Choose a Hotel near the cable car entrance to the Alpine Route—it's surprisingly close, so we were able to depart at a relaxed pace.

I suddenly needed Accommodation near Tateyama Station and booked the only available Japanese-style twin Room with breakfast only. The front desk staff at check-in were calm and kind, which made me feel at ease. The Room had been nicely renovated, was very clean, and was more spacious than I expected—comfortable throughout my stay. Since my Tateyama Cable Car Reservation time the next morning was early, I had almost given up on breakfast starting at 7:00, but they kindly arranged it a little earlier so I could enjoy a filling, delicious homemade meal. Perhaps because it was during breakfast hours, I had the Onsen all to myself and fully enjoyed the silky-smooth, soothing water. Everything was well cleaned, and I was able to truly relax. My skin felt amazingly smooth the next morning—what a wonderful beauty bath.Thank you very much for your hospitality.
