Hotel Granvia Okayama

This was my first time staying for a Multiple Night Stay of two nights. Although I arrived late and departed early in the morning, there were several staff members on duty both times, and they assisted me courteously. This time I chose a renovated Room, so the rate was slightly higher, but from the moment I stepped off the elevator, the entire floor felt fresh and new. Once inside the Room, it had been fully renovated, and the bathroom facilities were very comfortable. Also, since checkout was at 12:00 p.m., on the last day I was able to go sightseeing in the morning and then come back to take a shower in my Room before heading out again. That’s a real advantage of staying at this Hotel. I would definitely like to stay here again.

We were very satisfied, but if possible, we have three requests:1) Since the bathroom has both a bathtub and a washing area, we would like a wash bucket.2) Since the bathroom has both a bathtub and a washing area, we would like a mirror in the bathroom.3) We would like hooks for bath towels by the sink.Thank you very much.
