Great location, very clean, and comfortable to stay in.

After sightseeing in another prefecture, I had a seminar in Osaka, so I was looking for an Accommodation just to sleep for the night and found this place. I was able to stay as intended at a reasonable price. Check-in is very smooth if you complete it in advance via the message sent beforehand. The Room is simple but has everything you need. Toothbrushes, earplugs, and cotton swabs are on the 1st floor, and pajamas are next to the elevator on each floor. The bed was comfortable, and the Room on the 11th floor was quiet, so it served my purpose well. I had read comments about morning elevator congestion; from the 11th floor I barely managed to get on when it arrived the first time. I only had a backpack so it was fine, but with a suitcase it would have been impossible. On lower floors it stopped at every level and many people couldn’t get on. If you have a suitcase, it seems better to go down earlier. I saw a comment recommending Exit 20, so I walked to the Hotel from there. There’s indeed a convenience store along the way, which is handy. There’s also one at the Hotel entrance on the 1st floor, so other exits may be fine too.
