the Hotel, it was very convenient. The bed was nice and fluffy. The coin laundry could get crowded depending on the day, but I was still able to use it without trouble. I did not add breakfast when making my Reservation, but by requesting it by the day before, I could get it at a slightly discounted price. I added breakfast only on the last day. The selection—including drinks—was extensive, and above all, the white rice was delicious. The Hotel staff were kind and carefully explained how to use buses or taxis to get to the station. There were welcome drinks in my Room, and for a Multiple Night Stay they also replenished items such as coffee. It was my first time staying at an APA Hotel, and it lived up to its reputation—I felt it is a trustworthy Hotel. One thing that concerned me was a moldy smell in the bathroom. I couldn’t tell whether it came from the shower curtain or near the ventilation fan area, but every time I opened the unit bath door I noticed it, which was stressful. There was also a place to hang clothes between my Room entrance door and the unit bath area, but I didn’t feel comfortable using it because I worried odors might transfer. Still, overall I am very satisfied with my stay. Thank you very much.

The bathroom and other water facilities were very clean. It was appreciated that the bath could be reserved for private use by time slot. The coffee machine in the Room was also very helpful.

It was really close to Gojo Subway Station, which was extremely convenient. We laid out the futons ourselves, but it wasn’t inconvenient at all and we stayed comfortably. The Room was compact, so we had to think a bit about where to put our luggage, but considering the value for money, we were more than satisfied. Being able to have drinks in the lounge area behind the front desk on the second floor was especially appreciated on hot days. Everyone we met—front desk staff and housekeeping—was polite and helpful.
