    Perfect for a summer vacation for look-alike parents and kids

    This was my first stay. The atmosphere was warm and homey, and all the staff welcomed us with bright smiles. The Facility is a bit old, but it is well maintained and spotlessly clean. The meals featured locally sourced ingredients, were beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The Onsen warmed me through to the core and left my skin glowing. I soaked in it many times. I felt refreshed for the first time in a while. I’m happy to have found an Accommodation I’d love to stay at again. Thank you very much.

    Thank you very much ...

    Thank you very much for your attentive hospitality from our arrival to the very end! All of the staff were truly warm and welcoming, and it was deeply relaxing. The Onsen was excellent, and both the open-air bath in our Room and the private open-air bath had breathtaking views. The meals were generous in portion, everything was delicious, and we felt so happy. We were amazed by how much food there was, and thanks to the service of bringing dessert to our Room, we were able to enjoy everything right to the end. We left feeling warm in both body and mind.

    Relaxing Onsen

    This time, my goal was to take a birthday getaway and enjoy the Onsen. The Ryokan had a traditional atmosphere, and it was quiet by the river—very relaxing. The dinner presentation was also wonderful. The hot dishes were served hot and tasted great. The yuba sashimi was outstanding. I was also very happy to receive a cake for my birthday. I think the Onsen is excellent as well. I’d love to visit again if I have the chance.

    The dinner portions ...

    The dinner portions were very generous. Unfortunately, I couldn't finish it all. The meal was excellent, so I wish I had asked to switch to the main course midway.

    The portions are generous!

    We stayed as a couple. Overall satisfaction was average. The cleanliness of the large public bath was lacking, but the Onsen itself was excellent. The Room felt a bit old but acceptable. The meals were satisfying.

    It was a very pleasant accommodation.

    We stayed here during our couple's trip to Tohoku. It was the last day of our 4-day, 3-night trip, so we wanted to relax at the accommodation. Check-in was at 2 PM, which was quite early, and we were the first to arrive. We quickly changed into yukata and headed to the bath. The facility is a bit old but very clean, allowing us to unwind comfortably. The private room bath was a cypress bath, which we thoroughly enjoyed as well. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. As I am left-handed, I prefer table settings reversed from the usual arrangement; they noticed this right away and adjusted accordingly for me from then on—something I had never experienced before (not even at other high-end ryokan). We truly had a relaxing time here and look forward to visiting again!

    Thank you.

    I stayed for the first time for two nights, but it was disappointing that I couldn't order meals or snacks during the day. I felt that it is not suitable for a two-night stay when you want to relax.

    I was healed.

    The service, the food, the room, the onsen... Everything was very soothing. The staff were all kind and had a very homey feel, which was very comforting. The food was all very delicious, and the presentation was careful, making both my eyes and stomach feel happy. The room was clean, and the bath in the room was very pleasant, so I took it many times. Listening to the sound of the river, the stars were beautiful at night, and I was truly healed, forgetting about everyday life. On the way back, the proprietress kindly showed us a place where we could see beautiful maple leaves with a map, and we were able to pass through the maple line and see truly impressive autumn leaves! Thank you very much. On the way back, both of us talked about how it was really a good property. I was happy to have encountered such a wonderful property. Thank you for taking care of us in many ways.

    The Onsen in the roo...

    The Onsen in the room was excellent. All the staff were kind, and I had a very pleasant stay. The only disappointment was that the autumn leaves were not yet at their best.

    The semi-open-air bath was very comfortable. The service was excellent.

    Thank you for your hospitality. It's been a while since I stayed at a Ryokan. I was impressed by the person in charge who talked with us a lot and showed great consideration. It was wonderful service, and I enjoyed it very much. The beautiful Japanese-style room, delicious food, the murmur of the river, and the semi-open-air bath in the room, everything was satisfying. Recently, I've been staying at Hotels more often, where there's little interaction except during check-in and check-out, just receiving the key and spending time. I thought things had changed quite a bit. Thanks to Ayatsumugi, I was able to reaffirm the joy of staying at a Property during this trip. Actually, it was a birthday present trip for my husband. I'm glad he liked it very much and enjoyed it. Thank you very much.
