This was my first time staying here.All the staff—at reception, breakfast, on the phone, and likely housekeeping as well—were very kind and helpful.Once I entered the Room, I couldn’t hear any outside noise at all and was able to rest comfortably.I travel often, and many Hotels have at least one disappointing point, but everything here was excellent!!I would definitely stay again!

My son recently got his motorcycle license, so the three of us toured Akita on two bikes. We were truly grateful that the Accommodation let us park our motorcycles in a covered space. Many places still only offer outdoor parking for bikes.We made a Reservation for two Rooms: one with a shower booth and one Comfort Twin. From the Rooms we could see the riverside where the fireworks festival is held, and the view was wonderful. Next time, I’d love to stay here again and watch the fireworks.Since there is no large public bath, we specifically chose Rooms with separate bath and toilet. We brought bath salts, so we could relax in the tub and recover from our fatigue.Because we were traveling by motorcycle rather than by car, our luggage was very limited. Even with full panniers, we had to pack very carefully—three pannier cases total meant one case per person. This trip really reminded us how convenient a car can be.This Accommodation also lent us extra towels, which helped a lot. The amenities were plentiful and all single-use, so they felt very hygienic. There were various items like lotion as well, which was extremely useful. For trips with strict luggage limits, this is a very valuable place to stay.Breakfast was delicious. There were two types of rice, and there was a good variety of side dishes too.If I had to say something, I would have liked dessert and fruit—but overall we were very satisfied.It also looked like staff frequently refilled dishes as they ran low.Both the Hotel’s common areas and our Rooms were clean—spotless.The staff were also excellent.We stayed on Saturday, and it seemed that only a few group Rooms and shower-booth Rooms were still available on the Reservation site—almost fully booked. I can understand why; it really was such a pleasant stay.Above all else, the staff service here is outstanding.Even after making our Reservation, whenever we contacted them with questions they replied quickly, which we really appreciated.When staying around Omagari in Akita again, this will definitely be our repeat Accommodation.It’s an Accommodation I can confidently recommend to friends and acquaintances.Thank you very much.We would love to stay again.P.S. Since there wasn’t a large public bath I gave it 3 stars,but it truly is an excellent Accommodation—almost perfect for me.
