This time I couldn’t reserve a corner Room, but the twin Room was still very comfortable. The Room is always kept clean, but this time there was leftover ice cream from the previous guest in the freezer. That was disappointing. However, I believe this was just an accident, and every time I stay here it is always clean and comfortable. It’s also very close to Hakata Station, so the location is extremely convenient. I will stay here again.

I chose this Business Hotel because I wanted to stay out drinking late in the city. It was clean, and breakfast was included, so I felt it was more than adequate as a Business Hotel.

I stayed here on a business trip. It’s not far from the station, and there’s a convenience store nearby, which was very convenient.

I stayed for two nights. The front desk staff were courteous, and the large public bath also had a sauna and a cold plunge pool. The capsule area was secured with roll-down curtains, so I felt safe and comfortable. As this is a capsule-style Accommodation, there were many younger guests, but the age range was actually quite broad. There were also many international guests, but etiquette was clearly communicated, so I had no inconvenience or complaints during my stay. I think this Facility is especially good for those who plan to explore the city or be out during the day. It seemed that the bath drainage clogs easily; on the second day, overflow water from the cold plunge pool spilled into the changing room. The manager came and carried out maintenance. When I used the bath afterward, it had been resolved, which gave me confidence that maintenance is handled properly. They also kept my luggage until evening after checkout, which was very helpful.

This was my third stay. When choosing both the sea and a comfortable Hotel on Okinawa’s main island, I always end up wanting to stay here. For me, Moon Beach in Onna Village is the most beautiful, and this Hotel has a charm that enhances the beach’s appeal. The well-maintained greenery that blends into the beach and the low-rise design that makes great use of the pool Facility create a calm atmosphere that feels like being in another world. I can also sense the unseen efforts and thoughtfulness of the staff, who respond so gently, and I have never once felt uncomfortable here. The Room, pool, and lounge are all clean, you can feel the breeze, and it’s so comfortable that I want to stay for hours. Meals are breakfast buffet only, but there is a wide variety. I stayed three nights; I don’t think the menu changed much, but there were enough options that I didn’t get bored. Even in April it was around 28°C, so we could swim in the sea. Near one end of the beach there are fish swimming around, which you can enjoy watching with goggles. Also, I hope you’ll visit Yo Island managed by this Hotel at least once—there is a guide included and you can snorkel comfortably and have a great time. At night, because of its convenient location, restaurants are just a short walk away—and even after drinking you can walk back easily, which is another plus. One thing: I wish the laundry area had fewer broken machines/parts and felt a bit cleaner. Keeping all of what makes this Hotel special—I know it must be hard work for everyone on staff—I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

Conveniently located near the station, with a convenience store nearby and various bus stops right in front. The Room was very clean, compact, and easy to use. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and I enjoyed plenty of it. Checkout was easy and stress-free. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay here. Because it’s a little away from the busy area, the surroundings were quiet. Still, it was very convenient—about a 5-minute walk to Sannomiya Station. Arriving by car was a bit confusing due to one-way streets (haha). The Hotel parking lot was full, but I was able to park at a nearby flat parking lot right away, which was also convenient. The Hotel and its Facility were very clean. The Room was clean as well. Two things stood out: there was heavy limescale around the sink overflow, and since it’s right in sight, it felt disappointing. When I tried rubbing it lightly, it came off easily (haha), so I hope this can be addressed. The other issue was that when I lifted the bed runner, I found several short white hairs. Hair is surprisingly noticeable, and I think many guests would be concerned too—not just me. This Hotel also has a large public bath. Since I went for a morning run, being able to use the bath afterward felt great. One more thing: the Room TV shows how crowded the public bath is supposed to be, but in the morning it displayed “crowded.” I hesitated but decided to go anyway—and no one was there. It didn’t seem to be real-time information. I’ve mentioned several points, but overall I think this is a very good Hotel. If I visit Kobe again, I’d like to stay here again.

Close to the sea, and with a late checkout we were able to enjoy a morning walk at a relaxed pace. The atmosphere inside the Hotel was great, and the staff’s service was excellent! However, it seems the parking spaces are limited, so we used the coin-operated parking lot across the street and it cost nearly 5,000 yen. It would be even better if there were some subsidy for guests.

The renovated Room was spotless and very comfortable. The drink corner was available from before breakfast until after dinner, which was a great value.

As mentioned in the reviews, the staff at the accommodation were very considerate, and the accommodation itself, with its 100-year history, provided a relaxing and leisurely experience. Meals were served in the room with a variety of dishes, all of which were delicious. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed them. However, the "Sennin Bath" being mixed-gender made it uncomfortable for women to enter. As noted in reviews, there seemed to be men lingering near the entrance, which was disappointing. On the other hand, we appreciated being able to reserve a private bath that was spacious and enjoyable.

Whenever I stay in Kokura, I always choose this Hotel. The service is consistently high quality, and this time the staff provided even more pleasant and comfortable hospitality. In customer service, it’s easy to fall into routine over time, but thanks to their warm smiles and attentive support, I had a truly comfortable stay. This is just my personal impression, but I understand the Daiwa Net Hotel in Kokura is celebrating its 10th anniversary. I hope you will continue to value your original spirit and remain a fresh, welcoming Hotel that stays close to travelers’ hearts. Congratulations on your 10th anniversary. My elderly mother had a wonderful stay—thank you! During our Multiple Night Stay, you kindly lent us a locker and helped us switch to a different Room, which was very helpful. The lobby was also quiet and pleasant.

