I’ve stayed here before, but now there are several renovated Rooms, and it felt completely different. There are plenty of power outlets, including USB ports, the air conditioning works well, and the bathroom is clean—it felt like a newly built Hotel. For anyone working on a PC, the renovated Rooms are highly recommended. Considering the price, I think it offers excellent value for money.

I can relax at a leisurely pace and enjoy delicious food, so I visit almost every year. This time, I came with a group of seven, including first-time guests. Everyone enjoyed the peaceful scenery of the white birch trees and Lake Megami along with the wonderful cuisine. We were all very satisfied, and everyone said they would like to come again next year.

It was a very comfortable Hotel. The staff were kind, and the Room had a calm atmosphere, which was great. One disappointing thing was that the refrigerator did not get cold at all.

We stayed for two nights because our child had a soccer match nearby. The Onsen, with its black mineral water, was very relaxing, and we were able to unwind. We chose the Plan with two meals included, and everything was delicious—I think we even gained a little weight from eating so much. The breakfast in particular was great, with a wide variety of side dishes. On the way home we got caught in torrential rain and had a difficult trip back, and I hope all the staff were safe. Everyone was very kind, and it’s an Accommodation we would love to visit again.

It was incredibly comfortable. The Room is spacious, the kitchen is easy to use, the bathroom is separate, and there is also a walk-in closet and a chest of drawers. I’ve stayed at many hotels with kitchens, including overseas, and this place is among the best. It’s close to Kotoni Subway Station, and there’s an AEON directly connected to the station, making it easy to cook for yourself. Between there and JR Kotoni Station, you’ll find plenty of great bars as well. A famous soup curry restaurant was also nearby. I definitely recommend this over staying at a City Hotel or Business Hotel. We stayed for two nights, and it was a Room you won’t want to leave.

The Room was spacious and clean. The free-flowing Onsen bath in the Room was incredibly relaxing. The meals were delicious, and we were completely satisfied and full. The staff’s service was excellent as well. We would definitely like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

It was unfortunately raining that day, so we stopped by the newly opened Izu no Kuni History Museum “Izushiru” before checking in. The welcome drink system, where you can choose your preferred drink from a vending machine, felt efficient and practical. I absolutely loved the gift zori sandals in our Room and will take good care of them. We used the private open-air bath again this time. There are now two washing stations, so even as a couple we didn’t have to wait and it was very comfortable. The slightly thick, silky hot spring water is wonderful. The floor chair in the Room had been replaced with a higher chair, making it even more comfortable than before. Since it was raining, we enjoyed soaking in the open-air bath attached to our guest room and watching baseball on one of the two TVs that can receive satellite channels. All of the meals were delicious and the portions were just right. After dinner, being able to use the coffee machine in the lobby also added to our satisfaction. All of the staff were very pleasant and welcoming. There’s no excessive service—just a great Accommodation you can enjoy even on rainy days—and my wife likes it too, so it’s becoming our regular place in Izu Nagaoka. We look forward to staying again.

At check-in, the front desk staff greeted me with a wonderful smile and provided kind, courteous explanations, which made me feel very reassured. The hotel’s convenient location near the station was also a big plus and gave me peace of mind. Thankfully, I was upgraded to the Ladies’ Room this time. The Room was equipped with a ReFa hair dryer and shower head, which I was delighted about! The amenities were well stocked, and every item at the breakfast buffet was delicious—I was completely satisfied. If I had to mention one thing, it would be even more helpful to have an outlet by the pillow on the loft bed for charging a smartphone. Overall, it was an extremely comfortable stay. I would definitely like to stay here again!

We stayed in a luxuriously designed Suite Room. The 24-hour free-flowing cloudy Onsen in the Room was pure indulgence. Even among Accommodations with an open-air bath, I don’t think you’ll find another with a bath as large as this Accommodation’s. The mountain and river cuisine also showed great attention to detail—highly recommended for a stay.

The meals exceeded our expectations. True to the auberge’s name, we were extremely satisfied not only with the flavors but also with the generous portions. For dinner, we enjoyed items such as angel shrimp and steak. For dessert, the chef served each portion at our table. Breakfast was also excellent, with homemade sausage, ham, ketchup, and more. We were also very happy with the homemade jam souvenir. The outdoor bath could be reserved for private use, so we were able to relax at our own pace. The mini jet bath in the Onsen was wonderful as well. In a quiet and spotless Room, we were able to spend a truly relaxing and fulfilling time. We highly recommend this Accommodation.

We stayed in a Room with a private pool at SideB. Both the Room and the pool were spacious, and we were able to relax deeply. The pool, which seems to have been newly built this year, is large enough for serious swimming. All of the Hotel staff were kind, and chatting at the café and during breakfast became one of our highlights. It’s a wonderful Hotel, and we’d love to come back.

