HOTEL R9 The Yard Ashikaga Fukutomi

This was my first time staying at the R9 Hotel.As it is the largest Room, it has a prefab-like exterior rather than a container.Up to four guests can stay, but there are only two double beds, which feels like too few beds for the size of the Room.The toilet is right next to the dining table, so I was concerned about odors.The sink is set up for light cooking, but it would have been nice to have tableware such as glass cups.When you open the entrance door, you’re right at the parking lot, which makes loading and unloading luggage easy, but the inside of the Room is fully visible, so it would have been better to have a partition.I was happy that we could get a free frozen bento meal.I’d like to stay again.

We rented a whole unit for four for our family of four.It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it felt like a room in an apartment building. It’s equipped with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator, so you can do simple cooking. We all enjoyed takeout Utsunomiya gyoza together at the dining table. The frozen bento breakfast was also convenient. It was a shame that the receptionist was a bit unfriendly.
