Booked a twin room urgently for a memorial service. I knew it was right in front of the Yaizu Interchange, and overall, it was a satisfying Business Hotel. Perhaps because it was a weekday, the Room, large public bath, and breakfast area were compact yet clean, quiet, and relaxing. The breakfast had many options, but I wished there were more fish dishes to reflect Yaizu's local flavor. The only concern was the smell from the unit bath's drainage system.

The Room is stylishly designed so it doesn’t feel too small. The Soup Stock Tokyo soup and bread were delicious, and I really enjoyed them at check-in when I was a bit hungry. I had a comfortable stay. It’s conveniently close to Ueno Station, and I was able to relax. Another highlight was the spacious shower booth, which made it even more enjoyable. I’d like to stay again.

This was my second stay. Just like last time, the parking staff were efficient, check-in was stress-free, and we enjoyed the welcome mineral water and jelly. This time I used the Onsen and the shower. The Onsen was very clean! And it was my first time seeing a shower room like the one in the Room—there was a place to sit, which made it very comfortable. The after-bath ice cream and the breakfast buffet were great, and all the food was absolutely delicious. I also requested an extra pillow and slippers, and they kindly brought them to my Room. It truly became a wonderful trip. The staff provided excellent service, and their kindness really came through. We’re planning another trip to Universal at the end of the year, so I’d like to stay one night on our way back. Thank you very much.

I stayed in a women-only private room. The room was stylish, and the futon was spacious enough. The bath, toilets, and wash area were all kept very clean. Paid amenities were also affordable—some items were available for just 100 yen, which was really helpful. It was also great that I could drink water, tea, and coffee for free. I heard the water is pumped from groundwater, and it tasted amazing. The other guests had good manners as well, so I slept soundly at night. The owner at reception and the female staff were very polite and helpful, and they even stored my luggage after checkout, which helped a lot. On my way out, I also received a card for free amenities to use next time. I’m grateful to have received this level of service for under 5,000 yen. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Kyoto.

We enjoyed a delicious, filling meal with fresh sashimi, two Takezaki crabs (one male and one female), plenty of grilled oysters, steamed clams, tempura, and crab rice porridge. The Onsen sauna and open-air bath were closed, but the indoor bath had a bubble bath feature, and we went in three times. This is an Onsen Ryokan we would love to visit again.

I had a comfortable stay in a clean Room. The bathtub was spacious, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. I appreciated being able to use it from before 6:00 AM. I would definitely like to stay here again.

It’s not luxurious like a Resort Hotel, but it has everything you need (the towels were wonderfully fluffy!), and the Room was kept very clean. The shared kitchen has a filtered-water tap, plus a refrigerator, dishes, cookware, and basic seasonings. I also appreciated the free coffee machine and several kinds of tea. If requested, they will prepare a complimentary breakfast of toast, a boiled egg, and yogurt. The washing machine is free to use (the dryer is paid), and there is also space for drying laundry as well as clothespins for drying underwear indoors. If you ask in advance, they also provide a Shuttle Service to the nearest bus stop before 10:00 AM (check-out) and after 3:00 PM (check-in). It was the perfect Accommodation for a relaxed, flexible stay while keeping costs down!

I visited the forest auberge Mitsu to create memories with my mother, as she had always wanted to go there. The beautiful accommodation, delicious cuisine, and exceptionally kind service made for a truly comfortable and wonderful experience. Thank you so much! The staff were all smiles and provided excellent hospitality (during dinner, they recommended a shop we ended up visiting—Perron’s baguette was absolutely delicious. Thank you!). We felt at ease throughout our stay. The meals were not only flavorful and visually appealing but also healthy dishes that made my body feel happy—this brought me great joy. Living in a traditional house like Mitsu has been a dream of mine, so just staying there was incredibly soothing for my soul! I sincerely hope Mitsu continues on forever! I will visit again. Creating memories with my mother was a huge success!

It was a very lovely Room. The kitchenware and amenities were well stocked, and it was helpful to have toilets on both the first and second floors. Thank you very much.

We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. Our child is still small, so we chose this apartment-style Accommodation instead of a Hotel to relax without worrying too much, and we’re glad we did! We’ve stayed in apartment-style places several times before, but this one was the best. Having a washing machine and a clothes dryer was a must for us, and it made our stay incredibly comfortable. It was quiet at night, and in the morning we took walks to the beach to watch the sunrise—making it a truly memorable trip. If we visit Ishigaki Island again, we would love to stay here again. The place was well cleaned and felt very fresh and spotless. For those who want to go out drinking around downtown, you’ll need a car to get around, so it may feel inconvenient.

We stayed here for a family trip to celebrate my seafood-loving husband’s retirement, on a friend’s recommendation. Everyone was very satisfied with the surprisingly generous boat platter of sashimi and the seafood dishes. The Room felt a bit small for four people. The sink area in the Room was also small, so it might have been better to use the shared facilities outside. The tatami bath was wonderful. Because there had been cancellations due to the typhoon, we were the only guests, so my daughter and I were able to soak and relax at our leisure. It was amazing. We received warm and pleasant hospitality, and we would definitely like to stay again.

One night with two meals (breakfast and dinner) included. The food is delicious and features local specialty ingredients, letting you fully enjoy the charm of traveling in the area. The room is spacious and clean, and it’s very relaxing to sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean view.

