- Located within the Tanukikoji Shopping Street, most shops are nearby, and it's only about a 10-minute walk to Odori or Susukino, making it very convenient. Even on rainy days, you can move around without getting wet thanks to the arcade and underground walkway. - As a "Books Café," guests can borrow books to take to their rooms. Walking around for sightseeing during the day and relaxing with a book in your room at night is wonderful. - The room might feel small, but it's spacious enough for one person. It has a calm and stylish atmosphere. The luggage storage is convenient, and having a bath with a washing area is rare compared to other accommodations. However, the shower water pressure is too strong; if left in its holder, shorter individuals like me may find that the water goes over their head... Also, since there’s a café on the first floor, only powdered green tea is provided in the room—no mineral water service either. Using the café every time can be costly, so I brought my own tea bags and water instead; this was slightly disappointing.As someone who always buys lots of books while traveling, I think this accommodation where you can borrow books is fantastic.I’d love to stay here again if I have another chance!

It was a hotel that carefully considers what is necessary and unnecessary, and while innovative, it was very comfortable. There is a café and books next to the front desk on the first floor, and I think the value of staying at this hotel will further increase if guests make use of this space with a drink or light meal during available times (even at night). It was a very satisfying hotel.
