It was very clean and comfortable. I’d like to stay again.

We stayed to celebrate our grandchild’s 10th birthday and to treat our daughter-in-law, who works hard at both her job and raising children. It was a quick trip, but the weather was great, and with an amazing location and outstanding hospitality, we had a truly satisfying time. We really appreciated the room upgrade and the club lounge where children were welcome even for nightcaps, and we hope to visit again someday. It was a stay we are sincerely grateful for. Thank you very much.

I stayed here in Hiroshima again after a long time. As always, the reliable service made it easy to relax and rest.

I decided that morning to have the breakfast buffet. I really enjoyed the Hiroshima local specialties—dumpling soup with shiratama, steamed egg custard with oysters, and dried nodoguro fish; everything was delicious. I usually choose No Meals Included no matter which Hotel I stay at, but this time it was absolutely the right choice. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

It was my first stay in a while, and I had a great time thanks to the friendly staff.

The Facility is new, and I was able to stay very comfortably. I had dinner at the Hotel’s buffet-style restaurant, and it was delicious with a wide variety of options. They also offer an all-you-can-drink Plan, which I used as well. It’s a reasonably priced and highly recommended Plan. Although it’s a bit far from the station, tram stop, and downtown area, there are great okonomiyaki restaurants nearby. In fact, it was nice to be able to explore places that locals frequent.

The Hotel Facilities meet the standard of an average business hotel, but it’s worth staying here for the breakfast. The oyster eggs Benedict is outstanding! You probably won’t find a comparable menu at other business hotels in the same price range. Not a complaint or a request for improvement—just points to note: 1) The toilet seat is not heated. 2) The guest room windows cannot be opened at all. 3) Breakfast starts at 7:00, which is a bit late.
