    Bath

    I was very disappointed that there was no parking when I arrived. I was simply told to use a nearby paid parking lot. The bathroom was also not the one shown in the photos with lighting, and I felt the way it was presented was misleading, which was disappointing. The welcome drink was great, and the freshly baked bread at breakfast was delicious.

    Repeat stays are welcome!

    This was my first time staying at Super Hotel, and I’m already considering a repeat visit. I waited in the lounge on the first floor until 3 PM while enjoying a welcome drink. The variety of drinks was impressive, and the bright café-like atmosphere was so comfortable that even when I was invited to my room, I thought, "I could stay here a bit longer." The ladies' floor is secured with a passcode system, providing peace of mind. The public bath for women may be more compact compared to the men's but still very comfortable with excellent water quality. There’s an all-in-one gel available at the dressing area. At first, I thought there were no pajamas in the Room, but later realized they are self-service from under the pillow selection shelf near the elevator. You can choose between S size and free size. It’s something I assumed would be in the Room by default! For amenities, you can select five items per night from their original collection—there are so many options that it’s hard to decide! Since it was just a one-night stay and I wanted to pack light, this service was incredibly helpful and appreciated. Recently, many hotels seem to have firm beds; however, this bed had a soft mattress pad similar to futons—it wasn’t cold when sleeping and allowed me to rest deeply through the night. Breakfast offered balanced options with a DIY café plate style that tasted delicious! All staff members left a positive impression; this is definitely a Hotel where even solo female travelers can feel safe staying overnight.

    The price on Saturda...

    The price on Saturday was a bit steep. The Hotel itself had no particular issues. The sink was a bit small.

    A minimalist and efficient Hotel.

    The room is small but clean and equipped with all the essentials. Lighting, TV, and air conditioning can be controlled via a tablet. You can choose up to 5 amenity items initially. For pajamas, guests can pick them up themselves from the shelf next to the front desk if needed—everything is designed without waste. The Onsen is about 1.5 tatami mats in size, which is small but sufficient for relieving travel fatigue. There are four faucets available, and by adjusting the timing, I was able to enjoy it alone. A clean and efficient hotel with no unnecessary frills.

    The cost performance is excellent! No complaints!

    It was a Business Hotel so good that it was hard to find any drawbacks. In particular, having a large bath at the entrance of the ladies' floor, allowing access in room wear, was very pleasing! The breakfast menu was also extensive, and the staff's service was pleasant, making it a very nice stay.

    It was good.

    I stayed for the first time in a while, and the room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious, making for a satisfying stay. I was greeted with a smile at check-in, and the explanation was kind and easy to understand, which was very nice. I look forward to staying again.

    Speaking of cost performance, it's all about cost performance.

    I stayed for two nights to relax around Omiya. Although I checked in a little late, the male receptionist was friendly and provided a thorough explanation, which left a good impression. The Room was within an acceptable range... or so I thought, but the lighting in the Room could only be controlled with the provided iPad. When the iPad became inoperable, I was glad to have my Room changed, but the same issue occurred in the new Room. I borrowed a stand light, but it was a bit inconvenient due to the dimness. Additionally, the bed was quite hard, and the pillow was also extremely firm, so I recommend renting a pillow on the first floor. The bathtub in the Room was slightly deeper than usual for a unit bath, which was nice. I didn't use it myself, but according to my companion, the large public bath was not very impressive.

    Onsen is appreciated.

    I stayed in Omiya for the first time for a reunion. I appreciated the onsen and the BAR time. This time, I stayed with my husband, but there was also a women-only floor, so I thought I would like to use it for a solo trip. The rice paddle at breakfast had rice stuck to it, making it difficult to serve. I think it could be improved by putting enough water in the paddle holder. I believe it was clearly stated as [Koshihikari], so if that can be improved, it might be even more delicious.

    Before the holiday

    I stayed, so it was a bit expensive. I understood the efforts to reduce food waste at breakfast, but the pasta and egg dishes were not very tasty. The room was small but quiet. The large public bath also felt cramped.

    Very satisfied with the ladies' room.

    When staying in a single room, I sometimes feel suffocated or unwell due to the air conditioning, but I was able to stay comfortably at this hotel. Perhaps it's thanks to the diatomaceous earth on the ceiling? I was also fully satisfied with the other facilities, but above all, the staff's service was excellent. I would like to use it again in the near future.
