    First stay—absolutely wonderful.

    On this occasion, we stayed here to celebrate our grandchild’s 20th birthday. The moment we opened the Room door, the two of us were amazed—it was a surprising maisonette-style Room. And then another surprise: we were astonished and truly moved by the towel art. It was a truly wonderful Room. Everything was wonderful, and the staff’s service was excellent as well. We are planning to stay again next year with our daughter and our grandchild’s family. Thank you very much.

    3-Night, 4-Day Golf Trip

    Please note: ・Although the check-in time is 3:00 PM, we were not allowed to check in at that time because the Room was “not ready.” Guests who appeared to be regulars, as well as other guests, were checking in early one after another from after 12:00 PM (even outside the standard policy), so it may have been unequal treatment. However, being told at the front desk that the Room was still not ready even after the official 3:00 PM check-in time was a first for me. ・On the morning of the second day, I asked whether Room cleaning could be done while we were out playing golf (8:00 AM–1:00 PM), but I was told they could not promise it. I assume there are too few housekeeping staff. ・The Room phone was broken and did not work. ・Disposable slippers were never replaced during our three-night stay. I recommend bringing your own. There were many other issues as well, but since the Hotel’s level of response was far too poor, I will refrain from listing them all. I usually stay at Windsor Hotel Toya, but this time we chose this Hotel and visited for the first time in 10 years. It seems tour groups and members are prioritized, and first-time guests are treated strictly. The restaurant staff’s hospitality was excellent and truly impressive, but otherwise this trip was extremely disappointing. I will never return.

    This is a great place.

    All rooms are luxurious suite-type maisonettes. However, it is slightly inconvenient as there is no toilet on the second floor where the master bedroom is located. Dinner was a buffet, featuring seafood and roast beef, which was highly satisfying. As usual, it was noticeable that some guests from the mainland took large portions but left much of it uneaten.

    I use it because it is conveniently located near the ski resort, but the satisfaction with the Hotel is low.

    The service and rooms are not bad, but honestly, the overall impression is that there is a lack of staff or attention to detail. I used it at the same time last year and had the same impression. What concerns me is that trash is left in the elevator hall for a long time, and trash inside the elevator remains as it is, as well as low satisfaction with Hotel meals. Especially at Fuka (Fūka), despite being expensive, it feels like the order of serving dishes is determined by the store's convenience rather than customer preferences, giving an impression of not understanding customer needs. The service there and the quality of food provided do not feel particularly special. The other restaurant gives a slightly better impression including service. The bath was kept clean and I thought it was good. Since there are many customers, depending on their manners, there may be a lot of trash in shared areas which might be unavoidable; however, it's concerning when it's left unattended for too long. It's convenient because it's close to ski resorts so I use it; however, honestly speaking, it's hard to say that I use it because of any particular merit of Hotel itself.
