Yugawara Onsen Green Pal Yugawara

First of all, the staff were wonderful. Many international team members were working there, and they were well trained and welcomed us with warm smiles. I misunderstood the breakfast time and arrived late to my set meal seat, but I was not rushed at all and was able to enjoy a delicious meal. Everything was very clean, including the bedding sheets. This time I used the Yugawara Smile Coupon and got a great deal on my stay, but even without the coupon I felt it offers excellent value for money. It was only one night, but I was able to relax. Thank you!

We ended up needing to stay on short notice, so we made a Reservation 30 minutes before arrival and stayed as a family of four. When we arrived, we were told the Room wasn’t quite ready yet, but it was prepared right away and we were able to rest in the Room. The Room truly felt like a Ryokan—spacious and comfortably designed throughout, so we could relax and enjoy our time. The bath was also excellent!I’m giving one less star because there were no toothbrushes provided for preschool-aged children (there were children’s yukata, though!). Still, if you want to get away from the crowds, this Accommodation is calm and relaxing with no foreign tourists—something that feels especially valuable these days. We had a very restful stay.
