Uomisaki Hotel

My family often stays at Itoen Hotel in the Izu area, and this time I stayed alone in the Atami area. At check-in, the front desk staff provided a very polite explanation and made a great impression. Even though I was traveling solo, they suggested karaoke, and when I couldn’t find the parking lot and used a nearby paid parking lot instead, they came outside to explain where it was—truly guest-focused service that I really appreciated. Despite my last-minute Reservation, they accommodated my requests, and I was able to enjoy stunning views of Atami from my Room. While the Room does show its age, it was well cleaned and comfortable for resting.I also used two baths—one in the South Wing and one in the Main Building—and both had great views that washed away my daily fatigue. In the dining area, it left a good impression that staff would say things like “Thank you for waiting—○○ is ready,” as they replenished items that had run out. The food was consistently good in a reassuring way, and I enjoyed everything—including the all-you-can-drink option.Next time, I’d like to visit with my family again. Thank you very much—it was a wonderful Hotel.

The Room faces the sea and overlooks Sagami Bay, with a perfect sunrise view from the balcony. There is a small sauna, but it has a traditional feel and was enjoyable.
