Yumoto no Sho Yume Hotaru

This was our second stay, about three years since the last time. Due to the earthquake and other factors, it wasn’t very busy, but we decided that this was exactly the time to visit and stayed one night at Yume GingA for an early wedding anniversary. The conditions must have been just right, because there was a massive swarm of winged ants outside, which was awful. However, the food was delicious, the service was attentive, and we were very satisfied. The Onsen is also excellent. My wife even brought a star chart, but unfortunately we had to give up this time. On our departure as well, all the staff waved us off until we were out of sight—once again making it a place that leaves you thinking at the end that you want to come back.

This was an excellent Onsen where you can truly appreciate what “free-flowing from the source” means, and we were very satisfied with both dinner and breakfast. The somen noodles in sea bream broth were delicious.We stayed in a Japanese-style room with an open-air bath, and it was soothing to see crabs in the garden and by the open-air bath. Time passed slowly, making this a relaxing Accommodation where we could unwind.
