My friend and I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days.With the various activities and private baths, we had so much fun we lost track of time!Meals were buffet-style, and everything was delicious. They even prepared a mini cake for my friend’s birthday surprise, which made it a wonderful memory.I also appreciated that the special one-plate-per-person menu was different on the first and second days.Overall, there were many families among the guests.There were lots of games and activities for young children, and we often saw staff casually chatting with them.Even in the dining area and at the Onsen, everything was thoughtfully arranged for guests with children—so it made perfect sense that so many families choose this place.The staff were kind and friendly, and their warm service truly impressed me. I’d love to stay again!

Although it seemed like an Accommodation mainly for families with children, we stayed here for the first time because we were drawn in by the all-inclusive offer, even while feeling a little unsure about whether it would suit adults only. It pleasantly exceeded our expectations.We stayed on a Friday, and it was lively with families, but the play areas for children seem extremely well equipped, so it felt like adult-only groups were naturally separated. We were able to use the private bath three times at just the right moments. The karaoke room was also available enough that we could practically have it to ourselves.Even at mealtimes—our biggest concern—it was so quiet that we almost felt there weren’t any children around. (Probably because they had played so much that they didn’t have the energy to be noisy during meals.)Above all, what deserves special mention is how pleasant and welcoming all of the staff were. We had a truly enjoyable time and felt very comfortable throughout our stay.If I had to offer one criticism: Garden Building Casual 2 may be best avoided by larger guests, as it feels quite cramped. Also, the sandals provided were too large since there was only one size; I would appreciate being able to choose from around three sizes if possible.
