The Hotel’s exterior and entrance had a retro Showa-era feel, but the Room was very clean and well maintained. The location is also convenient, with the ropeway and sightseeing boat pier within walking distance. After check-in, the welcome drinks were a nice touch—unlimited snacks, juice, and alcohol. Dinner was excellent as well, especially the crab and shabu-shabu meat. Many of the staff are from overseas, but everyone was energetic and pleasant.Noise from neighboring Rooms didn’t bother me, but there were a few loud door-slamming sounds from somewhere at night. However, it stopped after I went to bed and wasn’t an issue.I also want to apologize for the trouble I caused: after checking out, I went out briefly and started having strong heart palpitations, so I ended up leaving by car at the last minute. They were very kind and helpful, which I truly appreciated. Thank you very much.It’s a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again.

The foreign staff, who make up the majority, were very pleasant. The check-in explanation was thorough. During meals, if someone seemed unsure how to use the drink dispenser, staff immediately approached and guided them. Everyone greeted us with a smile, so we were able to spend our stay without stress.The 24-hour complimentary drinks service was much appreciated. Until 5:00 PM, beer was also complimentary.The building and Facility, as well as the bath facilities, are old. The bed is narrow. However, everything is kept very clean, so it offers good value for money.Be careful: the Hotel has fewer parking spaces than Rooms! Some guests could not park and were directed to a free parking lot away from the Hotel, but it looked tough because it’s uphill from there.