Because it was a three-day weekend right at the start of summer vacation, it ended up a little over our original budget—but we wanted to stay here so badly that we made the Reservation anyway. And once we actually stayed… it was worth every yen—no, even more than that. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The location was even better than expected: right in front of us were white sand and a blue sea. There were quite a few families and international guests, but at night it was very quiet. You can head straight to the beach from the Hotel, and everything was thoughtfully prepared—dedicated beach sandals, a washing machine, towels, and more. I also really appreciated that when you take off your slippers there, you can place them neatly into a shoe box labeled with your Room name—something I found especially reassuring as someone who’s a bit particular about cleanliness. The Room was truly spacious, spotless, and very functional. Everything felt refined from corner to corner—the washbasin, furnishings, wall colors, decorations—all beautifully coordinated and calming. A small detail, but the loungewear fabric was very soft and had buttons so it stayed in place comfortably. The semi-open-air bath in the guest room had excellent water quality and temperature. Being able to soak slowly while looking out at the ocean—with no insects flying around—was pure bliss. We enjoyed our in-room meals while chatting pleasantly with our attendant; everything was delicious. The simmered whole kinmedai (splendid alfonsino) was especially impressive—large and full of flavor—truly “this is Izu!” That said, personally I would have preferred beef as steak (even a small portion) rather than chilled shabu-shabu wrapped with vegetables. If many guests are older adults, it would be great if there were an option available even with an additional charge. Breakfast included many dishes as well—I ended up eating quite a lot first thing in the morning! Overall this Accommodation deserves high marks across the board; if I had to be strictly critical, dinner alone could have felt slightly more luxurious or surprising—something that makes you think “This is exceptional—I’ve never tasted anything like it.” Even so, it was such a wonderful Accommodation that I absolutely want to return again next year. After working in another prefecture, I checked in late at night and stayed here. The large public bath had a charming atmosphere, and the breakfast was high quality—I was very satisfied. Thank you for helping me with a forgotten item at checkout. I will stay here again.

This is a small, cozy, hidden-gem Accommodation. The meals were excellent—dinner, breakfast, and even gelato! In the evening, you can help yourself to wine, whisky, and soft drinks as much as you like. This was also a great service. You can also visit the Onsen at Suizantei, but if you’re not particularly looking for an Onsen, the in-room jacuzzi bath is more than enough to enjoy. We really appreciated the Shuttle Service to Chitose Station. (One small thing: it would have been even better if there had been jam for the breakfast toast.) It’s close to walks around Lake Shikotsu and is great for an evening or morning stroll. An Accommodation I’d definitely recommend to others. Thank you for taking care of us.

We visited as a couple to relax and enjoy the Onsen at a leisurely pace. It’s less than a 10-minute walk from the station to the Accommodation. You can request pick-up, but we chose to walk and soak in the atmosphere. The Room was spacious enough for two, and you can enjoy views including the sea through the large window. The in-room Onsen bath was more than sufficient, but we also reserved a private bath so we could have a large Onsen all to ourselves. It happened to be firefly-viewing season, so we enjoyed it with Shuttle Service included. The meals were incredibly delicious—an extensive menu centered on seafood, vegetables, and mountain produce. The sashimi was outstanding, and breakfast deserves special mention: miso soup made with broth from the spiny lobster shells from dinner and black rice were exceptional. This is a small Accommodation with attentive staff—perfect for enjoying the Onsen, nearby walks, and great food. We had a truly luxurious one-night stay. P.S. For those considering staying: due to structural reasons, loud noises in neighboring Rooms can be heard, and any loud noise you make will likely carry as well. If that doesn’t bother you, you’ll be able to enjoy a relaxing stay in a quiet environment away from tourist areas with few people around.

Right in front of Sakura-machi Bus Terminal, it’s an ideal location for getting to the airport and other destinations. The Onsen was comfortable, and breakfast was excellent with local specialties!

I stayed here after climbing Mt. Fuji. I was able to relax in a Japanese-style Room. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of both Japanese and Western dishes, and everything was delicious. I especially liked having an omelet made right in front of me. Parking is free, and check-out is at 11:00, so I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

Thank you very much for your hospitality on this occasion. There were no major issues, and I am grateful that I was able to enjoy a generally comfortable stay. I hesitated to write this in a Review, but as I have no other way to convey my message, please allow me to share a few requests for improvement here. I am usually assigned Room 820, but this time I was shown to Room 620 for the first time. A common issue in both rooms is that the air-conditioning temperature setting is limited to a minimum of 23°C. This may not be a problem in midsummer when outdoor temperatures are high, but at this time of year the nighttime temperature drops, and at 23°C the cooling does not work well enough; each time, it becomes uncomfortably warm and makes it difficult to sleep. I understand the intention of narrowing the selectable temperature range and adjusting output at the outdoor cooling tower unit in order to reduce utility costs; however, if that results in guests having to endure an uncomfortable room temperature, I feel that is problematic. If possible, I would appreciate it if guests could select down to around 21°C. For reference, at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit, cooling can be set down to 20°C. In addition, compared with before the renovation, removing the working desk space and also removing the two towel hooks that were on the wall to its left has been inconvenient—there is now nowhere suitable to hang used bath towels to dry. Even in a twin room, there should be other guests besides myself who work in their rooms; having only a small table in front of a small high sofa is inconvenient. Also, leaving two chairs sitting by themselves where the desk area used to be seems like wasted floor space—and even on the lighting switch it still says “desk.” For your reference, I have attached an image of bath towel hooks installed in the full changing area at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit. Regarding Facility items specific to Room 620: The screw on the right-side bracket of the face-towel hook by the sink is loose and wobbles; please tighten it. Also, as for wall-mounted TV set: it tilts downward by about 7 mm on its left side; if possible, I would appreciate it if you could correct this. I sincerely apologize for raising such detailed points like an overly picky guest; however, there are many excellent aspects otherwise. As I would like continue staying with you going forward as well، these comments are offered with hopes for further improvements in convenience. I would be grateful if you could consider them positively.
