Livemax Resort Miyahama Onsen Ocean

Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious, and we were very satisfied. The view from the Onsen was wonderful, and we were especially happy that there was a carbonated bath. The price was reasonable and made it easy to stay, which was very helpful. We would definitely like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

We made a last-minute decision to take a family trip over the three-day holiday in July and made our Reservation two weeks in advance. Some Reviews mentioned disappointing staff service and food, so we didn’t expect much—but honestly, it was excellent. Our Room was a 4th-floor Junior Suite. The ocean view from the window—and even the oyster farming racks—added a nice touch of atmosphere. The Room was spacious, and there was an open-air bath on the balcony.Best of all was the pool! Being able to enjoy drinks there made it even better. We could also borrow large float rings and balls for free. This may depend on the staff member, but it was very windy and our ball kept blowing out of the property—yet one of the male staff members went to retrieve it each time without any sign of annoyance. He was fantastic.Dinner and breakfast offered local specialties like oysters prepared in various ways. The foreign staff were also wonderful—when we ended up at the elevator at the same time, they kindly let us go first.Lastly, the baths: as a sauna lover, I really enjoyed the sauna. It was a shame I couldn’t make it for a morning bath, but I’m sure the view would have been great.I also appreciated the manga corner with reclining sofas lined up.Maybe we just got lucky with both guests and staff, but we were very satisfied overall. I’d love to visit again in summer.
