THE DAY HOTEL ShinYokohama

The Facility is a bit old, but there were no issues. Breakfast was very delicious—I ended up eating too much. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying here. I was a little surprised that all the front desk staff were foreigners, but they assisted me politely and there were no problems at all. The cleaning staff were also foreigners, and they greeted me with a smile, which made for a pleasant departure. One minor drawback is that the air conditioning is hard to adjust. I tend to get hot easily, but even on the lowest setting it was cold, so I ended up turning it off. (Maybe it was set stronger because there had been Reviews saying the Room was hot?) Overall, I was satisfied and would like to stay here again when I come to Shin-Yokohama.

Although we stayed for only one night, the front desk staff were excellent and we were able to check in smoothly. The Room was comfortable, and we had no issues during our stay, allowing us to return home the next day. Thank you very much.
