THE LIVIDA Karuizawa West

The rooms, terrace, and BBQ area were all very clean, and it was a wonderful Accommodation with thoughtful attention to detail. The grill we reserved in advance was perfectly prepared, and there was a great selection of insect repellent items, dog supplies, indoor games, and welcome drinks—our whole family was more than satisfied. We would love to stay again! Thank you so much!!!

This was my first stay at this Hotel. The open, nature-integrated space, tasteful interior design, thorough cleaning, and fresh, clean linens were all excellent—nothing to complain about. The pillow was a bit high for me, so I would have appreciated having a lower option. Since everything was handled online, I would have liked to receive the Hotel details in advance by email. I did receive an email, but I had to access the website from there to see the details, which made me feel a little uneasy. After checkout, I was happy to receive a polite email from the Hotel.I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.
