Natural Hot Spring Shikisai no Yu Super Hotel Premier Osaka Honmachi Ekimae

Staff came out to assist with the self check-in, and the breakfast staff were also very pleasant. It was the first time in a while that I truly enjoyed staying at a Business Hotel.Of course, services like the large public bath, choosing your pillow, and a well-stocked breakfast are important factors, but this one-night stay reminded me that what really makes the difference is the people.

Great location with excellent access. It's very convenient to reach central Osaka areas like Namba and Umeda, and just a 20-minute direct train ride to the Expo East Gate, making it perfect even for someone like me who isn't familiar with Osaka. The Onsen was a lifesaver after walking around the Expo all day, allowing me to relax and enjoy the next day as well. The soundproofing and meals were impeccable... so I’ll overlook finding a piece of Lotus Biscoff cookie wrapper (likely from the "Eco Favor" snack set) on the floor when I first entered my room.One point I'd like to mention—though it’s not enough to deduct stars or blame the Hotel—is regarding a service called "Teburakun," which delivers luggage to Kansai Airport. The instructions in their email indicated that luggage pickup would be on the 1st floor of Kansai Airport; however, upon arrival, I was told it was actually on the 4th floor. Despite this being their mistake, no staff came down from the 4th floor with my luggage as an apology—I had to go up myself. To make matters worse, the counters on these floors are located in completely opposite directions, causing significant time loss.I have already raised this issue directly with them but would appreciate if you could also request that such errors do not happen again.Thank you for your hospitality!
