Kaike Onsen Kaike Tsuruyama Sarasa no Yado: A Lodge that Plays the Melody of the Four Seasons

Just like the Reviews said, all the staff were very kind. They carried our luggage to the Room, and I was happy to be able to choose my favorite yukata and obi. After we entered the Room, they explained everything—an introduction to the Room, where the baths were, meals, and more. The building is old, but it was thoroughly cleaned and very tidy. The large public bath is on the small side, but from the moment I stepped in I could smell the sea, and my skin felt incredibly smooth afterward. Both dinner and breakfast featured ingredients from Tottori Prefecture only, which made it a real treat. With items like turban shell and Tottori beef packed with flavor—and free refills of shijimi miso soup and rice—it was so delicious that I ended up having two bowls of rice and two bowls of miso soup. Also, without me having to ask for anything, they brought tea and dessert at just the perfect timing. It was a Hotel that made me feel they truly pay attention to their guests. I’d love to stay at this Accommodation again. Thank you very much. And lastly—the sake I received as a Diamond member was truly delicious. Thank you for such a wonderful meal.

We chose the dinner Plan that lets you enjoy small portions of many delicious dishes, so we were able to finish everything and savor a little of each. It was also great to dine in a private room without worrying about others. We were very satisfied with the bath, the Room, and the meals.
