Izu Nagaoka Onsen Keikyu Hotel

The bath was amazing! My skin felt so smooth afterward. I didn’t use it this time, but I heard the bath in the Room is also an Onsen. Being able to choose a yukata pattern was a lovely touch for women.All of the staff were kind and thoughtful in so many ways. They recommended Genbei River as a place to explore on the second day, and I ended up playing in the river for the first time in decades (lol). The nature there was incredibly refreshing.The meals were delicious, with more than enough food to finish. We made wonderful summer vacation memories. Thank you very much.

This was my first return visit since staying solo in a Room with some issues a few years ago. This time I stayed with my husband in a second-floor Western-style twin Room. It was very spacious, the beds were large, and it was incredibly comfortable. From the Room we could see the pool, making it bright and pleasant. Outside the window, swallows were flying around, and at night the chorus of frogs was soothing. It seemed most guests were staying on the first floor that day, so it was wonderfully quiet.The baths had excellent water quality—my skin felt silky smooth the moment I stepped in. In particular, the large public bath with a sauna had a generous indoor bath and a lovely atmosphere. The private former large public bath was impressively spacious and felt truly luxurious.The meals were even more delicious than expected; for breakfast, we could top steamed rice with sakura shrimp or whitebait to our liking—another indulgent touch. Until early evening, there is drink service in the lounge including draft beer and wine—heaven for anyone who enjoys alcohol.Everything is kept spotless throughout, and just walking around inside feels great. All amenities were provided, and the service was politely attentive without being overbearing—there wasn’t a single thing that caused any stress. For me, it was the perfect Accommodation. I’d like to come back regularly from now on.