The staff greeted us with warm smiles. They informed us about the chance to see fireflies at night, and when we went to check it out after our bath, we were amazed by the numerous fireflies. We also appreciated that the lighting was dimmed for better viewing. The Room was spacious, and both the private bath and large public bath were excellent.

At check-in, there was only one staff member, so I wondered if something was going on and whether everything was okay, but we received warm and attentive hospitality. We enjoyed rare local dishes such as salted grilled coho salmon and soba bean sprouts (absolutely delicious), and also tried painting kokeshi dolls while listening to a live Tsugaru shamisen performance (a wonderful souvenir), which let us fully experience the spirit of Aomori. The Onsen was at just the right temperature (slightly hot), warmed us through, and relieved our fatigue. It was all-inclusive, and we were able to enjoy plenty of drinks as well. Thank you very much.

Although we only stayed for one night, it was absolutely wonderful! Our whole family was very satisfied. The staff were extremely courteous, and it made our stay very comfortable. The only disappointing point was that the storm shutters were quite dirty. However, that was more than made up for by the amazing location and surroundings! We would definitely like to stay again, and next time we’ll book a Multiple Night Stay. Thank you very much!

I stayed at the property in a brand-new condition just over two weeks after its opening. This time, I reserved a Comfort Semi-Double Room, and not only was the size and facility impressive, but I also felt that the overall quality of the setup was higher than other Route Inns. Of course, being newly built plays a significant role in this impression, but I felt this way even in the lobby, corridors, and the bathhouse on the first floor (both the bathtub and washing area were spacious!). It is certain that at least new Route Inns are updated compared to existing ones. Also noteworthy is that the room's TV was a smart TV compatible with Netflix and YouTube!! Due to hosting events, I've had many opportunities to visit Maniwa from Tokyo over recent years. Honestly speaking, there is basically only one business hotel in Kuze-Ochiai area; while it’s a good facility with a homely feel, reservations fill up quickly. As a result, I often ended up staying in Tsuyama or Okayama City and traveling by highway... However, with this new Route Inn opening up here now alleviates some of those inconveniences. Personally though—I hope reservations don’t get filled too fast (laughs). One more thing: due to time constraints during my stay this time around—I left without having breakfast—so next time I'd like experience their breakfast as well! At night they also have restaurant (or izakaya?) services available which I'm interested trying out moving forward. When making reservations through IKYU.com accommodation fees were reasonable too—and as long as there’s availability—it’ll be my go-to property whenever visiting Maniwa henceforth!

While looking for a place where our family could relax while my mother recuperated, we discovered Sansui Niseko. In the end, we enjoyed an even more soothing stay than we had hoped for. They were very considerate of my mother’s legs, and although everything was close by, they kindly drove us to meals and even to the lift station, which was truly helpful. We are sincerely grateful for such thoughtful care. The Hotel is equipped with the latest Facility features and was extremely comfortable. The bed in particular was wonderfully plush—I fell into a deep sleep in no time, and thanks to the restful nights, I felt refreshed both physically and mentally. The Onsen was also outstanding. My skin felt silky smooth as if I were soaking in a beauty serum, and I could genuinely feel my energy returning. It was a luxurious moment that washed away all travel fatigue. The staff also shared stories about the “UCI Gran Fondo World Championships” held in Niseko, which made our time there even more enjoyable. Surrounded by Niseko’s magnificent scenery and rich nature, we were able to spend an exceptionally pleasant time at the Hotel. Above all, seeing how lively and confident the team is in this wonderfully international area gave us energy as well. It was a stay where we truly felt warm hospitality beyond any script or manual. For anyone seeking healing nature, superb Onsen baths, deep sleep with comfortable amenities, and heartfelt service throughout their stay, this is an Accommodation I can wholeheartedly recommend. When we visit Niseko again, I would love to stay at Sansui Niseko once more via IKYU.

I read the reviews and was looking forward to the food, and it truly exceeded my expectations. Instead of just a small portion in the middle of a large plate, each dish was beautifully presented and generously served, with every bite being absolutely delicious—100% satisfaction guaranteed! I wish restaurants in Tokyo would take note (laughs). The conversation with the owner was delightful, and their attentiveness and thoughtfulness were deeply appreciated. This is what true hospitality feels like. Thank you so much for everything. I look forward to visiting again!

This was our second stay. The kids once again lost track of time playing in the large pool. With great access to Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium and Motobu Genki Village, we were able to enjoy a variety of activities during our stay. The staff’s hospitality was excellent, and we had another wonderful time.

The Room and bathroom were very clean. I used the laundry facilities, and they were bright and well maintained. I would like to stay here again.

We visited with children, and the staff helped carry our luggage, arranged an early time slot for the private bath, and prepared an adorable kids’ meal. They checked in on us in many situations, and it was a warm Accommodation where we truly felt their thoughtful hospitality. The meals were delicious, and we were especially satisfied with the sea bream dishes at both breakfast and dinner.