This was my repeat stay. This time I stayed in the “Tasogare” Room, and its calm atmosphere allowed me to truly relax. As someone who enjoys alcohol, the all-inclusive plan—where I can enjoy my favorite drinks without worrying about extra charges—is a major highlight unique to this Accommodation. Because you can take your time without watching the clock, it’s easy to end up staying longer than planned. Also, compared with my previous visit, there were more types of games available to bring into the Room, which could be great when staying with two or more people. The private sauna I look forward to every time also came with a full 90 minutes—plenty of time—and I really appreciated being able to use it at my own pace without worrying about others. After the sauna, I could unwind in the lobby, my Room, or the lounge, making for a truly luxurious experience. All of the staff were courteous and warm, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Even as a returning guest, it was nice to be treated with consistent kindness. If I had one small note: the slope leading down to the parking area is a bit steep, so drivers of low-clearance cars or those not confident behind the wheel may need to be cautious. That said, it seems unavoidable given the location. Overall, I was very satisfied again this time. I’d love to return in another season. Thank you very much.

I live near the Hotel, and my relatives came from far away, so they stayed here. They said it was clean and easy to use, and the shower water pressure was strong and great. Also, we extended the stay by one day, and they accommodated us without changing Rooms, which was very helpful. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed in the Moon Room on a solo trip. Due to various circumstances, I made a Reservation after 5:00 PM on the day of arrival, and with the same-day discount it was a great deal. Since my expected arrival time was set for 10:00 PM, the Accommodation contacted me, and their warm and kind response raised my expectations. I arrived just before the welcome drink service ended. Soaking in the iconic footbath, I enjoyed sparkling wine poured generously. The Room was more than spacious enough for one person, and although I initially thought the Onsen on the terrace might be small from the photos, it was also plenty for one. It’s a circulated bath from Kiga Onsen, but for someone like me who prefers hotter water, it was just right—and it warmed me up so much that I started sweating. The door from the Room to the terrace is accordion-style, so after daybreak I left it fully open all morning—it felt wonderful. The open-air bath at the large public bath uses free-flowing spring water from Owakudani. As someone who likes Kusatsu and Manza, I felt the sulfur scent was mild, but I still really enjoyed the milky-white water. However, it was unpleasant to have long hairs and fallen leaves cling to my body. In addition to the powder corner in the large public bath area, there is also a separate powder room with a ReFa hair dryer, a Panasonic hair iron, and a Panasonic facial steamer. Since I had been considering buying them anyway, it was great to be able to try them out. (For reference, the hair dryers in the large public bath were Dyson.) There were many negative Reviews online so I felt nervous until actually staying here, but it turned out to be a very satisfying stay. I’m also interested in one of their higher-category detached Rooms (annex), so I’d love to visit again.

We stayed as a couple. The open-air bath was outstanding—easily the best among all the Onsen Accommodations we’ve stayed at. The water quality was excellent, and we were able to fully enjoy Manza Onsen’s signature milky, cloudy waters to our heart’s content. It was our first time trying a mixed-gender open-air bath, but we decided to go in together “since we were here and wanted to make a memory.” We were a little nervous at first, but it turned into a truly fun experience and an unforgettable memory for us as a couple. When I asked a staff member who was cleaning the washing area by the open-air bath, they responded very politely, and I really appreciated the kind service. The meals were more than satisfying, and the Room was spacious and comfortable—there wasn’t anything to complain about. Before staying, I thought, “At this price point, it’ll probably be about what you’d expect,” but after actually staying here, it far exceeded our expectations. It honestly felt like twice the value for money—we’re extremely satisfied. Next time, we’d love to visit in another season and enjoy these wonderful hot springs again.

An open location along a park facing the sea. The twin rooms offer an ocean view, while the single rooms have a land-side view overlooking a warehouse district, which is not bad. Considering the price, meals and room amenities are reasonable, and having a large public bath is wonderful. It's within walking distance to EAS (iias), so shopping and dining are convenient, making it very comfortable for a cozy stay.

We stayed here when visiting the Dinosaur Museum. There are the Main Building, Yumoto Building, East Building, and Chosei Building, so the layout inside was a bit complicated. In any case, there are many large public baths. Every bath was kept very clean, and we were extremely satisfied. The attendants also took great care of us efficiently, and we truly appreciate it. All of the food was delicious, and even our daughter—who usually doesn’t eat seafood—said it was tasty and ate it. When we come to the area again, we will stay here again. Thank you very much.

Conveniently located near the station, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. I usually only need basic facilities for sleeping, but they offered unlimited welcome drinks and even a free breakfast, so I was very satisfied with the unbeatable price. The staff were also kind. It was my first time stopping by Tsu, and it was a nice, compact city. Finding such a good Hotel made this trip even more enjoyable.

As this was a “reasonably priced” Room, it was located directly beneath the restaurant. As expected, we didn’t hear chair-scraping or footsteps much, but the sound of people running around carried quite a bit. The chair noise in particular was really loud. However, this trip was just for two adults and we weren’t specifically looking for complete quiet—and since we also used that restaurant for meals, it was within an acceptable range. The Room was spacious and very clean, though it did feel a bit dated. We were told there would be no view, but given the location, it wasn’t like another building blocked everything or we couldn’t see outside at all. If you shifted your gaze slightly, you could enjoy a nature-filled view of Fukui’s wide-open fields, which we were very happy with. The restaurant buffet had a great variety and everything was delicious—I ate too much. It seemed seared bonito (tataki) was the featured item this time; I could only get it once, but it was excellent. The other seafood was also tasty, and there were grilled and fried dishes as well—an indulgent buffet that everyone from kids to seniors can enjoy. Above all else, the Onsen was wonderful. I didn’t realize Awara Onsen is not overly hot. There were also two open-air baths, so guests could take turns enjoying them without crowding—everyone’s good manners made us feel lucky. We stayed here because we had a memorial service in Fukui Prefecture, but there were so many things to enjoy inside the Accommodation—a table tennis area and manga corner—and there was even a morning market held in the lobby. One night wasn’t enough. Next time I’d love to come back for sightseeing at a more relaxed pace. Thank you as well for providing Shuttle Service to Awaraonsen Station.
