The Room with a front-row view of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge was spacious and spotless, and everything stood out as exceptional among all the Hotels and Accommodations we have visited so far; we could truly feel the Hotel’s thoughtful hospitality everywhere we looked.
We had dinner in Kobe City and only breakfast at the Hotel, but the in-room breakfast was absolutely delicious.
We happened to make a Reservation at this Hotel for our trip to Kobe, but thanks to the heartfelt care shown by all of your staff, we were able to spend a day that will remain a cherished memory.
We would love to visit again.
