Marine Hotel Harimo

We planned a last-minute trip as a couple, and never expected to find such a wonderful Accommodation available during the Obon holidays at such an affordable price. Dinner was impressive, featuring dishes that brought out the natural flavors of the ingredients, served on Hagi-yaki–style ceramic tableware. The buffet breakfast was also full of delicious options. While the annex is not very large, it felt newly finished and was comfortable. Above all, the location alone—an expansive view of the majestic Sea of Japan right below the window—seems worth tens of thousands of yen.The staff were warm and welcoming as well, making it an unforgettable stay.

Thank you for taking care of us at the end of this month.\nEven though it was last-minute, three nights with breakfast and dinner at this price was a great deal. The Reviews were good, so we were really looking forward to it.\nI called because I thought we might be late for check-in, and the response was smooth and courteous. The explanation at check-in was also clear and helpful.\nThe boxed dinners changed daily and were delicious every day! The portions were just right, too. The rice was also excellent!\nThe Room was thoroughly cleaned, and we had a comfortable stay. We could relax while looking out at the sea. Maybe because we had good weather, the ocean looked beautiful and clear.\nThe breakfast buffet had just the right variety. The egg over rice was delicious! Personally, I only wished there had been a small dessert option at breakfast.\nWe didn’t use the Onsen, so I rated it as average.\nThere were no amenities in the Room, but everything we needed was available in front of the elevator area, so we could pick them up there. I actually prefer this setup.\nThere aren’t any convenience stores nearby, so it may be best to buy what you need before you go.\nAll staff members were polite and helpful as well.\nOn our way back we toured around Shimane safely and had a great time.\nThank you very much.
